In the past I thought if I didn’t eat, I’d be skinny and possibly earn the title of pretty. Looking back now at my mind set is slightly embarrassing for me, because fitness shouldn’t be about being skinny. It should be about your health and getting treating your body in the best way possible. Now my goal isn’t to be skinny, but to be a point where I’m confident in my skin and I’m no longer constantly tired and eating food I know shouldn’t even be called food. It’s fake, addictive, and makes you feel sick. I don’t want to eat like that anymore. Even though I feel guilty for eating all this junk I tell myself I’ll start tomorrow, which never happens or if it does I don’t keep up with it. So I’m starting up this fitness blog to have constant motivation and support, and hopefully I can meet people on here who can relate and help motivate me, and hopefully I can do the same for them. I’m excited to do this and maybe this might inspire you as well, it’s always easier with someone by your side.
