After asking the heartbreaking question, one tear rolled down his pale face and with that you felt your heart break into million pieces. You knew it was difficult for him to ask such a question. Eventually you were his ex fiancée, the person he most loved and cherished and perhaps still does.

Jimin was looking deeply into your eyes, scared to hear your answer that would break him entirely. When he realized that you weren’t going to answer, he leaned in a little bit more. “Hm? Do you love him the way you loved me?”

You averted your eyes and took a step back. The more he approached you, the harder it became for you to think and breath properly. “I-I want to go home, Jimin.”

Closing the gap between you two immediately, Jimin reached out for your arms and held you firmly. “Answer my question, Y/N.”

You on the other hand tried get out of his grip, still not looking into his eyes. “Jimin I really don’t want to be here. Jungkook will worry when he sees that I’m not lying next to him-”

Suddenly, Jimin’s grip around your arms got stronger and he pulled you toward himself, making your body connect to each other. Shocked, you looked up at him and into his angry eyes. He scanned your face and hissed. “Don’t say his name. Not when you’re with me. Never.”

You tried to push him away but his grip around your body was too strong, which was slowly starting to hurt. “Y-You’re hurting me, let go.”

Jimin still was looking angrily at your face, his once pale face now filled with blood, ready to explode from anger. “Jimin-ah, please..”

The moment he heard his name coming out of your mouth, his whole body relaxed and he gasped. His angered gaze was now replaced by an soft one. He slowly leaned his forehead against yours and took a deep breath. “You don’t love him, Y/N. You can’t.. Please..”

It was currently 4:21 am in the morning and you were lying wide awake in your bed, your fiancée still sleeping soundly beside you. You felt bad, you really did. He had no idea that you were out with your ex fiancée just minutes ago.

Turning your body toward him, you watched his sleeping form while stroking his hair slowly. Why was your life so complicated? The only thing you wanted from life was to live happily and peaceful. But the situation you were in right now was neither making you happy nor peaceful.

You knew that the man lying beside you would do anything for you. He was the reason why you were here right now, holding back onto life with knew expectations. He made you happy again. You felt loved and important thanks to him. You loved again thanks to him. He was the one that reached out a hand for you and saved you from the darkness. Right when you thought your life changed again, he, Jimin, came into the picture and destroyed everything.

“I feel lost, Jungkook-ah. Again..” you whispered to your sleeping fiancée, now stroking his cheek.

Jungkook stirred a little bit but eventually turned around, wrapped his strong arm around your waist and nuzzled his head in the crook of your neck, leaving a soft peck on it. “I love you, Y/N..”

After hearing the words he mumbled in his sleep, you placed a little kiss on his head and hugged him tightly. He was too good, too pure, too naive.

And in that moment you realized one thing; You didn’t deserve Jungkook. You never did.

The next morning you woke up alone in the bed. Looking around in the room, you searched for Jungkook but couldn’t find any trace of him. As if he felt that you were searching for him, Jungkook shouted from downstairs with his lovely voice. “Y/N, you need to come downstairs! A man named Jaehwa is waiting for you outside the door!”

Confused you got out of you bed and walked downstairs, not bothering to change your pajamas. Jungkook was standing at the door, talking to the person who wanted to talk to you. You tried to look at the person outside your house but the stranger was being covered by the door which by the way was held by Jungkook.

Walking lazily toward Jungkook, you placed your hand on top of his on the door handle and opened the door a little bit more in order to see the person. When Jungkook felt your body beside himself, he looked down at you and smiled widely. You returned the gesture and turned you head to the person that was standing in front of you. The moment you made eye contact with the man, you looked at him wide eyed and frozen.

In front of you was standing Jimin with a little, soft smile plastered on his face. “Hi, Y/N. Nice to see you again.”

What was he doing here? Was he insane?

When you felt Jungkook’s strong arms around your body, you snapped out of your frozen state. “Darling, why aren’t saying anything?”

You looked down at Jungkook’s arms that was wrapped around your waist and looked back up at Jimin. His gaze was locked on Jungkook’s arms before he met your eyes with an sad look. “O-Oh, ehm, Jungkook this is my c-childhood friend, Ji- I mean Jaehwa.”

Jungkook giggled at your words and placed a little kiss on your head. “I know, beautiful, Jaehwa told me that.”

You looked back at Jimin and asked hesitantly. “Is there something you need, Jaehwa?”

Jimin shook his head from side to side and took a piece of paper out of his pocket. “My mother wanted to see you after a long time. She wanted me to give you her address and phone number so you both could meet up.”

Hesitantly, you took the piece of paper out of Jimin’s hand and looked at the number and address. That was definitely not his mothers number and address. “Oh, thank you. I’ll call whenever I have the time.”

Jimin nodded awkwardly and looked at Jungkook, who was watching you both with an amused smile on his face. He really didn’t know anything, Jimin noticed.
Reaching his hand out, Jimin smiled at him. “It was nice to meet you, Jungkook.”

Jungkook accepted his hand with a big smile and answered. “Likewise, Jaehwa.”

You on the other hand looked at them with an horrified look.

What exactly was Jimin’s plan?

Riley Matthews lived in NY for the majority of her childhood. That is up until 6th grade when her father was offered a job in sunny California, which he accepted. Riley was forced to leave behind everything she knew, her school, her teachers and her small group of best friends. Fast forward 5 years where Riley and her family decide it’s time to move back home. Now a junior in high-school Riley has to figure out where she belongs after being gone so long.

Chapter 1 - “Goodbye California, Hello New York”

Riley’s eyes shot open as her alarm went off. It was her first day back in NY after being gone for five years. Riley thought of swinging by her old hang out spot when they landed to see if she recognized anyone but her and her family got in pretty late last night and she figured it was best to just wait for tomorrow. But tomorrow was now today and she wasn’t ready to face it. Outside her door she could hear her mom and dad getting her younger brother, Auggie, up for school. Through her wall she could hear her older brother, Josh, blasting some really weird Rock music. Riley banged her fist against the wall, “These walls are paper thin!" Josh responded by turning the music up louder.

She reluctantly climbed out of bed and walked over to her bay window that was covered in boxes. She opened the curtains and took a look around. It still looked the same and definitely smelt the same. But she didn’t feel the same. She was different now. Not just older but different. These people hadn’t seen her since before puberty hit. She didn’t get to grow up with them. There was a whole chunk of time that she missed. She felt like an outsider. The weird thing was she wasn’t sure if that was a bad thing or not.

Maybe a fresh start would be better, she thought to herself.

Out in the living room everything was a mess. There were boxes and bags scattered across the floor. Riley walked over to the kitchen to find an empty fridge. "Oh right. No food yet.” She said with a snarky tone, loud enough for her family to hear.

Her mother, who was sitting on the sofa going through a box labelled “important” gave her a stern look like ‘now is not the time.’ Instead she replied “We didn’t exactly have time to shop last night or this morning Riles.” Just then her father walked in the door with a tray of coffee and juice and a box of donuts. “Sorry mom I’m just…not too excited for today.”

Riley felt bad for snapping at her mom but still wasn’t thrilled about school. She grabbed a coffee and chowed down on a donut before heading back to her room. On her way there she passed by the bathroom which she noticed had steam spilling out from under the door.

“Maybe save some for the fishes?” She yelled out knocking on the bathroom door. Before she could get her third knock in the door flung open. “Oh I’m sorry sis, was I taking too long?” Josh asked sarcastically. She watched as he through his towel over his shoulder and trotted back into his room, slamming the door behind him.

Riley told herself, just one more year. You just have to put up with him for one more year and then he’s off to college.

After getting ready Riley found herself staring in the mirror. She did a little twirl taking in her outfit. She smoothed over her high-waisted jeans and adjusted her crop top. She tried on a dozen different outfits before deciding on this one. It was the first one she put on. She sighed in frustration at her reflection, tucking her long brown hair behind her ears. “This’ll just have to do.”
Trying to avoid any early morning chit chat, she climbed out her window down the fire escape and made her way to school.

Riley made it her mission to memorize her entire schedule as soon as she got it in the mail because she didn’t want to be that “new kid” that walked around the hallway bumping into other people,  slowing them down. Before reaching the stairs she heard someone call out her name.

She turned and saw Josh standing there holding out a piece of paper.

She walked over hesitantly, “What? What is that?” He unfolded the paper to reveal it was her class schedule. “Dad said you left this on the fridge.” He answered bluntly. She shot him a sarcastic thank you as he started to walk away.

“hey josh…” She called out after him. He rolled his eyes and walked back over to his sister. The look on her face concerned him. He was used to teasing her but he wasn’t used to seeing that reaction. Riley pulled him aside, speaking quietly, “Could you maybe not do that thing that you always do?”
He furrowed his brows in confusion. “What thing Riles?”

She took a deep breath and exhaled sharply. “That thing where you make everyone love you immediately and for the rest of the year I’m referred to as 'Josh’s little sister’…y'know that thing.” Josh stared at her blankly for a minute. “It’s not a "thing” Riles it’s my personality. I can’t help it.“ He laughed smugly giving her a little nudge. "Besides this isn’t some random new place. You know these people already and they know you. Don’t stress it.” He gave her a reassuring smile before walking away.

When she got inside the first thing she did was walk into the bathroom. Her stomach was in knots and her face was getting hot but she knew the longer she waited the worse she would feel. So she threw her hair up into a messy bun and walked out to try and find her locker.

She recognized a few faces but no one she was close to. As she was shoving her AP biology book into her locker she heard a voice say her name. “Riley? Riley Matthews?” The girl standing before her had a familiar face. She was pretty and petite with blue eyes and purple highlights in her hair. She looked just like her childhood best friend Maya.
“Oh my God..M-Maya?” She asked slamming her locker door shut.
“In the flesh” Maya laughed giving Riley a welcoming hug. “Wow I can’t believe you’re really here. I haven’t seen you in what like…4?”

Riley interrupted her before she could finish. “It’s been 5 years.”
Maya knew why Riley was acting weird. They were inseparable as children and promised each other they’d stay close no matter what but then life happened and they drifted apart. After three months in California, Riley had completely lost touch with all of her best friends. She was happy to see Maya but there was still a part of her that was hurt. Riley tried to lighten the mood by asking Maya which classes she had. Turned out they only had 1 class together but they did have the same lunch wave so at least there was that.
“So are you still friends with the others?” Riley asked trying to make small talk. “Yeah, I mean…we’re friendly. Don’t really see them that much. Farkle and Izzy are in like all honors and AP classes so I really only see them during lunch and sometimes after school. Oh yeah and they’re a thing now.” Maya laughed.

Really? Iz and Farkle? Interesting.” Riley had a hard time picturing it.

Maya continued, “Yeah you get used to it after awhile..oh we’re still cool with Charlie too, by the way.”

“Charlie Gardner?” Riley hadn’t thought about him in a really long time. Back in 6th grade she had a bit of a crush on him but she moved away before she could tell him that. He was a non exclusive member of their little group.

“Yeah don’t worry though he’s still suuuper cheesy and weir…” Maya trailed off when a boy walking by caught her attention. It was Josh. Riley forgot Maya was always secretly in love with her brother. Except it wasn’t so secret. The only person who didn’t know was Josh and that’s just because he was oblivious. Josh stopped in front of the girls looking Maya up and down before recognizing who she was. “Woah. Hart? Looking good.” He gave her a little smirk and kept walking up the stairs.

She sighed in relief when he was out of view. “Geez…the years have been good to your brother.”

Maya walked Riley to her first class and promised she’d look for her in the cafeteria later.

When lunch came around Riley aimlessly wandered about trying to find a seat. She felt a hand grab her arm from behind her. “Hey! told you I’d find you… We’re sitting over here.” Maya escorted her friend over to a table that was in the far back corner of the lunch room. “Hey guys look who it is.” Maya announced. The two people at the table simultaneously looked up and met her gaze. She recognized Izzy right away. She still had her dark hair and black square rims. Right next to her was Farkle. His style was completely different but he still had the same baby face.

“You really are here!” Farkle said in disbelief standing up to give Riley a hug. Iz followed, “How was California?” But before Riley could answer she was being greeted again. This time by someone she did not remember at all. The boy had brown floppy hair and dark green eyes. He was tall and husky and had a huge grin on his face that showed off his perfectly straight teeth. “Well if it isn’t Miss Sunshine herself.” The boy said pulling up a seat right next to Riley. She stared at him for a moment trying to figure out who he was and then it hit her. Charlie.

“Gardner? You look so different!” She said with her mouth hanging open. The Charlie she remembered was a tiny thing with a mouth full of crooked teeth. He laughed nervously pushing his hair out his face, “Yeah I had a growth spurt and got braces…I’m glad you’re home though” He couldn’t stop smiling. Riley suddenly remembered why she had a crush on him back in 6th grade. Charlie always new the right thing to say. He was just a sweet guy. Nobody ever had anything bad to say about him.

The group had a small catch up before lunch was over. Riley told them about Cali and they all filled her in about what’s happened since she left. Farkle and Izzy told her they’ve been dating since freshmen year, Maya told her about these really cool art classes she takes after school and Charlie admitted nothing’s really changed with him. He still lived on the same street. Still had the same interests. The only new thing about him was a girlfriend. He said her name was Sara and that he’d introduce them soon.

When lunch was over Riley’s  friends all headed in different directions. She had some trouble finding her class because every biology lab looked exactly the same and none of them seemed to be numbered. When she got to the third floor she saw her brother Josh again leaning against a locker with two guys at his side. She didn’t want to be late so she swallowed her pride and walked over to ask him if he knew where the class was. AP Bio is usually for seniors but since Riley had already taken regular bio at her old school the system decided to put her in advance placement.

Without really acknowledging him she asked, “do you know where B312 is?” The two boys looked up at her and smiled. They were both really good looking. One with blonde hair and light green eyes and the other with brown skin and a really nice smile.

The one with the nice smile spoke up first “oh yeah, I can show you anywhere you need to go.” He winked at Riley putting his arm out to block the other two guys. “Easy Zay, that’s my little sister.” Josh snapped pushing the boys arm away. “You guys remember Riley right?”

The two boys looked at each other and then back at Riley. It was pretty obvious the Riley they remembered was not the Riley standing there before them. “Smiley Riley?” The blonde boy asked, surprised.

“It’s just Riley. Not Smiley Riley. Just Riley.”

He could tell she was annoyed so he pointed to the classroom right behind her. “That’s B312.” Riley nodded and turned away to walk into class.

She chose a table in the middle and watched as more kids piled in behind her. Most of them looked like seniors but there was a few other juniors in there that she recognized from some of her other classes so she didn’t feel too out of place. The bell rang and almost immediately after the teacher waltzed in.

“Please take a seat everyone and pull out your textbook.” He gestured at the rest of the students still making their way inside.

Riley started to rummage through her bag and then remembered she left her book in her locker. She raised her hand and waited to be called on. “May I run to my locker? I forg …"

The teach cut her off.

"No time. Just share with the person next to you and don’t forget to bring it with you next class.”

In all the commotion of trying to find her book Riley hadn’t noticed that someone had taken the seat right next to her. It was the same blonde haired boy from outside the classroom. There was something familiar about him but she couldn’t figure out what.

The teacher scribbled his name and a page number across the blackboard and cleared his throat, “Everyone look to the person sitting next to you. That will be your lab partner for the rest of the year. I highly suggest you get well acquainted  because you’re going to be seeing a lot of each other.”

The boy opened his book and slid it in the middle so they both could see.
"I don’t know if you remember me from when we were kids? I’m Lucas Friar.“

Riley knew exactly who he was the second he said his name. Growing up Josh always hung out with two boys in particular. Zay and Lucas.

"Yeah…I remember you now. You and Zay. You guys practically lived at our house.” Lucas laughed and nodded his head in agreement. He always thought Riley was cute but she was in a grade below them and not to mention she was the little sister of his best friend. Looking at her now made him rethink that whole “siblings are off limits” deal his friends had.

Riley didn’t want any distractions this year. She knew having Lucas as a lab partner would cause problems for her. There was just something about him that screamed trouble.

“Sshhhhhhhh!” The teacher pointed at the page number on the board. “Read.”

Lucas looked back at Riley but she was already scribbling away taking notes. He watched her for a second, she was so focused and eager. He couldn’t concentrate on the work so instead kept stealing glances at her. He took in her features, noticing her dimpled cheek when she pursed her lips. He had to remind himself she was off limits. Josh would kill him if he tried anything with his sister. Just then Riley looked up, locked eyes and gave him a soft smile before returning back to her notes.

Shit... He thought to himself, this is not going to end well.

Possible Ben/Sulu history headcanon from BB!Anon that answers your questions

(Note: It might be a bit long and some of my asianess is showing through but…here. Your questions made me think a lot and it spewed this. Oh and look at my random British spellings!)

Ben is Sulu’s childhood best friend. The two grew up together; he saw Sulu being this incredibly curious, rambunctious kid, always chasing each other down the street, their parents always pairing them together because their parents were friends and called the other’s parents Auntie and Uncle. Ben never minded because Sulu always got them into some crazy adventures. Considering Sulu is a canon serial hobbyist, when Sulu first got involved in botany, he’d drag Ben to find/see some crazy plant he’s read/heard was in town (“Ben, this flower smells like rotten flesh! Rotten flesh! We gotta see it!”), and as a result, Ben not only has patience of a saint, goes with the flow, but knows how to handle crazy situations. (“No Hikaru, he totally didn’t parry you – don’t punch him in the nose, Auntie will kill us!”) These two have some of the most hilarious stories because Sulu likes to make everyone as much of an expert as he is when he does hobbies.

What happens when an old OC wants to find new life in another universe?  Meet Starr the Dreamscaper!

I based her off of my Nightmaren fancharacter of the same name and gave her a kangaroo Spirit Animal base.  I’m not entirely sure of her role yet, but I can see her welcoming reformed nightmares/phobias to Dreamscape and helping them find their place in this new society (where to live, what to do, how to help/fit in).  She’s friendly and motherly to everyone, no matter how big or small or cranky or sad.

If you get on her bad side, though… well, just remember that you do NOT wanna go toe-to-toe with a kangaroo IRL!  They’re sharp and can break bones!

The blue gem hanging from her scarf is meant to be the chest symbol on Dreamscapers signifying the brain - it could be on her chest too, but the scarf covered it up. ^^;

Oh yes, and she loves samba music and will happily lead conga lines with her own pair of maracas!

I might doodle more of her later!
