For any Greek viewers familiar with Piraeus (if any), this is at Aghios Neilos, next to the then “130” (Piraeus-Nea Smyrni) blue bus terminus. When I was a kid, this used to be the tiny shop of an old barber - I am sure he has long passed away. There’s a car wash now there, and apparently they use this as an office. BTW, my childhood’s memorable Triumph Spitfire was parked just round the corner.
