“So, Sirius and Professor Lupin,” said Ron, conversationally, “they seem pretty close. Must be nice, being reunited with one of your best mates like that.”

Harry and Hermione exchanged a look. Ron’s expression grew puzzled.

“What? What is it this time?”

Hermione rolled her eyes, in her very familiar way, and said, “They’re married, Ronald.”

“They’re what?” Ron gawped, looking between Hermione and Harry like they’d been keeping some great secret from him. “Did you know that, Harry?”

“Yeah,” Harry nodded at him slowly, clearly taken aback by his ignorance, “it’s been months, Ron. I thought it was obvious.”

First Ron’s gaze, then all three, shifted to the room across the hall, where the men in question stood together just inside the doorway. The pair stood very close, heads bowed as they murmured to each other so that their foreheads almost touched. As they spoke Remus unfolded his arms and laid a hand tenderly on Sirius’ forearm, his thumb dipping under the cuff of his rolled-up sleeve. A brief glint of light bounced off the modest gold band which adorned his fourth finger, comfortably, like it belonged there. And there was something in the way they looked at each other; a kind of intensity, almost a fierceness, that was always present when they looked at each other, but never at anyone else.

Suddenly, Remus’ speech cut off mid sentence, and as if he sensed the three pair of eyes now intruding on his conversation he looked up. For just a moment he seemed to colour slightly, before he sent the door closed with a quick wave of his hand.

“Blimey,” said Ron, who had the decency to look somewhat shamefaced, at least.

Harry leant over and nudged him in the ribs.

“I hope you can learn the difference between best mates and married,” he told him, with as much severity as he could muster while trying not to laugh. “Or we might have a bit of a problem here.”

In the room across the hall, with the sound of laughter on the other side of the door, Sirius and Remus quietly kissed one another goodnight.

This is Delphinium, although most people just call her Delphine.

She’s one of my new DnD characters! I’ve always wanted to design a Yuan-Ti, in particular a girl Yuan-Ti. I am really happy with how this turned out! Delphine is an oddity among the Yuan-Ti and treasures all life. She has powerful arcane magic, but wishes to learn how to become in tune with nature rather than destroy it.

INTPs live rich worlds inside their minds, which are full of imagination and excitement. Consequently, they sometimes find the external world pales in comparison. This may result in a lack of motivation to form and maintain relationships. INTPs are not likely to have a very large circle of significant relationships in their lives. They’re much more likely to have a few very close relationships, which they hold in great esteem and with great affection. Since the INTP’s primary focus and attention is turned inwards, aimed towards seeking clarity from abstract ideas, they are not naturally tuned into others’ emotional feelings and needs. They tend to be difficult to get to know well, and hold back parts of themselves until the other person has proven themselves “worthy” of hearing the INTP’s thoughts. Holding Knowledge and Brain Power above all else in importance, the INTP will choose to be around people who they consider to be intelligent. Once the INTP has committed themself to a relationship, they tend to be very faithful and loyal, and form affectionate attachments which are pure and straight-forward. The INTP has no interest or understanding of game-playing with regards to relationships. However, if something happens which the INTP considers irreconciliable, they will leave the relationship and not look back.

Mermaid Attacks

Request: Can u pls do one we’re y/n has very severe anxiety and is easily triggered and she has a panic attack when a mermaid tries to drown her and Peter calms her down?

Warnings: anxiety, panic attacks

It was another peaceful day in Neverland. The sun was shining, the temperature wasn’t too hot or cold. A light breeze made the leaves lightly rustle, creating a natural tune. It was generally a nice day.

You were out wandering on your own, knowing the island extremely well. You no longer got anxiety when by yourself. So you walked around, picking up wild flowers and just taking everything in. You loved having time to yourself sometimes. Being around boys all the time was tiring.

You approached a body of water, picking up a rock and skipping it. You’d never seen this part of water before. It must’ve just formed or something. You didn’t know, but you dipped your feet in. The water was perfect temperature and you couldn’t help but let your feet rest there.

You listened to Mother Nature’s sound, closing your eyes and basking in the sun. Then this perfect day took a sour turn. It all happened so quickly, and before you could register what was happening, you were under the water.

You had heard a small splash that caused you to open your eyes. When you did you saw a mermaid who quickly clung onto your ankles and yanked you into the water. You were scared to your wits end about the mermaids. You’d never encountered one and never planned on it. But there you were, drowning because of a mermaid.

A yelp escaped your mouth and that was all Peter needed. He sprung into action, knowing what was happening. He quickly went over to where you were, seeing the mermaid dragging you further down.

Breath was running short, and you couldn’t hold it in much longer. You flailed your limbs, kicked and swayed. It was difficult, the weight of the water making you move slower. But you fought even though you were scared straight. Thankfully Peter got you out in an instant. He grabbed you, having dived into the water. He blasted his magic from his hand, wiping out the mermaid.

“Y/N, breathe,” Peter said in a panic. “Breathe, you’re safe now!”

You hadn’t even realized that you gulped down some water, nor that you were om the sand. You coughed up the bit of water, before breaking out into a full panic.

“Ah! Ah!” You screamed loudly. “N-No! Help me, HELP ME!” You shouted. Your body started shaking, you clinging onto Peter as if your life depended on it.

“Hey, I’ve got you, Y/N. Nothing can harm you now,” Peter responded, squeezing you tightly.

“No… No, no, no…” You repeated over and over again, ton much quieter.

“Shh, it’s okay. I have you. I’ve got you. Calm down, it’s okay.”

You were gone. You were so far into a panic attack, you didn’t know how to properly respond.

“No, I-I… I, I… N-No. I didn’t know. I didn’t know… I didn’t…” You stuttered and croaked.

“You didn’t know what? What didn’t you know, Y/N?”

“The merm-mermaid. Wh-Where… I didn’t know. I-I… I–”

“Hey,” Peter gently cut you off. “Look at me.

You shook your head. Peter sighed, worried about you. He’d never seen you in such a terrible state.

“Please, Y/N, look at me.”

You finally did, still trembling. Your teeth were chattering, and Peter couldn’t tell if it was from cold or the panic attack.

“Everything will be okay. It’s okay that you didn’t know. It really is. You’re safe now and that’s all that matters.” He took a pause. “Do you want me to take you back to camp? You can rest ion my treehouse. Will that make it better?”

You nodded your head. “Pl-Please. Please. Please.”

“Hey, hey, it’s okay. Shh,” Peter cooed, trying to calm you. “I’ve got you.”

He teleported you both to his treehouse. He softly rested you on his bed, tucking you in in hopes of making your shivering stop. He sat next to you, looking at you with a sad expression planted on his face.

“Are you okay?”

“Uh-huh.” Was all you said.

“Okay… are you sure?” He asked and you nodded. “Then I’m going to go back outside and get back to the tasks. Okay?”

“No!” You nearly cut him off. You shot up from your spot, making Peter gently push you back down. “Stay with me. I don’t… I d-don’t wanna be alone. Please,” you pleaded.

Peter nodded his head. “Okay, okay. Don’t worry, I won’t leave. I promise. I’ll stay right here. We can look at this map together. I found it the other day. Want to inspect with me?” You only nodded your head.

Peter got up, heading to his desk. He pulled out a map, unrolling it. He laid down next to you, making sure you could both see.

Soon enough your shivering ceased. You helped Peter with this map, trying to figure it out with him.

“See over here, I thought maybe is something we need to investigate. I’ve personally never seen it.” Peter pointed at a weird shape on the page. It was some small island opposite of Skull Rock.

“Maybe it’s no longer there. You know, covered up by water, which is why no one’s ever seen it.”

“Hmm,” Peter thought. “Maybe you’re right. Maybe we’ll just need to go for a swim. Would you be okay with that?”

Your heart began to race, skin paling. “Uh… Um… I-I don’t know. Will you be with me the entire time?”

He nodded his head, grinning. “I’ll never leave your side. Promise.”

“Okay,” you simply replied. “We can go. But can we do it later?”

“Of course. We can do it tomorrow or in the next few days. How does that sound?”

You only nodded your head.

Peter got back to inspecting the map. You and him talked about it, questioning what kind of map it was and coming up with theories. You did that for the rest of the day, talking with Peter about this silly map. It sure helped taking things off your mind, however.

“Thank you for saving me, Peter.”

“Of course,” he smiled at you. “Anything for my Lost Girl.”

Hamilton: An American Musical MBTI

Alexander Hamilton

ENTJs are natural born leaders. They live in a world of possibilities where they see all sorts challenges to be surmounted, and they want to be the ones responsible for surmounting them. They have a drive for leadership, which is well-served by their quickness to grasp complexities, their ability to absorb a large amount of impersonal information, and their quick and decisive judgments. They are “take charge” people. They are constantly scanning their environment for potential problems which they can turn into solutions. They generally see things from a long-range perspective, and are usually successful at identifying plans to turn problems around.

There is not much room for error in the world of the ENTJ. They dislike to see mistakes repeated, and have no patience with inefficiency. They may become quite harsh when their patience is tried in these respects, because they are not naturally tuned in to people’s feelings, and more than likely don’t believe that they should tailor their judgments in consideration for people’s feelings. Unlike other types, ENTJs naturally have little patience with people who do not see things the same way as the ENTJ. The ENTJ needs to consciously work on recognizing the value of other people’s opinions, as well as the value of being sensitive towards people’s feelings. In the absence of this awareness, the ENTJ will be a forceful, intimidating and overbearing individual. ENTJs are very forceful, decisive individuals. They make decisions quickly, and are quick to verbalize their opinions and decisions to the rest of the world.

Aaron Burr

NTJs live in the world of ideas and strategic planning. They value intelligence, knowledge, and competence, and typically have high standards in these regards, which they continuously strive to fulfill. To a somewhat lesser extent, they have similar expectations of others. INTJs are natural leaders, although they usually choose to remain in the background until they see a real need to take over the lead. When they are in leadership roles, they are quite effective, because they are able to objectively see the reality of a situation, and are adaptable enough to change things which aren’t working well. They are the supreme strategists - always scanning available ideas and concepts and weighing them against their current strategy, to plan for every conceivable contingency.

INTJs are ambitious, self-confident, deliberate, long-range thinkers. Other people may have a difficult time understanding an INTJ. They may see them as aloof and reserved. Indeed, the INTJ is not overly demonstrative of their affections, and is likely to not give as much praise or positive support as others may need or desire. That doesn’t mean that he or she doesn’t truly have affection or regard for others, they simply do not typically feel the need to express it. Others may falsely perceive the INTJ as being rigid and set in their ways. Nothing could be further from the truth, because the INTJ is committed to always finding the objective best strategy to implement their ideas. The INTJ is usually quite open to hearing an alternative way of doing something.

ESTPs are outgoing, straight-shooting types. Enthusiastic and excitable, ESTPs are “doers” who live in the world of action. Blunt, straight-forward risk-takers, they are willing to plunge right into things and get their hands dirty. They live in the here-and-now, and place little importance on introspection or theory. The look at the facts of a situation, quickly decide what should be done, execute the action, and move on to the next thing.

ESTPs have a strong flair for drama and style. They’re fast-moving, fast-talking people who have an appreciation for the finer things in life. They may be gamblers or spendthrifts. They’re usually very good at story telling and improvising. They typically makes things up as they go along, rather than following a plan. They love to have fun, and are fun people to be around. They get very excited about things, and have the ability to motivate others to excitement and action. The can sell anyone on any idea. They are action-oriented, and make decisions quickly. All-in-all, they have extraordinary talents for getting things started

George Washington

ISTJs are quiet and reserved individuals who are interested in security and peaceful living. They have a strongly-felt internal sense of duty, which lends them a serious air and the motivation to follow through on tasks. Organized and methodical in their approach, they can generally succeed at any task which they undertake. ISTJs are very loyal, faithful, and dependable. They place great importance on honesty and integrity.

ISTJs have tremendous respect for facts. They hold a tremendous store of facts within themselves, which they have gathered through their Sensing preference. They may have difficulty understanding a theory or idea which is different from their own perspective. However, if they are shown the importance or relevance of the idea to someone who they respect or care about, the idea becomes a fact, which the ISTJ will internalize and support. Once the ISTJ supports a cause or idea, he or she will stop at no lengths to ensure that they are doing their duty of giving support where support is needed.

ISFPs have a strong set of values, which they strive to consistently meet in their lives. They need to feel as if they’re living their lives in accordance with what they feel is right, and will rebel against anything which conflicts with that goal. They’re likely to choose jobs and careers which allow them the freedom of working towards the realization of their value-oriented personal goals. ISFPs tend to be quiet and reserved, and difficult to get to know well. They hold back their ideas and opinions except from those who they are closest to. They are likely to be kind, gentle and sensitive in their dealings with others. They are interested in contributing to people’s sense of well-being and happiness, and will put a great deal of effort and energy into tasks which they believe in.

ISFPs are warm and sympathetic. They genuinely care about people, and are strongly service-oriented in their desire to please. They have an unusually deep well of caring for those who are close to them, and are likely to show their love through actions, rather than words. ISFPs have no desire to lead or control others, just as they have no desire to be led or controlled by others. They need space and time alone to evaluate the circumstances of their life against their value system, and are likely to respect other people’s needs for the same.

Angelica Schuyler

ISFJs live in a world that is concrete and kind. They are truly warm and kind-hearted, and want to believe the best of people. They value harmony and cooperation, and are likely to be very sensitive to other people’s feelings. People value the ISFJ for their consideration and awareness, and their ability to bring out the best in others by their firm desire to believe the best. More so than other types, ISFJs are extremely aware of their own internal feelings, as well as other people’s feelings. They do not usually express their own feelings, keeping things inside. If they are negative feelings, they may build up inside the ISFJ until they turn into firm judgments against individuals which are difficult to unseed, once set. Many ISFJs learn to express themselves, and find outlets for their powerful emotions.

ISFJs have a rich inner world that is not usually obvious to observers. They constantly take in information about people and situations that is personally important to them, and store it away. This tremendous store of information is usually startlingly accurate, because the ISFJ has an exceptional memory about things that are important to their value systems. It would not be uncommon for the ISFJ to remember a particular facial expression or conversation in precise detail years after the event occurred, if the situation made an impression on the ISFJ.

Thomas Jefferson

ENFPs are warm, enthusiastic people, typically very bright and full of potential. They live in the world of possibilities, and can become very passionate and excited about things. Their enthusiasm lends them the ability to inspire and motivate others, more so than we see in other types. They can talk their way in or out of anything. They love life, seeing it as a special gift, and strive to make the most out of it.  To onlookers, the ENFP may seem directionless and without purpose, but ENFPs are actually quite consistent, in that they have a strong sense of values which they live with throughout their lives. Everything that they do must be in line with their values. An ENFP needs to feel that they are living their lives as their true Self, walking in step with what they believe is right. They see meaning in everything, and are on a continuous quest to adapt their lives and values to achieve inner peace.

Most ENFPs have great people skills. They are genuinely warm and interested in people, and place great importance on their inter-personal relationships. ENFPs almost always have a strong need to be liked. They have an exceptional ability to intuitively understand a person after a very short period of time, and use their intuition and flexibility to relate to others on their own level.

The city was in complete chaos. Every citizen was on the street staring at their dead appliances in disbelief. For some of the younger fairies, the loss of their cell phones was too much to bear. They sank to the streets, sobbing gently.

Eoin Colfer, Artemis Fowl: The Eternity Code

Years later and these are still the most relatable fairies I’ve ever read about.

They’re not beautiful sparkly creatures flitting around, they’re not stoic warriors perfectly in tune with nature, they’re technology-addicted and emotional and wonderfully human and I love it.

Acai psyche life! May we have a name of yours that we may call you? May you explain how you've gotten so in tune with the vibrations of the Earth? What have you been most connected or drawn to?

well my “pen name” or alias or whateva you wanna call it is Sellieve Neptune, as I put that on some of my posts. I came up with it.

How I got in tune with the vibrations of the earth, well it seems to be the kind of thing that just comes more naturally to some people. Having a huge amount of earth signs in my chart might be part of it. I can recommend eating health food to feel more in tune with nature, because you’ll glow from the inside out. Wheatgrass, watercress, berries, pomegranates, salad, seeds, nuts, etc. I mean, it’s pretty hard to feel in tune when you fill your body with preservatives, HFCS, pesticides, beef/chicken that has hormones and antibiotics, doritos, sodas, etc. Other people envy that I am “in tune” but they cling to the (false) idea that what you eat goes right thru you and doesn’t make much difference. I realize soda and other “bad foods” are an addiction, it is very hard, but if someone truly wants to live authentically, you have to dedicate yourself to honoring your body ;). I’m not perfect, I still eat things that turn into sugar (like potatoes). I do like to drink booze but I am controlled about it ;).

Having less stress in my life helps me be more in tune. When I’ve had jobs that worked me harder than I was physically able, I felt less connected to the universe. College and grade school took so much time and effort that I gave up what really mattered to me. People can judge me for “not having my shit together” by whatever definition they like, or not being very ambitious, or not striving for the best grades, or whatever, but they’ll likely never understand the worlds that i’m in. If I had gotten all A’s (which I very well could have if I had no life), I would have missed out on certain experiences that were very special to me. My life wouldn’t be any different today if had “made the grades”.

My poem “Aquarian Outcast” which you can search for in my blog, further explains going against the norm to become more in tune.

As far as what I’ve been connected or drawn to, gemstones, the dirt, sleeping outside, nutrition, and the sunshine….

Can I have a ship please? I'm 5'4" curvy and kinda chubby with blue eyes and blonde wavy hair. I am kinda shy and very laid back and I try to avoid confrontation, but I hate being wrong especially when someone points it out; I'm a history and art history nerd and I adore music; I have a weird talent of feeling people's emotions when I walk into a room, but I try to use it to help people, and I have a tendency to be really nosy. Thank you so much!

I ship you with Philip Hamilton! Philip is a mini Alexander but he has his own special flavor that makes him alluring. It was that little flavor that drew you in. You were naturally in tune with people’s emotions but Philip’s emotions were always at the forefront of your mind. From a look you knew if he was happy or sad. One day, after the Reynolds Pamphlet, you approached him at school. You sensed his sadness from a mile away. It worried you. The little spark in eye was just…gone. You comforted him and from that day on the two of you were closer than ever. Now, the two of you are together and Philip is ever so faithful. Your ability to avoid confrontation has saved Philip from fights multiple times. His flavor is definitely intriguing…but troublesome at times.

Thoughts on otherkin??

Admittedly, I do not know a large amount about otherkin, but from what I know I’m cool with it and it sounds plausible to me. Like, the two kinds I know of, is those who feel a strong spiritual bond with a type of animal (which is not a modern concept at all), and those who feel as if they were not supposed to be born human, or are trapped in a human’s body.

The first kind I learned more about from my husband, who lightly follows the furry community, but once as he started I recognized the concept from quite a few cultures who are/were way more in-tune with nature than we are. Like, someone who feels this way, when they say they are feline-kin they don’t mean biologically, they mean that they have a deep, spiritual connection with felines.

The other kind I notice more in the witchcraft community. I believe in reincarnation, but not individual reincarnation. I think every living thing has a soul, or lifeforce, and that there is a constant flow of this lifeforce/energy in our world now that helps power things. When we die, our soul goes back into the lifeforce pool and combines with everything else. Kind of the way water does. When someone is born, their soul is made from the lifeforce. So in theory your soul could be made from little pieces of tree, plant, animal, any other living thing’s old soul. If you happen to have a lot of lifeforce that used to reside in felines, you might be more sensitive to that and identify as felinekin.

My beliefs could be total bullshit mind you, but even so I still wouldn’t find it something to ridicule or judge about tbh. I don’t have to understand something to treat it with respect.
