Keeping the legs straight (but not locked!), slowly lower the torso toward the floor, and then walk the hands forward. Once in a push-up position, start taking tiny steps so the feet meet the hands. Continue bugging out for 4-6 reps. SUPERMAN TOE TAPS: Superman. Taps toes together either 10reps or for 60sec DECLINE PUSHUP: This move is prone to injury. Please be careful. I will use a folded yoga mat/towel under my hands to cushion my wrists. Place both feet elevated on chair/stool/bench ➕ Don’t compare your fitness journey to anyone else’s.
