new khmer architecture

Abandoned coastal villa of Norodom Sihanouk (former Cambodian King and Head of State), Kep, Cambodia

Originally one of the many ‘New Khmer Architecture’ style vacation villas built in the 1950s and 60s, this royal residence was partially rebuilt in the early 1990s, and today it’s view of the sea is used by Cambodians as a backdrop for wedding pictures.
