“Plate of beige. Veggie sausage on the left, quinoa with garlic, mushrooms, and onions on the right. I added the peas hoping they’d add a bit of colour, but, sadly, they didn’t.”

The beige was so strong in this plate that it managed to suck all the verdant life energy out of the petit pois. That’s a whole new level of blandness right there.
