C is for crisp bread

Make your own packaging free, zero waste, gluten free crisp bread using this simple recipe.

First mix:

  • 120 g corn flour (or wheat flour for the non-gluten free version)
  • 65 g sunflower seeds
  • 30 g peeled sesame seeds
  • 30 g crushed linseed
  • 30 g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp salt

then add:

  • 60 g oil (rapeseed or olive oil)
  • 200 g hot water
  1. Mix and spread out onto a greased baking tray (or onto a reusable silicone baking ‘paper’). The whole baking tray will be covered.
  2. Slice up into preferred shape of tiles before baking (or while still warm).
  3. Bake in the oven at 150°C for 1 hour.
