Yes, in California, we have a law that says if you are scheduled to work  and don’t have “sufficient time” (I guess that’s subjective?) to go and vote, your employer must pay for up to two hours while you go vote. It has to be at the beginning or end of your shift. Some states have similar policies - readers, if you’re scheduled to work tomorrow, look up the laws in your state about paid time off to vote.
