David Bowie
is releasing a brand new 7-song LP entitled Blackstar (but styled as ★) tomorrow, Friday, January 8 (which is Bowie’s birthday). We’ve already been treated to the amazing sci-fi video for the album’s 10-minute long title track and the album’s second single, “Lazarus.” Now a video for “Lazarus” has dropped. Johan Renck directed the clip (he also helmed the “Blackstar” video). The new video is almost just as strange, starting with Bowie in a hospital bed with bandages over his eyes (and buttons on his eye sockets). Watch it over on the site now:
