I think all the characters of YOI are so relatable aaaahh I love all of them, i cryyyy, YOI makes me want to be a better person and at the things I do~

now, let’s wait for the second season faithfuly like Hachiko the dog!

Wait for one second. One second. So, what if… What if… from now on, if… if we make it… wherever you run, I… run with you? You’re not serious. I’ve never been more serious. This Elektra, this is a part of me that I need. And you’re the only one who gets it. Without this, I’m not alive. I’m not. Not really. And I know that now, thanks to you. I don’t know what we are together, and if we have any chance in the future I don’t but I do know that I’m free with you. Like with no one else. You hide from yourself. You don’t let anyone in. You. I let you in. Think about it.

BTS Reaction : You doing squats in the gym.

RapMonster : Ass is looking good.

Jungkook : *Sees you in yoga pants* Okay i’m old enough for this.I can check my girlfriend out.

You : *Starts squating*

Jungkook : Nope i’m still a baby.I can’t look.But…it’s so…my god..

Suga : Babe, make sure you don’t hurt yourself cuz’ were gonna continue your workout when we et home.

Jin : Babe…can we go home…i have a problem now~*Eyes go dark *

J-Hope : Jagi.Let’s go home i wanna thank you for the show. * Eyes go dark*

Jimin : Babygirl you look so sexy right now, damn .

So hurrah! Three years on and it’s easier to walk up the stairs, fit into a plane seat and find clothes that don’t have to be adjusted by my mum! I have by no means a perfect body but it is, thankfully, somewhat healthier and fitter. It was a tough realisation in which I essentially had to change my priorities completely and it left me with a lot of confusion about myself… what I like doing, ideas for future plans etc BUT looking at this now I can tell you it’s been worth every
“no thank you” and bead of sweat, and it will never stop being
a challenge and that’s okay.

So make 2017 all that you want it to be, for the sake of your health, both mental and physical. Don’t feel guilty about taking time on yourself; self care is important. And celebrate every victory great or small!

Still here, still living. Life is good.

As the planet spins on, so the pages turn

Hello and very happy new year, beautiful Capricorn! I hope you’re basking in the glow of the past few weeks (the end of 2016 worked out quite well for you, you can admit it) instead of succumbing to the societal pressure to make lists of resolutions. Is it good to have goals to work towards? Of course! But don’t drive yourself crazy trying to change every other part of your personality in order to fulfill some imaginary “new year, new me” quota. Think about your life right now: what are you thankful for? What have you been blessed with? Once you’ve made that list, then think about which areas could use some growth. Take inspiration from the heroine of your lucky book this month: a woman who capitalized on her talents and used them to go after the life she truly wanted. She had some rough beginnings, but she didn’t let the more difficult aspects of her life bog her down or overwhelm her progress. Take courage - 2017 is blank slate, a song just waiting to be written. Grab your pen and your guitar and get to work!

LUCKY BOOK: Hunger Makes Me A Modern Girl by Carrie Brownstein

Every dog has its day, and this month, gentle Aquarius, is yours. After the manic pace of the holidays - that persisted right up until the new year - it’s time to slow way down and catch your breath. If you’re feeling like you’ve got a couple screws loose, trust those instincts; you probably do! Use this time of renewal and new beginnings to attend to yourself in the way you’ve been longing to: return those phone calls and emails, complete the projects you left undone, systematically tie up any loose ends that have been keeping you up at night. Most importantly, do these things at the most leisurely pace you can muster. Disconnect from the frenetic pace of your social media feeds - you’ll be shocked at how much more clear and rested you’ll feel when you stop the mindless scrolling. Does the thought of going analog make you itch? Let your lucky book this month be your guide: follow the stories of several Americans doing their best to live more authentic lives: not necessarily by leaving technology behind, but by doing what they can, bit by bit, to simplify the way they approach their daily existence. Breathe deep, take in the beauty surrounding you, and use each morning as a fresh start.

LUCKY BOOK: The Unsettlers by Mark Sundeen

Quite the socialite, aren’t you, popular Pisces? You’re starting the year off surrounded by a community of family, friends, and admirers, happy as a clam. Well, perhaps a bit harried, too. But in the best way! Even though you have to get really creative in your responses to invitations (Why double date when you can quadruple date?) you’re feeling all the love the universe has to give right now, and now you want to give some of it back. How will you channel this benevolent energy? The main character of your lucky book used his creative powers to create political cartoons that rocked his entire nation - with consequences that far surpassed his expectations. When you have any kind of platform, taking a strong political stance is always a calculated risk - but is usually well worth the effort. Take advantage of the attention you’re getting, and think about how to best use it for good. You never know just how influential your words - or actions - may be.

LUCKY BOOK: Reputations by Juan Gabriel Vásquez

Balance, Aries, it’s all about balance. In addition to a lucky book, you get a key word this month, too. Think of the next few weeks as gently flowing waves, and you’re rising and falling with the tide. You’re not doing any heavy lifting this month, so unclench and relax. The beginning of a new year often brings enormous pressure to transform into a brand new iteration of yourself that you probably feel little to no connection too. So why that disconnect? Imbalance. (Told you.) Bringing baggage from 2016 into the light of a new year - whether it be emotional, physical, psychological - is guaranteed to throw you off and have you losing the game before you get a chance to start playing. Take a step back and examine your priorities: how are you feeling about your career? Your relationships? Your home? Yourself? Do the necessary work of dotting I’s and crossing T’s that you’ve been neglecting, and then you can truly begin on a clean slate. Your lucky book this month is a mind-bending exploration of our perception of reality - time, space, physics. All of the things we know of, but struggle to explain; that we trust, but can rarely see. All of the disparate pieces that somehow hold together the very fabric of our existence…all connected through a most complex and delicate balance.

LUCKY BOOK: Reality Is Not What it Seems by Carlo Rovelli (1/24)

Auf wiedersehen and bon voyage, Taurus! You’re grabbing 2017 by the horns and shaking it - that is to say, you aren’t taking any winter blues lying down. No, you’re throwing your sunscreen and phone charger in a weekender bag and peacing out (and who can blame you?). A giant dose of wanderlust at the very top of a new year can do wonders for expanding your knowledge, refreshing your worldview, and giving a much-needed jolt to both empathy and creativity, which often go hand-in-hand. How would we learn authentically about other people’s lives and experiences if we stayed cloistered within our hometowns, unwilling to venture out and be an outsider in a new place? The protagonist of your lucky book this month shares your desire for traveling beyond the comfortable or familiar: she goes to a Middle Eastern country in search of an ancient text, but ends up discovering so much more. Witness to an incredible love story, mounting political tension, and a family’s struggle to navigate their country’s increasingly precarious hold on peace, she discovers what it means to be a stranger in a land that is physically and culturally different even as her emotional attachment grows ever stronger. In the midst of your adventures, don’t miss your chance to make a deep connection with what may at first feel strange or foreign. You’ll be all the richer for it.

LUCKY BOOK: A Word for Love by Emily Robbins (1/17)

Feeling a bit touched out, Gem? We all have those days. Err…months. No judgment, seriously. Coming right out of the holiday season, where it seems like everywhere you turn, there’s another nosy relative, ugly sweater party obligation, or guilt-inducing ad, it’s no wonder you are desperately seeking a room of your own. Consider this your pass to embrace the hermit you’ve been trying to suppress all November and December! You are welcome. Use this time to think about boundaries: have you been careful with who you allow into your space, whether it be physical, mental, or emotional? Have your loved ones been mindful of your needs? There is no shame in being exactly who you are, despite what the people around you (and on your feed) might feel about it. The beginning of the year can be tough - the pressure to change can feel more like a burden, particularly when the exhaustion of the weeks past doesn’t actually melt at the stroke of midnight on January 1, like the world would have you think. Stand firm in who you are, what you need, and what you enjoy - and don’t be afraid to turn your back on whoever makes you feel as if you are inadequate. When you’re curled up under a warm blanket and blissfully ignoring the world outside, you’ll want a copy of your lucky book: a beautifully heartbreaking true-life account about a young man who was made to feel ashamed of who he truly was, and his journey to radical self-love. Despite all odds, and despite hate masquerading as righteousness, he found the courage and strength to say yes to himself, and overcome a lifetime of no. Now that’s a story worth snuggling up to.

LUCKY BOOK: Boy Erased by Garrard Conley

It takes two, baby!!! Cancer, take a minute to make sure your phone isn’t in airplane mode and that you’ve got your notifications ON, because this is your month for partnerships! Maybe you need a cuddle partner for the cold winter months - or if you’re in warmer climes, a buddy to hit the hiking trails or In-N-Out with. Either way, the stars have decreed that the going will be easy in terms of of establishing and/or strengthening connections with the ones you’d like to get a little closer to this month. But that doesn’t mean that you can sit back with your arms crossed and expect love or companionship to find you: it’s all in your ability to recognize what’s in front of you, and perhaps even what’s been in front of you for some time. It’s in your willingness to open yourself up to possibilities you may have previously thought impossible. No woman is an island - or, at least, shouldn’t be for too long. Your lucky book is testament to that fact. Isolation and loneliness can be incredibly damaging over time, and should not be equated with strength of character or some kind of emotional fortitude. Nadia had to learn this lesson, however slowly or painfully, and ultimately, learned and grew from her connections with other people - despite, and in some cases, because of her missteps. Growth is change, and change sometimes hurts. But taking the first step is more than worth it, as any character in your lucky book would tell you. Consider the possibilities, and embrace them! Life is too short to go it alone.

LUCKY BOOK: The Mothersby Brit Bennett

Aaaaaand…ONE and TWO and THREE and FOUR! You’re high kicking and downward dog-ing your way into 2017, and good for you! We’re in the dead of winter and that’s normally the signal for morose hibernation and comfort snacking, so be proud of your strength of will in such trying times. Keep yourself well hydrated, stock up on a healthy munchies, get plenty of rest. And, most importantly, don’t give in to the temptation to subscribe to the latest fad diet or Instagram fitness craze. You know what feels right for your body, and trying to fit into anyone else’s standards of beauty or fitness is just a long, slippery slope to dissatisfaction and depression. At this point in your life, whatever point that may be, you know that embracing your inner strength and resolve is what makes you feel truly empowered. It’s incredibly easy to lose sight of that strength on a daily - and sometimes hourly - basis. But as long as you continue exercising your body and mind (you know that level of discipline you have accounts for some serious mental heavy lifting, right?) you’re golden. You’re creating the life that you want, rather than just existing. And the quickest way out of or away from any rut - whether it be a “midlife crisis” or simply an awful week - is to live with purpose, with intention. To approach each crossroads as a fresh beginning rather than an inevitably unfulfilling choice. Grab your lucky book this month for a wellspring of insight and inspiration for any day when putting on your running shoes feels completely insurmountable. You’ll be back on the track in no time.

LUCKY BOOK: Life Reimagined by Barbara Bradley Hagerty

Well, Virgo, it may be cool outside, but you are HOT. We aren’t sure what exactly it is, but you’re making heads turn all month, and good luck keeping your weekend evenings free - you’re the belle of the ball, so don’t be surprised by all the requests to hit the dance floor! Enjoy yourself, but this won’t be all fun and games - expect some serious relationship vibes to find their way to you and whichever sweetie has been on your mind for some time. The time is now, no day but today - what’s your move going to be? Coupled Virgos, a monumental next step could be coming - you know exactly what I’m talking about - while single Virgos, have your defenses at the ready. Heady romance and passion are all well and good, but beware the untimely return of a former lover. Take any mysterious reappearance as a sign - to run! Don’t be wooed by the same mind games that you escaped from once already. Your lucky book has enough of those already. Haunting, breathtaking, and utterly captivating, you’ll tear through this small book and be left completely on edge and completely stunned. Nothing like some healthy fear to counterbalance a bit of amorous passion, right Virgo? This will be a thrilling month indeed.

LUCKY BOOK: Fever Dream by Samanta Schweblin

Oh, lovely Libra. The holiday season is enjoyable, sure, with all of shiny bells and baubles, and goodwill to all men. But the unrelenting busy-ness can be a bit much, so you aren’t too mournful in saying goodbye to the madness for another year. So, onto much more satisfying things: your warm bed. Your cozy apartment. An intimate group of friends and family, just sharing snacks, telling jokes, and watching movies without any of the frenzy that typically bleeds into similar get-togethers in November or December. If you’re feeling like a homebody, that’s completely fine, because you love your home and are proud to be in it, and so are the loved ones you invite into your space. That warm glow of comfort and friendship - it’s completely irreplaceable, isn’t it? This month, you share a lot in common with the title character in your lucky book - a comparison you may find unusual, but stick around. This is American history like you’ve never experienced it before, although the character in question is actually French. That’s right, General Lafayette, that dashing, daring, revolution-loving soldier may have fought battles and navigated thorny political conspiracies, which you will probably never be called upon to do - but at the heart of his tale lies the impact he made not just on history, but on the people who surrounded him. His friends. His admirers. The people who he could kick up his feet and shoot the breeze with. It’s easy to forget that historical figures had inner lives that so resembled ours - so this month, bask in the knowledge that you and General Lafayette could both appreciate the simple pleasures of spending time with good company. La vie est belle, non?

LUCKY BOOK: Lafayette in the Somewhat United States by Sarah Vowell

Whew, Scorpio! Have you slowed down since the ball dropped on January 1? You’re a whirling dervish this month, spinning from one activity to the next, accepting as many invitations and lunch dates and dinner gates and hangout plans as your poor little calendar can hold. Not to knock your hustle - you’re feeling the energy that comes from a fresh new start, and your “new year, new you” vigor is unstoppable. After all, community is crucial, your networking is working, and you certainly don’t have time to waste! But to that point, take a second every now and then to double check your daily agenda - double-booking can happen all too easily. Barring that, go on and live your life in glorious, unfettered splendor. You’re embodying the spirit of your lucky book this month, which explains why untidiness and sprawl is actually integral to the way our minds function, and can lead to innovation and creativity. Is your room a mild disaster area because you’re too busy to put your things away? Fine! Is your desk strewn with papers and post-its? Great! You’re subconsciously keeping yourself engaged, attuned to unusual patterns, and primed for new ideas. 2017 is already your year, Scorpio - and you haven’t even made your bed yet. If you want to rub it in your mother’s face, just don’t tell her we sent you.

LUCKY BOOK: Messy by Tim Harford

Wow, Sagittarius, you’re looking quite large and in charge. You’ve got a swagger in your step and twinkle in your eye - as focused as the archer for which you’re named. Yes, you made a list of resolutions, and what of it? You’re not the kind of person to abandon them after two weeks, no ma’am. Setting manageable, yet ambitious goals for yourself is a wholly affirming exercise: it inspires reflection on what’s been working for you so far, and helps you dream of what you’d like to accomplish next. You’re feeling totally grounded and in control this month, Sag, so this work is both essential and instinctual. Be sure to think through all of the logistics of each goal: what resources are required to make them a reality? Who might you need to rely on for help? How much time will you give yourself to achieve each step? You’re thinking like a visionary, so it’s only right that your lucky book this month be a sparkling how-to guide for the creative, forward-thinking soul. Take it from an expert: the power of soulfulness and positivity cannot be understated. But they don’t come naturally, no matter how good you may be feeling right now, in the second week of the new year. Put in the practice now to make these values a habit, and watch how your vision boards manifest in 2017. You got this!

@taylorswift all I can do is thank you for introducing us to so many positive and inspiring people, many struggling with the same issues, who do nothing but lift each other up with their friendliness and smiles. A few days ago I did not even know half of the people involved in this project, but now knowing that each one of them would be there for me and stand up for me through anything. None of this would have been possible without your loving energy bringing us together. So, have a donut for us all? 🍩

“It doesn’t need to be like this. There’s another way. A way that doesn’t make you lie to everyone including yourself while claiming that you’re not a liar. We call it the Dark Side, yes, but it’s a description that desperately lacks depth. What’s dark about being true to yourself? What’s evil about love and passion? Tell me, if you still think yourself a Jedi.”

Simon: “Baz, come over and snuggle me.”

Baz: “I’m writing an essay right now.”

Simon: “Remember that time you spelled my laptop shut and I couldn’t get any homework done?”

Baz: “I’m coming.”

Simon doesn’t bring up the actual bad stuff though (like the chimera or the voice recorder incident), because he knows how bad Baz feels about them and doesn’t want to make it worse.

anonymous asked:

hello ms. 0bleep i was hoping for some advice if you have a spare second? how do you motivate yourself to write? i recently made some writing commitments which i'm now a bit D: about because i feel like writers block is gong to kick me in the face. do you have any tips or tricks that you could share? thank you!

hi there anon! it’s a little different for everyone but i hope these ideas will help you!

  • first, make a goal or commitment– it sounds like you already did, yay! now it might sound scary at first, like oh, i’m gonna write this huuuuge 50k thing but if you break it down into small pieces, like “today i’m gonna try and write 500 words”, it’s much more manageable
  • squeeze in short writing times! i typically go for about twenty minutes at a time. i set a timer (i don’t have an actual one, but if you type into google ___ minute timer, google automatically makes one for you), and then just write write write for twenty minutes, and then stop. and do something fun, like scroll tumblr for a few minutes, or eat a snack, or something else. then set another twenty minutes. i try to do this at least once a day, and have made pretty good progress on some big projects that sounded really scary at first.
  • have more than one project at a time– this doesn’t work for everyone, but i really really really like it, because very often i will get stuck, and i don’t know how to proceed with a scene, or it’s hard and i don’t know where to go from here. so that way if i get stuck on one project, then i can go work on another one.
  • write out of order – again, if you are stuck, don’t just close the thing and stop. don’t know how to finish this scene? ok, open up a new thing and write the ending. don’t know the ending? write the middle. wanna write that big kiss scene? do it. if you’re writing and you’ve got energy, keep going, keep going. you can always put it back in order later.
  • write a random scene for funsies– are you stuck? think of something fun your characters might do, it doesn’t matter if it’s part of the story or not, you can do it just to explore what they might do in that situation. i actually did this because i was really stuck in one of my novels, and i was like… i’m gonna write the first thing that comes to my head, which was i stuck my character in a coffeeshop. eventually a reworked version of that scene made it into the novel and it actually became a good plot point.
  • use placeholders for things to research later- this is super helpful because if you could be in the middle of a flow and you stop to ponder about what x character name is, then get sucked into backstory and what that name means, and then get distracted by the internet… this looks kind of like “Hello there,” [side character A] says, “[witty comment about tractors]”. i don’t know anything about tractors but i want this character to make a joke about it, so sticking this here right now is a easy way to keep writing and getting down the bones of the story without getting sidetracked.
  • write with friends! get into the spirit by asking a friend to sprint with you, or just tell someone you’re writing, so they can cheer you on. the #amwriting tag on twitter is pretty cool for this, lots of people cheering others on there! also the #nanowrimo tag, even though it’s not nano time right now, a lot of people really get into it. you can make friends to sprint with through the forums and it’s really fun!
  • treat yourself-- you are AWESOME and writing is a huge, daunting endeavor. take breaks! take lots of breaks. for every twenty minutes of work take a five minute break. (or twenty five and five, there’s an actual science to this called the pomodoro timer. this is a really great site that will time and it even makes cool ticky noises, and it’ll count down your work time/ break time.)

i hope these were helpful, anon! all the best  ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤

anonymous asked:

Is it okay to ask you about Asian erasure? I'm Asian and a few years ago I was like "it's not a big deal" but now I feel like it's something that needs to be addressed but whenever I bring it up the way people treat me makes me feels like I'm exaggerating. You're a big reason that I've noticed it more, so if you have time could you maybe explain why it's so important? Thank you :)

Yikes, I’m sorry to hear people are making you doubt yourself, Anon. I’m glad my posts are bringing awareness to it though! There’s a lot to say about it so I’ll try to keep it short and to the point.

I’m going to start with a couple of disclaimers:

  • I’m going to focus on East Asians in particular because I myself am East Asian, so I don’t want to talk on behalf of other Asians, and also because all the cases Asian Erasure that I can think of are about East Asians.
  • This is not the Oppression Olympics. Me talking about the discrimination of East Asians is not an attempt to undermine or dismiss the discrimination faced by other people of colour.

Okay, now to the point! Or the many points, at least.

1. Asian Erasure = Lack of (Positive) Representation

Representation is so, so important. I don’t think I have to go too much into detail about this, just that it’s important for Asians to see themselves depicted in mainstream media. We don’t get to see ourselves saving the day. We don’t get to see ourselves being portrayed as dynamic, three-dimensional characters who aren’t just built off stereotypes. We don’t get to see ourselves be a part of the diversity that western media is patting themselves on the back for even though they’re leaving out billions of people that take up like, half a continent.

Media influences people so much, without them even knowing, so the more we’re seen in different settings, the more likely people are to separate us from stereotypes and normalize us as human beings instead of walking caricatures.

It’s not just TV shows that leave Asians out of the picture. There’s a distinct lack of Asians in body positivity ads that I’ve seen, and then people applaud it for having such great diversity, except literally all I can think is, “Where are the Asians?” Which brings me to my next point:

2. Asian Erasure Makes it Easier to Ignore Asians

Now, this isn’t necessarily on purpose, but like many things we learn from media, it happens anyway, subconscious or not. It’s kind of amazing how few people realize there’s a distinct lack of Asians in media until it’s pointed out to them because they’re just so used to our absence.

We can even take you as an example - you said you’ve started noticing it more because I keep pointing it out. Which is great, of course, and there’s nothing wrong with having not really noticed it before. What’s important is that you start noticing it at all!

Anyway, my point is: it’s easy to ignore things that were never there to begin with. And this thing with ignoring Asians leads to other issues, like ignoring us in discussions about racism and discrimination.

3. Asian Erasure Contributes to Dismissing Asians as PoC

Okay, I don’t know how “factual” this is, but there is definitely a trend of people taking the term “people of colour” way too literally in that they only think about black, brown, hispanic, and other more commonly dark-skinned minorities instead of light-skinned minorities like East Asians.

So I’m just gonna say this real quick: East Asians are People of Colour

Except, we get left out of the discussion a lot when it comes to race and discrimination. Just, like, completely forgotten, in that people don’t ever bring up East Asians and how we experience racism and discrimination, and I don’t know if this is because of our skin tone (i.e. we aren’t obviously “coloured” so it’s subconsciously easier to forget about us as a minority group, visibly speaking) or because of the really stupid “model minority” myth.

I don’t wanna go too into detail about the model minority myth, but basically the myth and this trend of ignoring Asians often leads to people, and other minorities, dismisses and undermines the discrimination and racism that Asians face because people tend to believe that Asians don’t face either of those at all.

(And maybe some Asians will agree! You’ll probably meet some Asians who think they have the same privileges as white people, but let me remind you that 1. They’re wrong, only white people benefit from white privilege, that’s why it’s white privilege, and 2. Those Asians don’t speak on behalf of the other Asians, like me, who do feel discriminated against/ignored/dismissed/etc.)

This might make Asians who feel discriminated against think that they’re exaggerating (you’re not exaggerating, Anon) because people love to say that what Asians go through “isn’t nearly as bad” but that’s just a terrible mentality to have because again, this isn’t the Oppression Olympics. We’re not trying to one-up other minorities on how badly we have it. We just want our issues to be made aware of, too.

(I have a whole other thing on how Asian stereotypes literally kill Asians, but that’s not the focus of this. I just figure that there’s gonna be at least one person thinking that the “stereotypes are good!” but no, there’s a reason East Asians tend to have the highest suicide rates amongst universities in North America.)

4. Asian Erasure takes roles away from Rising Asian Actors

Basically, whitewashing. See:

  • Ghost in the Shell
  • Dr. Strange
  • Arguably The Great Wall, but there’s a lot of mixed feelings about that one but I’m putting it here anyway because I’m of the opinion that they could’ve just as easily not put Matt Damon in there.

Those are the most recent cases that I can remember but anyway, case in point: whitewashing and Asian erasure often go hand in hand.

So why is Asian erasure important? Or rather, why is it important to acknowledge it as an issue?

In my opinion, it basically boils down to the fact that, as an ethnic minority and as people of colour, Asians need representation, too. A lot of the arguments for more and better (very important) roles for black, brown hispanic, and latinx people apply to Asians as well.

But Asians tend to be forgotten (for reasons I can only speculate). Instead we’re overlooked and dismissed because we aren’t discriminated against “enough” (again, stupid idea, not the Oppression Olympics.)

There’s a lot more I could talk about but because I don’t want to write an entire essay on the matter, I hope this is at least a good start. Thanks for the ask, Anon! I hope people give you less trouble about it in the future, because Asian erasure really is an important issue, even if it’s easier to ignore than others.

Warning:  Like away with me Sex

You were so tired of staring at the same damn cell bars all day long. Day in, day out it was always the same view. Cold and gray. You have been at Arkham Asylum for 20 days now. Most of the wings have padded cells for the extra crazy. Lucky you, you had a prison cell all to yourself. Looking at the empty cell next to yours only made you feel more alone. The section you are in is not big. Only a hand full of empty prison cells surrounds you.  You would give anything to have someone to talk to. You tried talking to the guards but they only cut you off. It was late now and most of the guards have gone home for the night.

You were almost asleep when you hear the sound of boots coming down the hall. Four guards are dragging a man down the hall towards your cell. One of the guards shuffles through his key ring. He finds the right key and opens the cell door next to yours. “Put him in here for now”. Griggs orders. The guards throw him inside the cell locking the door as they leave. Curious to know who it was next to you, you get up from your cot and walk over to the adjacent bars. The green haired man gets up and runs to the door “Aughhraa” he growls angry shaking the cell door. Every curse word known to man fly’s out of his mouth he is so pissed off. He’s magnificent like a caged loin. He walks back and  in front of his cell door.

After a few more minutes of hot anger he finally sits down on his cot. Taking a few deep breaths he calms down some. He finally notices you.

He saunters over to you like he owns the place. “What ‘a we have here” “Well hello pretty you come here often"he asks you and throws back his head in laughter. You can’t help but smile at his laugh. "O very pretty” “I’m joker or you can call me Mr.J ” he states looking you up and down. He comes closer “You wanna play” he asks “Yes” your heart starts to pound with excitement.  He’s gorgeous only wearing a pair of dark blue sweat pants. His tattooed perfect chest turns you on. His blue eyes are intense on you. You walk closer to the bars opening your orange jump suit. He smiles. “You’re going to have to come a lot closure than that baby”. His voice is low. You get as close as you can to the bars. Mr. J reaches forward and touches your breast it feels good you start to purr. “O Kitten likes that” he says. He growls deep in his chest.  All of a sudden he reaches forward with both hands and  pulls you hard against the bars. His hand slides down you,  inside your panties. Your already so hot he moves is fingers over your sweet spot. Over and Over. Your head is turned so his hot breath is in your ear and on your neck as his fingers move deeper inside you. You start to moan it feels so good. You’re so close to your orgasm. You can feel it building. You hear boots coming down the hallway. Not now! you think to yourself. You forgot about the cameras in this place. You were afraid Mr. J would stop what he was doing to you. He didn’t. Your orgasm hits you start to moan loud. Mr. J cuts it off with a kiss. His cell door opens “Ok break it up” Griggs orders at you angry. “Take him back to his cell”. “it’s secure enough now” Griggs tells the other guards. It literally took two guards three tries to pull him away from you. You quickly closed your jump suit. Your body still throbbing from the orgasm. Mr. J growls and fights back as the pull him out of the cell. before he’s gone from sight. Your eyes meet “I’ll be back for you pretty” he promises you.

Happy New Year!

Here it is: the  New Year! And with it comes my first entry of 2017 including my new watermark that my friend @missionjournaling made for me. :D From now on, you will find it on every picture that I upload.

Anyway, I hope your New Year’s Eve was great and you are ready for 2017 (just like me). I hope you will continue on following me through my way to journal and maybe try out journaling yourself (if you have not done it yet).

Thank you for being by my side in 2016. Let’s hope for the best in this year! 🎉

“Stop doubting, stop overthinking. Life is happening and don’t waste it wishing it was different. If you want a change, make a change. It can be big, it can be small, but it can be refreshing as well… You got this.

You’re supposed to be scary! -Bestfriend!Jooheon

Genre: Fluff, very very slight smut

Characters: Lee Jooheon (Monsta X), You

Word count: 1480

Happy late Halloween! This is my first actual post on here, I hope you all like it! Ps: requests are open!

“C’mon Y\N! Why are you taking so long?!”

Your best friend Jooheon has been banging at your door for the last five minutes.

“You know, yelling at my door won’t make me go any faster!” you answear.

Tonight is Halloween and you want to look extra fine. You fix your hair one last time before finally opening the door and reveal yourself.

“Thank God! Can we leave now? You know we have a-“

What. Is Lee Jooheon speechless right now?

You two have known each other ever since high school and he was always the

talkative one. However, seeing him in this state really shocked you.

“What… what are you supposed to be..?”

“I’m a French courtesan… isn’t that obvious?” you say as you swing your long skirt a little bit.

“Yeah right…” he says without looking at you directly.

“I think you should’ve paid attention in History class.”

“Like that’s important… you’re supposed to be scary tonight, like me!” says your best friend while putting his Bane mask on.

“And you think you’ll be able to pick up chicks like that?” you imitate his movements to make fun of him. He fakes a laugh.

“Very funny… let’s go, we’re already late.”

“Actually, we’re just in time because the party-“ he doesn’t let you finish and grabs your wrist to drag you out of your apartment.

You two arrive at the party just in time and your other friends welcome you into the house. The place is really crowed and you grab Jooheon’s arm, you wouldn’t know what to do if you lost him because you barely now six people in this house.

Jooheon is surprised by your gesture and he starts acting strange. He avoids looking at you directly and his arm is stiff at your touch.

What the heck is wrong with him tonight?! You think to yourself. He’s never like that.

Some time passes and you already lost Jooheon in the crowd. He said he was going to get a drink, but he said that 2 hours ago. You’re really pissed off by this whole situation. You were supposed to be having fun with your best friend but here you are, sitting on a couch full of boys who keep asking you weird questions since they’re drunk. You decide to stand up and go outside.

The loud music gave you a small headache and you just want to rest your ears a little bit.

Once you’re out you see someone laying on the grass. Fearing it might be someone who passed out you run to them. Than you see it’s Jooheon. His eyes are closed and his hands are under his head. He looks so relaxed, unlike before.

At first you don’t want to wake him up, but you want answears about his strange behavior.

You lean down and shake his shoulders a little bit.

“Jooheon…” you say softly.

“Jooheon!” a little louder.

“LEE JOOHEON!” you almost scream. But that works.

He opens his eyes and gets scared when he sees you so close to him.

“What happened?” you say in a worried tone while sitting next to him on the grass.

“What- what do you mean? Nothing happened…” he says while scratching his chin. That Bane mask was probably itchy.

“Don’t lie to me. You’ve been acting strange.”

“I was not-“

“Yes you were! For God’s sake!”

A moment of silence runs between you two. He can’t look at you in the eyes.

“Fine. You want the truth? Well there it is. I like you. It took some time relise it but… Gosh. I swear… I can’t take it anymore. And I know this will probably ruin our friendship and all that bullshit but… fuck, I don’t know what else to say…”

This sudden confession really shocks you. This morning you two were the same as always, but right now something just changed.

You grab his hand and hold it tight.

“Why are saying it like it’s a bad thing?”

He’s confused by your words at first. He wasn’t expecting this answear from you. All the boyfriends that you had before were so different from him and he hated every single one of them. He knew you deserved someone better than those jerks. But he just didn’t know how to tell you.

“What-? Of course it’s bad! We’ve been friends since forever and it would be a shame if…”

“And who says that?” he really doesn’t what to say anymore, everything is so confusing.

“You know… all the relationships I’ve been in before were all rushed, and this is why they all ended pretty badly…” you says as you think about all the nights that you wasted being with someone you didn’t really care about. And then you think about Jooheon. With him your time is never wasted and you always feel like you’re at home when you’re with him. This final thought sets your decision.

“But with you…I mean… We’ve known each other for such a long time. And that is why I feel like it’ll work!” you don’t even know what you’re saying anymore. You don’t think you’ve explained how you feel the right way.

Of course you like Jooheon, how could you not? Friendship grows quickly into love, they say. You want to make it work. You two are a great team, you can overcome anything.

“What I’m trying to say is… oh God, I don’t know how to explain this but-“

You are interrupted by Jooheon’s hand touching your cheek. Your heart starts beating like never before. So this is the feeling everyone talks about.

Suddenly you understand everything. You understand why all your relationships failed and you can’t help it but you touch Jooheon’s hand well. It feels so right.

He gets closer to your ear. Your cheeks are burning, even though it’s so cold.

“So… you like me?” he whispers in your ear. You nod slowly.

“I want to hear you say it. You know how much I’ve been waiting for this moment?” Jooheon says as he places a soft kiss under your ear. You close your eyes immediately at the feeling.

You get closer to his ear as well in order to fulfill his request.

“I really like you Jooheon…I mean it.”

At your answear a bright smile runs across his face. Gosh, he’s so beautiful.

You can’t hold it any longer. You lean closer and give him a small peck on the lips.

His eyes are now wide open.
“Are you serious right now?”

“What?” you ask, very confused.

“Are we twelve? Give me a proper kiss!”

“Well geez, sorry.” You say as you take him by the shirt and connect your lips.

Everything feels slowed down. Jooheon puts his hands on your hips and lays on the ground with you while you two go on kissing.

The sound of your soft sighs is like a melody that he’s been dying to hear for such a long time. Both of your hands are resting on his chest and you can feel his breath getting shorter and shorter.

The more you go on, the more you want him.

At some point, you stop to face each other. It all feels like a dream you don’t want to wake up from.

“Let’s get out of here.” Jooheon stands up and takes you with him.

“Now, that’s a good idea.” You say as you hand him his mask. He takes it from your hands and steals a quick kiss.

Hand in hand, you head to the center of the city where you spend the rest of your night. Never taking your hands off each other.

The hours flow so quickly with him. I hope this night never ends.

“What time is it?” he asks. You give him your phone so he can see the time. You feel too tired to read.

“Wanna go home?” you simply nod. He caresses your cheek, Jooheon always thought you were so cute when you were tired. “C’mon, let’s go.”

You finally reach your place downtown. Once you get at the door you take out your keys from the bag.

“Wait… what was the code?” you say out loud to yourself. Jooheon presses the numbers of your code quickly, without even thinking.

“Since when do you know my code?!”

“Since forever Y/N… and be quiet, you’re going to wake everyone up.”

“Yeah… whatever…” you say as you open the door.

“Alright… I’ll see you then.” Says Jooheon, he knows you should rest so he would prefer to leave quickly.

“You’re not coming in?” you ask with a sad tone. You don’t want him to go. Absolutely not.

He thinks about it for a few seconds before answearing.

“Are you sure…?”

You lean over and grab him by his belt into your apartment.

“Yes I’m sure.”

A smirk appears on his face as the door closes.

I’m getting coffee in celebration of Bex coming out. Tonight I feel so blessed and proud and elated and thankful we have a Bex in the world. Yet again I am reminded that Bex is just a human doing her best and I couldn’t love her more or be more proud. Now I have another reason I can relate to her and appreciate her and that makes me so happy. I was depressed tonight and this changed it so thank you Bex for just being yourself tonight and being so brave.

Well at least Buck has some common sense.

Not that it’ll help this any.

Oh well at least he went back to normal.

Bad news however is that his social life is dead now.

I hope you’re proud of yourself Steven :>)

Look I know you all really like Steven and I respect that fully.

But Lars is completely in the right for once, that little boy fucked up.

Please feel free to message me anytime, I want to help you like you all have helped me. Nobody can be perfect, so please do not expect yourself o be whenever you are amazing just as you are now. thank you all for helping and supporting me. I want to continue making you all smile and laugh and I hope I can continue to do that even though I have plenty of people saying I’m just repeating my content over and over again.. But I hope you can still get some laughs now and then. Thank you all ;;

I know you probably don’t even wanna think about Tumblr right now but I’m gonna put this here for when you get back. Take your time, snuggle your dog, immerse yourself in things that make you happy. Because you’re great and you don’t deserve any of that crap those jerks have been giving you.
