One of the great motivating factors that has spurred my grandmother’s success in rehab after knee surgery was her desire to attend my cousin’s wedding this past weekend.

“I absolutely must be there – even if I have to be wheelchaired in,” she repeatedly told her orthopedist and rehab nurses prior to the event.
