Test to see if you have a Diastasis

We have discussed diastasis recti abdominal muscle separation frequently the past few weeks.
I feel we do need to continually educate others on how to prevent during pregnancy and heal post.
If you have a Diastasis you may also suffer from lower back and hip pain, pelvic floor muscle weakness and a mummy tummy that just won’t go away.

A Diastasis can be fixed you just need to know what exercise to do the exercises to avoid and correct poor posture.

When you test your separation you should get get 3 measurements width, length and depth. The deeper the diastsais, the longer it will take to heal as more cellular repair is needed.

My No More Mummy Tummy Yummy Muesli :)

I add a banana or 1/3 tin peaches with some coconut and cows milk and yoghurt 30mins before I eat it so when im doing the girls breakfasts and lunchboxes.

I roast on top in a large frying pan using coconut oil.

Oats first
then add coconut threads and pumpkin seeds
Turn heat off and add mixed nuts I used:
Peacans
Almonds
Pistachios
Hazelnuts

Goji berries added last waiting until cooled down before adding in some raisins (can leave out for minimal sugar)
