The face parallels always get me SHOOK because they made sure to keep consistent with Emmett’s facial expression even after aging several decades.
That is one cool detail.

room:

  • clean all your sheets, pillow cases and blankets
  • make your bed
  • get rid of things you don’t need
  • make sure all clothes are folded and put away
  • vacuum/mop floor
  • make sure all surfaces are wiped down and there isn’t dust collecting anywhere
  • clean windows
  • make sure everything in your room is in its place
  • check under neath bed for any rubbish
  • if you have cupboards full of things get rid of what you don’t use and organise everything left
  • spray some room freshener, or light some incense or a candle

hair

  • make sure you use a shampoo and conditioner for your hair for example frizz control, volumising, fragile hair etc
  • take a shower, when showering only rub the shampoo in to your scalp, not the conditioner and do that for 40 seconds
  • rub conditioner in to the ends of your hair and leave in for a few minutes before rinsing 
  • rinse your hair under cold water when done
  • blow dry your hair on a cool setting instead of towel drying it to avoid breakage
  • don’t brush your hair while it’s wet
  • avoid tying your hair up as it causes you hair to break
  • use a spray leave in conditioner after you shower
  • give your hair some treatment every once in a while, there’s plenty of DIY hair treatments just google it
  • always use a heat protector when straightening or blow drying hair
  • eat fish, chicken, walnuts, almonds, milk, bananas, eggs, potatoes, spinach, tomatoes, wholegrain products, beans and lentils

face

  • use micellar water instead of makeup wipes to take your makeup off as they dry the skin
  • wash your face with a PH balanced cleanser, if you don’t own a PH balanced cleanser make sure to use a toner after you wash your face
  • YOU DON’T HAVE TO MOISTURISE! If you have naturally oily skin adding moisturiser will just add oil, only moisturise if your face is feeling dry
  • Try and drink 2L of water for a day
  • Put lip balm on your lips whenever they feel like they’re drying up
  • Always wear primer before putting on makeup and never go to sleep with makeup on

teeth

  • brush, floss and use a mouth wash morning and night
  • put baking powder on your toothpaste once a week to whiten them
  • avoid foods that stain your teeth 

body

  • i am always wearing tan so i exfoliate and shave once a week
  • moisturise everyday
  • wear DEODORANT GOD PLEASE
  • paint your nails once a week and keep them clipped and filed
