Vegan! Hot Chocolate ☕️

• 200 ml of almond milk
• 1 - 1.5 tbsp of cocoa powder
• 1 tsp of maple syrup
• 1/3 tsp of ground cinnamon
• cayenne pepper to taste
• a pinch of salt

Cook the milk with salt, cinnamon and cocoa on a medium heat, until everything is dissolved. Stir in the maple syrup. Add a little bit of pepper at the end, taste, to make sure there’s enough of everything and serve straight away. You may top it with vegan marshmallows - still wonderful ✨
