Trying to stay healthy, but in a rush? Have a lot of bananas on hand and aren’t sure what to do with them? We have the perfect solution, its a Banana Cocoa Almond Smoothie. Yum!


-1.5 cups ice
-1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-2 very ripe bananas (if your bananas aren’t very ripe with lots of brown on the peel, you may need to add some sugar to get your desired sweetness)
-2 tbsp cocoa powder (feel free to add more!)

Blend until preferred texture. Makes three 8 oz. servings (103 calories per serving)
