Southern Coleslaw with Mustard Seed Dressing and Nastursium

Awh the coleslaw! Yes, it is a great side dish to any BBQ and so easy to make. Try adding edible flowers to punch the colors, and in the case of nasturtium, to give a light peppery flavor. It’s the surprises that WOW the guests. Rock out your culinary imagination, try pansy’s or even rose petals. My mother always tells me I can’t leave good enough alone, why should we?

The Slaw:

1 /4 c. mayonnaise
