High Bush Cranberry (Viburnum trilobum) is not a cranberry at all, but it looks a bit like cranberry, and ripens around the same time of year, and is also from northeastern and northern North America like the American Cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon). You can eat it fresh or sauced. These ones grow at my partners farm, and he’s excited about that. #highbushcranberry #viburnum #viburnumtrilobum #nativefoods (at Community Farm and Food Resource Center at Bartram’s Garden)
