My contribution to the “PWS - Retrospective Special

  1. Paris, La Défense - taken Sep 22 2013, about one month before I started the tumblr blog “feuerfloh”, posted Nov 17 2013.

  2. Follow the light!” (Berlin, station Potsdamer Platz) - taken Oct 14 2014, posted Nov 16 2014

  3. Warning! Danger! After two or three Czech beers the houses look suddenly a bit unusual… :-)” The Dancing House in Prague - taken Sep 26 2015, posted Oct 28 2015

All photos were taken with the same camera (Nikon D3200) but with different lenses.

  1. Nikkor 18-55 f/3.5-5.6 (Kit lense), “landscape” program, JPEG
  2. Sigma 17-70 f/2.8-4.0, Aperture priority (”A”), RAW, development in Lightroom
  3. Sigma 17-70 f/2.8-4.0, Aperture priority (”A”), RAW, development in Lightroom

When I made the first shot, it was the first attempt to do more than “point and shoot” with the camera. And it was the first step on the long way to become a photographer. I think that I’ve made one or two steps ahead since then but I suppose, that there’s still a lot to learn and a long way to go…

I’m really liking the use of my old Nikkor film lenses with my Sony A6000…
