I absolutely love this app. It will really get you going! I usually use it when I am out of town from the gym or when I’ve had a long day or when there is bad weather and I don’t want to drive to the gym. These workouts will have you pouring with sweat. That’s me on the floor after the workout not able to get up because it really got the best of me (lol) and I am just on the beginners level! If you want an app that will give you a quick and effective workout that you can take on the go, Nike Training Club is a best bet! They really keep you motivated by letting you unlock awards with the amount of workouts you do. The best part of all of this is that it is free!
