Obama vs. Romney: "Well, Governor we also have fewer horses and bayonets"
2012 Presidential debate, October 22, 2012, Lynn University, Boca Raton, Florida

“The budgets that we are talking about is not reducing our military spending. It is maintaining it. But I think Governor Romney maybe hasn’t spent enough time looking at how our military works.

You mentioned the Navy, for example, and that we have fewer ships than we did in 1916. Well, Governor, we also have fewer horses and bayonets, because the nature of our military’s changed. We have these things called aircraft carriers where planes land on them. We have these ships that go underwater, nuclear submarines. And so the question is not a game of Battleship, where we’re counting ships. It’s what are our capabilities.” – President Barack Obama, debate with former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney, Lynn University, Boca Raton, Florida, October 22, 2012

I think we need to take a break from looking at Obama and Romney and look at this lady for a second. I think her name is Christie.

She is amazing.

She was gonna have NONE of their politician nonsence.

When that one guy asked about if The Secretary of Energy was responsible for controlling Gas Prices and each candidate went into their planned speech on energy she asked the candidates to just answer the question no less than 3 times.

When Romney was doing his little “I always need to get the last word” thing, she managed to either always talk over him or shut him up quite a few times.

And I love this quote

“Before we get into who says what or what study says what”

She just layed the smack down on both of them.

How many people get to smack down the president of the united states, the most powerful man in the world, and get away with it?

Best part of the debate.
