NHL!Bitty, Part IX - ‘Loose Lips Sink Ships’

(Alright, you guys voted for #2, so enjoy!)

Eric gets hit on in a hotel bar during All-Star weekend. For the first time in a long time, it’s not because he’s a famous hockey player.

It would be very flattering, except the man trying to seduce him works for Jack’s PR firm, and bro is playing fast and loose with some seriously confidential information.

NHL!Bitty Masterpost!

It’s been a long, exhausting day. Between the flight, check-in, the press junket, the photo ops, all Eric wants is to get a little bit drunk with the guys, grab some dinner, and fool around in Jack’s hotel room. Hopefully in that order, but he’s open to fooling around whenever.

He must have a dopey smile on his face thinking about the debauchery he’s been looking forward to all week when he realizes someone is watching him from across the bar.

Tall, nice hair, professional, and he’s looking at Eric, no, at the empty chair next to him. And he’s walking over.

“Is this seat taken?”

It was a surprise people actually liked her more than you.

Maybe it was because she was prettier, You pondered sometimes. Maybe it was because she actually talked to everyone, and didn’t just sit alone during lunch. Insecurity was probably the bane of your existence when you were around Jenna, especially since she teased you.

Easy Like Sunday Morning - Jughead Jones Imagine

Requests should be up soon, thank you all for reading and I hope you enjoy. Check out @stilesxxstilinskii ’s blog too :)

Soft yellows fell through the window, coating the room in a blushing light. The tendrils fell upon (Y/N)’s face, waking them from their slumber. They groaned in annoyance, being woken too early on a Sunday morning. (Y/N) rubbed their eyes, sitting up and looking around the room. Spotting Jughead’s beanie, his prized possession, (Y/N) smiled. It wouldn’t be long until Jughead would realise that his hat was gone, having left it at (Y/N)’s house the night before. A night supposed to be dedicated to studying, riddled instead of heated kisses and feverish touches. Juggie had left early that morning, before (Y/N)’s parents returned from their business trip over the weekend.

(Y/N) was just about to call Juggie, when a knock sounded throughout the house. Quickly getting up and running down the stairs, the door opened revealing the man himself. Jughead leant against the doorframe, smirking. A wide smile spread across (Y/N)’s face as they pulled Jug into the house and wrapped their arms around his neck. Jughead laughed at the sudden contact but held onto their waist nonetheless.

“I was just about to call you.” (Y/N) mumbled into his neck. “You left your hat.” They pulled away smiling.

“I know. And I also left something else.” Jughead smiled down at their confused face.

“What?” They asked, cut off by a soft kiss placed on their lips. Jughead pulled away resting his forehead against (Y/N)’s.

“That.” He whispered, causing (Y/N) to laugh.

“You cheeseball.” They teased, kissing his nose lightly as they pulled out of his embrace.

“Come on. I’ll make you some breakfast.” They said sweetly, grabbing Jug’s hand and pulling him into the kitchen, Jughead chuckling behind.

After an hour or two of eating, the pair headed upstairs. Once inside (Y/N)’s room Jughead tackled them playfully, both of them landing in a heap on the bed. The two laughed softly, Jughead’s arms wrapped loosely around (Y/N)’s body. Turning in his arms (Y/N) brushed a stray lock of hair from Jug’s eyes.

“It’s nice to see all your hair for once.” They joked lightly, running their fingers through his hair. Jughead sighed, filled with content.

“I’m starting to think that maybe it was a good thing that I left my hat here.” He mumbled sleepily. (Y/N) reached up and kissed the corner of his mouth.

“Me too.“ (Y/N) snuggled into Jug’s neck, tangling their legs together. “Else we wouldn’t be doing this.” Jughead smiled at this, turning his head to kiss their forehead.

Jughead began to hum “easy like sunday morning” causing (Y/N) to giggle quietly.

“You cheeseball.” They mumbled again, Jughead smirked at the name.

“But I’m your cheeseball.” He whispered into their hair.

“That you are.” And with that the two dozed off. In each other’s arms, they never felt so safe. The mysteries of Riverdale, Jason Blossom ’s murder, all unable to effect the two as they laid there together. Easy like sunday morning.

Love Triumphs

Jared Padalecki x Reader

1750 Words

Summary: AU (I love Gen, and love her with Jared.) Jared and Gen have split up, but are still friendly. You, the Reader have recently started acting on Supernatural, and have fallen in love with Jared. Both of you get hate due to the fact that you are much younger than he is.

Author’s Note:  This was an anonymous request that someone requested from @imjusthereforsupernatural . I was going to write an imagine for it, but it’s taken a little longer turn. A couple more chapters to come!

It had only taken three weeks. That was all it had taken for your heart to be taken by the tall, older yet decidedly goofy man that you happened to be working with. When your agent had called with the great news that you would be working on Supernatural, you had immediately become nervous, knowing you were not only taking on a new job, but also a new lifestyle. If the Supernatural fans liked you, and your character, you would have a family forever.

Things had started out great. The crew and cast had welcomed you with open arms. Your character had a recurring role, at least four or five episodes, hopefully more. An Angel that was friends with Castiel, helping out on a hard hunt. The main actors had been distant but kind, giving you the chance to get used to a friendly and welcoming set, so much different than the ones you had been on before. You had heard of Jared and Jensen before, how they were professional but goofy, and they certainly lived up to it. Often times you found yourself standing off to the side, laughing at their antics as they tried to make Misha or Mark mess up their lines.

It was about a week in when Jared caught up to you as you were walking back to your small, little trailer, surprising you. “Hey, Y/N!” He said breathlessly as he matched his long legged strides to your much smaller ones.

About James Potter: "He was conceived under the effects of a hair potion" You could take it as comedy, fluffy; as a rumor floating around ("That explains so much"); or in a darker sense that James was once bullied with that kind of statement by older students.

I’ve already done a similar “That explains so much” scenario in my chapter fic Their Halcyon Days, and I generally don’t enjoy writing dark stuff, so I came up with something else entirely, hope you like it! ^^

It was early on a Monday morning, and the Gryffindor Common Room was as good as deserted, save for a small group of yawning fifth years and a lone seventh year slumped over his desk, still squeezing a quill in his sleep.

Lily trudged down the last few steps, stifling a yawn of her own. She dragged her feet – just a little bit – as she made her way over to her usual corner. It was a bit weird, to see the Common Room so empty, but then again, anyone who was up at this ungodly hour must’ve been insane.

She grumpily questioned her own sanity as well, but then, she only had herself to blame.

This would be the last time, she promised herself. No more putting off school assignments until the last possible minute.

Lily was still so sleep-fogged she didn’t realise her favourite sofa was occupied before she almost sat on him.

“Careful there, Evans.”

Lily blinked at James Potter, feeling even more peeved than she had before. Speaking of insane people…

“What’re you doing up so early?” she grumbled, plopping down to sit in the opposite corner – she’d be damned if she let Potter have the whole sofa to himself!

“I’m always up early,” he replied, insufferably cheerful. “Why’re you out of bed?”

You were now finished with tour and currently on a plane to London. Harry’s album had just been released the day before and he was doing a secret show that night in London.

Harry had no idea that you were going to be at the show because you both agreed to just meet in LA when he was there to be on the Late Late Show. However, you missed him and you didn’t want to miss his first solo show because you knew he wasn’t just nervous about it, but it was special to him.

No one knew you were coming and you weren’t sure how it was going to over. It would be the first time you’ve seen his family and London friends. By the time your plane lands you’ll have enough time to just freshen up at the hotel and head to the show nearby.

You weren’t sure if you should surprise him before the show or after, but eventually, you decided on after because you didn’t want to ruin his little pre-show routine.

When you got to the hotel, you took a shower, redid your hair and makeup and then changed into something nice. Once you were ready to go, you headed to the venue.

You walked inside about twenty minutes before the show was about to start. It was crowded and hot and you were trying to figure out where you should go stand.

You grabbed a water from the bar and started making your way through the crowd. You could see the section where Harry’s family and friends were standing.

You bit your lip trying to figure out if you should go stand there or not.

“Y/N?” Someone shouted.

You looked behind you and saw a group of fans screaming your name. Out of the corner of your eye, you could see both Anne and Gemma looking right at you.

“Hi,” you said to the fans.

“I can’t believe you’re here,” they smiled. “Can we get a picture?”

“Of course,” you smiled and took a few pictures with the fans.

“Are you and Harry really back together?” They asked.

“Uh, yeah, we are,” you smiled.

“Aww, that’s awesome! We’ve always rooted for you two!” She smiled.

“Thank you,” you smiled. “That means a lot.”

“You’re welcome,” she said hugging you quickly.

You laughed and excused yourself to walk away.

“Y/N,” Anne said. “Would you like to come stand with us?”

“Sure,” you said nodding walking over to her.

You were even more nervous now.

“I didn’t know you were coming,” she said.

“Nobody knew,” you said. “I came as a surprise to Harry.”

“Oh, that’s wonderful,” she said. “How have you been?”

“Great, I just finished tour,” you said.

“I bet you’re ready for some time off, now,” she said.

“Uh, yeah, a little bit,” you admitted.

“Hm, well maybe you’ll be able to take a holiday soon,” she said. “You know while Harry is busy and such.”

“Maybe,” you said.

Luckily, the lights went low and all conversations were finished. You smiled widely when Harry came out on stage with his band. He put on his guitar and looked out into the crowd before starting the first song.

“Hey, Y/N!” Lou shouted giving you a hug. “How’ve you been?”

“Great, you?” You shouted back.

“Same! Do you want a drink?” She asked.

“Oh, uh, no I’ve got water,” you smiled.

“You sure you don’t want anything stronger?” She asked.

“No, I’m good,” you said.

“Okay! But if you change your mind, let me know,” she smiled.

You nodded and looked back upon the stage. Harry’s gaze was looking through the crowd again and he looked over at his family when he saw you standing there.

A smile grew from ear to ear on his face with a bit of a smirk. When the show was over, you all headed to where the caravan was, since there wasn’t really a backstage area.

You were sort of on your own to the side, while everyone else was standing in a group talking to one another. You sighed looking down at your phone as you waited.

If it wasn’t for seeing Harry, you would have already left and gone back to your hotel room. You heard the door open and out walked Harry. His family and friends were cheering for him, but he ignored them as he ran over to you.

“Y/N!” He laughed picking you up and spinning around. “What are you doing here?”

“I couldn’t miss out on your big show,” you smiled.

“Are you feeling okay? I know it was boiling in there,” he said.

“Yes, I’m fine,” you said. “I had plenty of water.”

“Good,” he smiled giving you a quick kiss.

You giggled. “You were fucking amazing!” you smiled.

“I was so nervous,” he laughed.

“Harry,” Anne said from behind you two.

“Oh, hey, Mum,” he said letting you go and hugging her. “Hey, Gem,”

“You were great,” Gemma smiled hugging her brother.

“Amazing sweetie,” Anne smiled. “We’re so proud of you.”

“Thanks, Mum,” he smiled. “I’m really happy you all were here.”

Harry wrapped his arm around you. “All of you,” he smiled kissing your head.

“Well, shall we get some food now?” Robin asked. “I’m starved.”

“Yeah, I could go for some food, what about you baby?” He smiled.

“You know I’m always up for eating,” you laughed.

“Sounds good,” he smiled. “I need to grab some things from in here, so we’ll just meet you all there in a bit, okay?”

“We could just wait,” Anne said.

“No, go on ahead and get a table. Y/N and I will be there shortly,” he said.

Anne sighed and just nodded before walking to the car along with everyone else. Harry quickly brought you into the caravan and pulled you to him.

“I can’t believe that you’re here,” he smiled putting his hands on your face.

“You’re not the only one, but you seem to be the only one happy that I am,” you sighed.

“I’m sorry about my Mum and sister,” he whispered. “But they’re just trying to look out for me. They think I’m too blinded by love with you.”

“Damn it, Harry, if they already hate that I’m here, then they’re really going to hate me when they find out about the baby!” You sighed. “They’re gonna think I like tricked you into getting me pregnant or something.”

“We don’t have to go to dinner if you’re not comfortable,” he whispered.

“No, no I’ll be okay. Besides this is your night and you should spend with everyone you love and who loves you,” you smiled. “Besides, I don’t want to go back to the hotel just yet.”

“You are not staying in a hotel,” he said. “You’re coming home with me,” he smirked putting his hands on your hips.

“Am I now?” You smirked.

“Yeah, you are, I’ve got too much adrenaline that I’m going to need to get out of my system before I’ll be able to sleep tonight,” he said.

“And I take it I’m the only one that can help with that?” You giggled.

“You’re the only one I want to help with that,” he smirked.

“Good answer,” you smiled. “Now, come on we better get going before everyone thinks we couldn’t wait until after dinner.”

“Well, we could pop out a quickie right here,” he nodded over to the little couch.

“Maybe next time, loverboy,” you smirked heading to the door.

“I’m gonna hold you to that,” he said following you out the door.

When you two arrived at the restaurant, you could tell the air changed a bit as soon as you walked in and you knew that Harry could feel it too. He kissed your cheek before you sat down in the chair he pulled out and then sat next to you.

“So, how does it feel to have that first show over with?” Lou asked.

“Amazing, I mean, I was nervous, but looking back now, it went by too fucking fast,” he laughed. “But then again, I’m used to doing longer shows too.”

“You were so good,” you smiled. “I’m… We’re all so proud of you.”

“Yeah, really proud of you, baby bro,” Gemma said.

“Thanks, everyone,” he smiled.

You all order some food and some order some drinks, but you and Harry stick with water. Once again, nobody else was really talking to you, but Harry and Lou.

Halfway through the dinner, Anne stands up and clinks her glass. “I’d like to make a toast,” she smiled.

“Oh god,” Harry laughed.

“Hush now,” she laughed. “I just want to stay how proud I am of you and how with each thing you do, I find myself being even more proud of you. And I’m looking forward to what you have going on next throughout the rest of the year as you focus solely on your career and see where that takes you.”

You weren’t sure what it was about her speech, but you felt as if that last part was a dig towards you and your relationship with Harry. That he should just focus on his career and not rekindling a relationship with you. Tears were forming in your eyes and you weren’t sure if it was the hormones or just the entire night, but while everyone else was cheering Harry on and clinking their glasses with another one, you get up from the table and rush out of the restaurant.

When you walked out, you didn’t even think about the paps that would be standing outside until you were blinded by the flashing lights. You tried to cover your face with your hands and walk away at the same time, but they just kept getting closer and shouting things at you.

There was one pap who actually got a little too close to the point where he was knocking your hand away from your face.

“Don’t fucking touch me,” you snarled. “And get that fucking camera out of my face.”

“Oh don’t be like that,” he said. “Just give us one good shot.”

You ignored him and kept walking until you felt arms around your waist and you being lifted off the ground.

You realized it was the pap and he was trying to feel you up. You elbowed him in the nose and he dropped you down.

“You fucking bitch,” he yelled as red liquid dripped down his nose and over his mouth.

The flashing lights were getting brighter and closer to catch the aftermath of what just happened.

“Y/N!” You heard from behind you. “Fucking move!”

You turned around and saw a very angry Harry and Jeff walking through the crowd of paps.

“Y/N!” Harry shouted again.

“I’m over here,” You shouted.

“You’re fucking over! I’m pressing charges you little bitch,” the pap said getting in your face.

“Go right ahead! I’m sure the cops would love to hear how you assaulted me first!” You screamed.

“You liked it and you know it!” He smirked going to grab you again.

“Don’t you fucking dare,” Harry said pushing himself in between you and the pap. “You lay one fucking hand on her…”

“I already did,” he smirked. “She’s got nice tits and they’re real too.”

Harry only saw red and clenched his fists. He was one second away from drawing his fist up and punching the pap square in the face when security came in and made everyone with a camera get away.

Angry tears were streaming down your face and Harry turned to face you.

“Baby, baby, calm down,” he said softly.

“I can’t! He fucking grabbed me! He picked me up and grabbed my chest!” You cried. “I should have broken his dick along with his nose.”

“Let’s get you inside,” he said when he noticed people were looking around.

Harry put his arms around you protectively and walked you into the restaurant. Harry walked you past the table containing his family and friends.

“Lou, can you come with us?” Harry whispered.

Lou nodded quickly as she got up from her seat. Anne and Gemma looked at each other worriedly as they saw the shape that you were in and the look of pure hatred and anger on Harry’s face.

“Can you help her wash up a bit and calm down?” Harry whispered. “I can’t exactly go into the Ladies’ room with her and I don’t want anyone staring at her.”

“Course,” Lou said. “Come on, love.”

Harry clenched his fist again and wanted nothing more than to punch a hole in the wall and pretend it was that ass’s face. He was more than pissed off at the fact the guy fucking touched you like that. And if that wasn’t bad enough, you were pregnant and what if that situation escalated and harmed the baby.

It was still early on in the pregnancy and he would be devasted if something happened to the baby. His thoughts were interrupted when Anne and Gemma made their way over to him.

“Sweetie, what happened?” Anne asked.

“Oh, don’t even act like you care, Mum. You two have been treating Y/N like shit the entire night and if you wouldn’t have done that, she never would have gone outside without me or someone to protect her and none of that would have happened,” Harry snapped.

“Woah, what happened?” Gemma asked.

“There were easily fifteen or so paps outside flashing cameras in her face outside and then one asshole picked her up and grabbed her. Like assaulted her grabbed her. She managed to hit him in the nose somehow and I got there before he could do anything else and then security got there before I could do anything to him,” Harry clenched his teeth.

“Oh my god, is she okay?” Anne asked.

“Did she look fucking okay?” Harry sighed. “No, she’s pissed the fuck off and so am I.”

The door to the women’s restroom opened up and revealed Lou.

“She wants you,” Lou said. “There’s no one else in here, so don’t worry.”

Harry nodded and went into the bathroom.

“Baby,” he whispered.

You were leaned up against the counter with tears running down your face. You looked up at him with scared eyes.

“I-I think something’s wrong with the baby,” you sniffled holding your stomach. “It h-hurts.”

“Oh my god,” he said rushing over to you. “A-Are you sure?”

“Yes,” you cried. “I’m scared.”

“MUM! GEMMA! SOMEONE!” Harry cried holding on to you.

“What’s wrong?” Anne demanded as she rushed into the bathroom.

You were on the ground now because the pain was unbearable. You gripped onto Harry’s shirt as you cried. Harry was beyond terrified in that moment, but he tried to hold his composure because he had to be strong for you.

Your face had turned pale and you were started shake. “The baby… please tell me I’m not losing our baby,” you whispered.

Anne, Gemma, and Lou’s eyes all widened, but Harry ignored their reaction.

“You’re not, baby,” he whispered. “You’re going to be fine and our baby is going to be just fine. Everything is going to be okay.”

You closed your eyes as Harry held you close. You didn’t know what was happening. You didn’t care what was happening as long as your baby, your and Harry’s baby was okay.

As soon as you arrived at the hospital, they took you straight back and made Harry stay out in the waiting room. He was pacing around and running his hands through his hair.

“Honey, why don’t you come sit down now,” Anne said softly.

“I can’t sit down! I need to know if my girlfriend and our baby are alright!” He said.

“Sweetheart, come here,” she said.

He sighed and walked over to the chair next to her.

“Everything is going to be okay,” she whispered. “The doctor’s are going to take great care of her.”

“But what about the baby…” he sniffled. “What if something happens to the baby?”

“How long have you two known about the baby?” She asked.

“A few weeks,” he sighed. “We found out while I was on tour with her.”

“I know this probably isn’t the best time to ask this, but are you sure it’s yours?” She asked.

Harry looked over at his mom with wide eyes. “How can you ask me that?”

“It’s a valid question, Harry. You two weren’t together for over a year, she could have been seeing other people,” she said.

“Well, she wasn’t. She didn’t fuck anyone. It’s my baby, it’s our baby,” he said. “And if you would have just accepted the fact we’re back together and didn’t treat her like shit, none of this would have happened.”

“Harry, this wasn’t my fault and I’m sorry for how I treated her. You’re right, I wasn’t giving her a chance…” she said.

“No, you didn’t,” he said. “And that was all that I asked when I first told you we were together to give her a fucking chance.”

“I know and I’m sorry. I was shocked she showed up and all I could think about was the last time you two were together and how hurt you were,” she sighed. “Once we find out, her and the baby are okay, I’ll apologize to her and turn over a new leaf. I promise.”

“Thank you,” he whispered. “They have to be okay. I don’t know what I’d do if they weren’t,” he sniffled.

“Shh,” she whispered taking him into her arms. She rubbed his back and he cried softly in her arms.

A few minutes later, a doctor walked out into the waiting room.

“The family of Y/N,” the doctor said looking around.

Harry quickly stood up. “Here! I’m Y/N’s boyfriend,” he said.

The doctor walked over towards Harry and Harry looked up at him nervously.

“Is she okay? What about the baby?” He asked quickly.

“They’re both fine,” he said softly. “Y/N is resting and you can see her in a bit. Now, I understand that Y/N was under some stress prior to experiencing the pain.”

Harry nodded. “Yes, she was, is that what caused it?”

“I’m afraid so,” he said. “And if she hadn’t gotten here when she did, we not have been able to calm her down and save the baby. But I will say that for the next few weeks, she needs to take it easy. She’s still in the early onset of pregnancy and after a scare like this, it’s critical to make sure nothing like this happens again.”

“Of course,” Harry nodded. “We’ll do everything we can. Can I see her now?”

“Yes, the nurse will take you back,” he said.

Harry followed the nurse back to your room. When he walked through the door, he went straight to your bedside. You were hooked up to an IV.  Your eyes were closed, so Harry placed a soft kiss on your forehead.

Tears fell from his eyes as he watched you sleep. He laid next to you on the bed and put his hand on your belly.

“God, I was so scared,” he sniffled. “I thought we were going to lose our baby.”

“I love you,” he whispered. “And I’m never going to let anything like what happened tonight happen ever again.”

You moved around a bit and opened your eyes slowly. You looked up and saw Harry laying next to you.

“Hi,” you whispered.

He laughed a bit. “Hi,” he smiled moving hair out of your face.

“Is the baby okay?” You whispered.

“Our baby is perfect,” he smiled.

“I was so scared,” you sighed.

“Me too,” he sniffled. “I was scared for both of you.”

“I’m sorry I ruined your big night,” you sighed sadly.

“Hey, hey, no, baby, don’t worry about that. I’m just so fucking glad that you’re okay and so is our baby,” he whispered.

“You’re still wearing the pink trousers,” you laughed.

He laughed. “I didn’t exactly have time to change into something a little more hospital appropriate.”

You giggled. “Honestly, I can see you know wearing one of your Gucci suits when the baby is born because it’s such a special occasion.”

“That’s actually not a bad idea, love,” he joked.

“Oh, god,” you giggled.

There was a knock on the door and Anne peeked her head in. “Mind if I come in?” She asked.

Harry looked at you and you gave him a nod.

“No, it’s okay, come on in, Mum,” he said softly.

“How are you feeling?” Anne asked.

“Tired,” you sighed.

“You gave us all quite the scare,” she said. “But we’re glad that you’re okay.”

“I take it you know about the baby now, don’t you?” You whispered.

“I do, yes,” Anne nodded. “And Y/N, I just want you to know that I’m sorry for how I treated you tonight.”

“Thank you,” you whispered. “I accept your apology.”

She smiled. “And I just want you to know that from here on out, I’m going to give you a chance. Not because of the baby or because of what happened tonight, but because I know how much my son loves you and that’s good enough for me.”

“Thank you, that really means a lot,” you smiled. “And I love him too.”

She smiled. “The doctor said that you’ll have to stay over, so would you like me to bring anything for tomorrow morning or tonight?”

“Uh, maybe a change of clothes,” Harry laughed.

“Okay, I can do that,” she laughed. “Well, I’ll be back soon, okay.”

Harry nodded and then looked down at you. “Why don’t you get some rest?” He whispered.

“You’re not gonna leave tonight right?” You mumbled.

“Of course, not, I’m not leaving for a second,” he whispered.

You nodded and closed your eyes.

You were discharged from the hospital the next day. Harry made sure that security was up and there were no paps outside. The nurse pushed you in a wheelchair out to the car and Harry helped you inside before driving you to his house.

When he arrived, he parked his car and then came around to help you out.

“Harry, I’m okay, I can walk on my own,” you laughed.

“I know, but I just want to help you,” he said wrapping his arm around your waist.

You walked inside the house and smelled that his Mom was cooking breakfast. “You can lay down on the couch and I’ll go grab your things from the hotel,” he said.

“Okay,” you said.

“Do you need anything else?” He asked moving hair out of your face.

“Um, no I should be good. I didn’t really unpack anything, so you should just be able to grab the bags I brought,” you said.

He nodded and kissed you quickly before standing up.

“Wait!” You said. “Don’t you have a flight to catch this afternoon? I mean, don’t we? Maybe we should just wait until we head to the airport to grab it,” you said.

“You’re not going anywhere,” he said. “You just got out of the hospital. Do you really think you should be on a long flight?”

“But you need to go, you have work,” you said.

“I’m not leaving you here alone,” he said. “James will understand, we can reschedule.”

“You can’t do that,” you said. “Everyone is looking forward to you being on the show.”

“And you can’t stay here alone,” he sighed.

“Babe, I’m fine,” you said. “The doctor said I just needed to take it easy and not get stressed, I’d be more stressed if you didn’t go to LA than me being here by myself.”

“Or should come back home with me,” Anne said walking into the living room with a plate of food. “Sorry, I didn’t mean to ease drop.”

“No, no it’s okay,” he said. “Would you really take her back home with you?”

“Of course, I don’t mind, but only if Y/N would like to,” she said.

“If it means that you’ll go to LA and not worry about me, then yes, I’ll go. Plus, it’ll give your Mom and I time to catch up,” you smiled over to her.

“See, it’s settled. You’ll go on to LA and Y/N will ride back home with us,” she smiled.

He sighed and looked down at you. “Are you sure you’ll be okay without me here?”

“Yes, nothing is really wrong with me anyway, so you have nothing to worry about,” you said.

“I have everything to worry about,” he sighed. “I have you to worry about for one and our baby for another.”

“But we’re both fine,” you said taking his hand.

“Right now, yes, but what if something happens while I’m gone?” He whispered. “I’d never forgive myself.”

“Nothing is going to happen and you’re only going to be gone for a week,” you said. “And then you’ll be back or I can fly to you in a few days.”

“No, I don’t want you flying,” he said shaking your head.

“Yes, Dad,” you joked.

He laughed. “I’m sorry.”

“It’s okay, I know it’s because you love us,” you smiled.

“I do, I really do,” he smiled.

“We love you too,” you smiled. “And we’ll be fine.”

He sighed putting his forehead against yours. “Please, do what the doctor said and take it easy,” he whispered. “I’ll be asking Mum if you’re doing what you need to do.”

You laughed. “Trust me, I’ve been working for months, I’m gonna take some much needed rest.”

“You better, now you eat your breakfast, while I go pack, okay?” He said.

“Yes, sir!” You joked.

“Don’t be such a smart ass,” he laughed.

About an hour later, Harry was about to head out to the airport. He dropped his bags by the door and came over to sit next to you on the couch.

“I’m gonna miss you,” he pouted.

‘Yeah, sorry my suprise visit didn’t go better,” you said.

“It wasn’t your fault,” he said. “And as soon as I get the chance, I’m gonna find that prick and we’re gonna press charges.”

“We can do all that, but it’s not gonna do anything,” you sighed.

“We can’t just let him get away with that,” he said. “He grabbed you and almost harmed our baby.”

“I’m not supposed to stress out remember? Trying to hunt down the guy and go through all the shit to press charges would do just that,” you said. “I’m pretty sure the broken nose I gave him, will do just fine.”

“I wish I saw that,” he admitted. “I bet it was so bad ass and hot,” he smirked.

“The blood on my shirt wasn’t,” you laughed.

“I’ll buy you a new one,” he said. “I’ll buy you ten new ones.”

“As much as I don’t want you to go, you probably should go so you don’t miss your flight,” you said.

He nodded and leaned over to kiss you. “I love you,” he whispered.

“I love you too,” you smiled.

“And I love you,” He giggled kissing your belly.

“You’re so fucking cheesy,” you laughed.

“Only for my babies,” he smiled.

Harry stood up and walked over to Anne. “Bye Mum,” he said. “Thanks for taking care of Y/N.”

“Of course, now go have fun in LA and I’ll keep you updated with everything,” she said.

He smiled. “Love ya,” he said giving her hug and then walking over to you one more time.

“Bye baby,” he said giving you a hug and kiss before walking out the door.

You sighed laying back against the couch. This was not how you wanted things to go, but you were thankful that your baby was okay. Now, you just hoped this next with Anne would help your relationship get back to what it once was and not make it worse.

Oh my gosh, yes!
They live together, and are very much in love, and Bull brings Dorian flowers from their garden all the time.
You couldn’t find bigger muffins if you tried.

You sigh and take yet another cookie off of the table, shoving it in your mouth quite ungracefully for someone wearing lipstick. It looks like you’re the only one not having fun at this dance.

The school gym is dark save for brightly colored lights flashing all around the room, and it’s decorated with white streamers and other decorations typical of a school dance. Practically the whole school is out on the floor dancing, but you’ve been stuck by the snack table ever since your friends ditched you.

“Heya, (y/n)."

Your thoughts are interrupted by a semi-familiar voice, and you look to your right to see Crutchie smiling at you. He’s dressed in a nice dark gray suit with a purple tie hanging loosely from his neck, black shoes, and his crutch under his arm. But his blonde hair is back and styled instead of under his usual cap.

You quickly chew and swallow the rest of your cookie, hoping to any god out there that you don’t have anything on your face. Because Crutchie Morris looks downright handsome tonight. "Hi, Crutchie."

He sidles up next to you with a sideways grin. "You look beautiful."

You blush and look down at your (f/c) dress. "Thank you. You don’t look so bad yourself.” You smile as you point at his head playfully. “It’s nice to see your hair for once."

He laughs. "Yeah, well, Katherine insisted that I do something with it, which also means Jack insisted.” He frowns and looks out onto the dance floor. “Both of whom I haven’t seen since we got here."

You follow his gaze and look out into the crowd. "I don’t see any of your boys, Crutch. In fact, this is probably the first time I’ve seen the ‘Newsies,’” you make finger quotes, “disbanded."

Crutchie chuckles, and your heart flutters at the sound. "Yeah, well where are your friends?"

Your lighthearted smile falls away. "They ditched me almost the second we walked in. We all came as a group, you know?” You sigh. “Tonight is not as fun as I wanted it to be."

Crutchie is looking at you with concern, but you don’t see it. His whole life, he’s made it his job to make people feel better. And he cares about you. A lot. So he’s determined to do the same for you, tonight.

He leans over and bumps your shoulder with his, and when you look over he grins. "Wanna dance?” He rolls his eyes playfully. “And before you ask, yes, I can still dance with the crutch."

You laugh. "Alright. Yes, I’ll dance with you."

Crutchie smiles and takes your hand, leading you away from the snack table and out onto the dance floor. While he keeps his crutch under his one arm, he uses that hand to hold your waist and the other to hold your hand. It takes a bit of fumbling and giggles from the both of you to get into the rhythm and the pattern of dancing with each other, but you fall into it quickly. It seems like Crutchie’s been practicing, but you choose not to say anything.

One song bleeds into another, and it’s almost the end of the night. You’ve nearly forgotten your friends as you’ve danced the night away with Crutchie. But now, a slow song plays as you look up into his eyes, both arms wrapped around his neck.

He grins. "I’m gonna spin you."

You snort. "You’re not supposed to tell me that, you doofus.” He takes your hand and spins you out and away from him, and you twirl lazily around before falling into the swaying rhythm you two had kept before.

Smiling softly, you stand up on your toes and kiss Crutchie’s cheek gently. When you pull away, his eyes are wide and his freckled cheeks are dusted with pink. “Thank you. For tonight.” You lay your head back on his chest after you speak.

Crutchie tightens his hold on your hand slightly. “Anytime.”

Sweet Dreams

Prompt: Can I have a Bart x reader please? Be creative. :) by anon

A/N: I am actually a tiny bit sorry for this one.

Bart sighed as he felt Y/N’s fingers comb through his hair. It was nice to have a lazy morning every once in awhile. No team, or villains, or superheroes, just him and his girlfriend, laying around and eating junk food.

He smiled as he felt Y/N nestle closer to him. He would give anything, give up anything, to stay in this moment forever.

“Hey, Bart?” Y/N asked quietly. Bart hummed an acknowledgment as he pressed a kiss into her hair. “Can I ask you a question?’

“Of course, babe.” He said. “What is it?”

“Why’d you let me die?” Bart felt the world slow down as he pulled away to look at her. Her eyes were blank as she looked back at him. He felt as though the air had been vacuumed out of his lungs and he was left empty inside.

“What did you say?” He asked breathlessly, hoping he had heard her wrong.

“I said,” Y/N said as her gaze turned accusing. “Why did you let me die?”

Bart gasped as a gaping wound appeared on her chest over her heart, as though she had been punctured by something large and blunt. He moved to apply pressure to her wound so that the bleeding would stop, but he fell through her and the bed as though they didn’t exist.

He tumbled through blackness for a short time before he hit a hard floor. He looked up and was surrounded by nothingness in every direction. He felt alone and cramped all at once as he spun in circles, hoping to find the light, to see something other than this void, but just when he felt himself despair, his eyes focused on a sliver of light.

He sprinted towards it, but no matter how fast he ran it never got any closer. Always the same distance, always the same size. He could feel his energy beginning to wane the longer he ran. It felt as though he could spend eternity chasing this small gleam.

Suddenly, he fell again. This time his feet hit bottom almost instantly. He found himself in a box made of mirrors. He felt the walls, hoping one of them would give way, but all he found was his own frantic expression looking back at him. He turned to find Y/N standing there. He reached for her, but she was just an image in the mirror.

“Why?” She asked. The wound on oozed blood as she stared him down. He turned, hoping to get some relief from the madness he was trapped in, but found the same image there too.

“Was I not important enough to you?” She demanded of him. “Why, Bart, why?”

“No, I loved you. You were my world.” He whimpered as he dropped to his knees.

Her eyes turned cold as she laughed at him. “Oh, I get it. It was because you weren’t fast enough.”

“No.” He gasped in horror.

“Face it, Bart,” She said, her eyes flashing with cruel pleasure. “You weren’t good enough. If you had been fast enough, I would still be alive. But you weren’t.” Her reflection multiplied until she was surrounding him. Some of her images were laughing and taunting him, but others… They called for him as they writhed in pain, tears streaming down their faces as they begged for him to help them. For any kind of relief from the pain. He screamed and punched ones of the mirrors, but instead of shattering, it began to ooze blood through the gaps.

“Oh, and it appears you aren’t strong enough either.” One of the images of Y/N said as the others began cackling. The room began to fill with blood as his ears rung with their hateful words.

Just as he thought he was going to drown, he woke up.

He sat up in bed, covered in sweat and gasping for air. He looked over to the nightstand and grabbed the box he kept their. He opened it and pulled out the first item.

The velvet from the small calmed some of his nerves as he opened it. A small diamond winked up at him and he smiled as he remembered the day he had picked it out. He reached into the box again and pulled out a plastic ziploc bag with a little plastic stick on it. He felt a tear roll down his face as he ran his thumb over it. He had come home that horrible day to find it in the bathroom. The autopsy confirmed it and it had been a double blow. He had lost so much that day… He looked into the box and was greeted by the sight of his smiling face beside hers. She had dragged him into one of those photo booths that cost more money that they are worth, but he hadn’t had the heart to tell her “No”. They had been so happy back then. He focused on her eyes and he saw her begging for him to save her.

His heart was beating faster than it ever had before as he put everything back in the box and got up. He shook his head in an attempt to dispel the remnants of his horrible dream, but he could almost hear the echoes still reverberating in his ears.

Three years. It had been three years since he had found her lying in a pool of her own blood and he still hadn’t recovered. Maybe he never would. He just hoped that there would be a night in the future that his own shortcomings didn’t haunt him. He walked into the kitchen, moonlight from the window lighting his way.

He filled a glass with water and raised it to his lips, but he jumped when he saw his reflection in the water. For a split second, he had thought it was her and he was terrified all over again. He sighed as he bent down to pick up the pieces of the shattered glass. He could almost hear her chuckle at his mistakes. When had her memory become so tainted that he couldn’t think of her without his blood running cold?

He didn’t want to think about it if he was being honest. He turned out the light and walked back into the bedroom. It probably is for the best that he didn’t turn around and see the smirking reflection in the mirror behind him.

My Type of Gal (Ethan x Reader)

Summary: You’re a worker at McDonald’s and one day you get a visit from Ethan.
Word Count: 1,367
Warnings: None.
A/N: I’m gonna be gone for most of the day, so this is just a little something for you guys to read before I get back and start writing on part 2 of Faking It. Enjoy xx

My hair was greasy and the white, uniform shirt I was wearing felt disgusting against my sweaty skin, but I pushed myself to continue my six hour shift because I needed to pay rent and it was either working in a fast-food restaurant or live on the streets. And with me being stubborn and all, trying to prove my mum and dad that I could do it on my own without their help, I chose to torture myself with the worlds most exhausting job.

I had been working for five hours now, and I got my co-worker Phil to switch with me so he could cook the burgers while I stood behind the counter, serving hungry people at 11p.m. I probably looked like shit because I surely felt like it; my hair was up in a ponytail and I knew it was greasy and I probably smelled like burgers too. Which, for a food lover probably would be appealing but yes, looking on the realistic side I was chasing every cute boy away who ordered.
