When my first book Glitter on the Garland went on sale as on eBook on New Year’s Eve, it was a dream come true. But I honestly thought it would just be this little thing that no one would pay much attention to. I wasn’t prepared for the number of people who demanded a physical copy, or that just six months later I would have my own table at a MM author signing event!
Thank you so, so much to everyone who has supported me so far! You can get your own copy of my book in the link above, or it’s also available from Amazon US!!!
This is obviously super random, but @khakikyrie and I decided that Seung-gil should have a (hella gorgeous) super model boyfriend, so I wrote a short ficlet with Seung-gil and Yuuri talking about it.
I named his boyfriend Min-jun. He’s just as reserved as Seung-gil, but they open up with each other. They’ve been dating for years, but are very private about it, and they live in a nice apartment together with their dog. They both travel a lot for their respective work, but they always make time for each other when they can.
Yuuri hesitated when he saw
Seung-gil. His face was as closed off as
ever, but for some reason, Yuuri thought he looked almost depressed. Yuuri glanced over his shoulder, frowning. Victor was talking with Chris, so he’d be
occupied for a little while. Resolute,
Yuuri settled by Seung-gil’s side.
“Is everything alright?” he asked,
voice low. “You seemed… Well, you seem a little sad.”
Seung-gil hesitated, toying with
his champagne flute. He frowned at
Yuuri, silent for an uncomfortable beat.
Yuuri waited patiently. “I did
not plan to attend this party alone.”
I hope they make a Persona 5 animation. I feel like Persona, even with its big release, still has a very small fanbase compared to many others. They are a loyal one, but I wish it had more recognition for the amount of work that is put into these games. I honestly was introduced to P4 because my friend told me to watch the anime back in high school. Then I decided to get in on persona 3 and 4 since he had a PS2 of which I bought it from him. (A worthy purchase. 👌)
Idk, I probably exaggerate, but there’s so much of Persona that makes it so good. I know it’s such a niche game. There’s so much dialogue, so much background story, sooooo much to get through in the first few hours. I can understand. But the games are so well written, the music is amazing, and the battle system is top notch for a turn-based RPG. Like it’s so fast paced. It actually feels nice to grind. I usually hate grinds because it’s so tedious, but Persona makes it so flashy and with the Social Links and everything, it makes it worthwhile too.
Idk, I’ve probably posted wayyy too much about Persona, but I really am happy I wasn’t disappointed. Especially for waiting so long. I hope we get to see more of Persona 5 as they did with Persona 4.
Also, again, Makoto is best girl. That’s all I gotta say.
I never properly read the first two arcs of the manga so PLEASE correct me if i'm wrong but if i remember correctly the 'marry me' scene and the sasha food & water scene were swapped in the anime right?
Doesn't that then mean that the first and last thing Ymir ever said/wrote to Historia in the manga is that she wanted to marry her?
