Just purchased the ebook and I love it! The pictures and recipes are amazing. Just one question...I noticed that smoothies were compared to a high calorie snack. Would having a 4 banana smoothie with almond milk impact my weight loss? Sometimes it's easier to blend a smoothie before work but if it's that bad then I'll just wake up earlier! 😸
