Excuse me while I
So…I did it. Ha! It was hard, but remember, it wasn’t that hard. It’s not impossible to do it. Even if you’ve never worked out before, you are capable of doing it.
Stop saying that you don’t have time, that it’s too hard, that you’re tired - that is bullshit. Stop thinking and just do it. I did it when I was hungry, I did it when I was full, I got up at 6am to do it before going to an exyam, I did it when I was tired, I did it when I had period, I did it when I had a headache - so.can.you.
Being an overall failure with the rest of my life, it got me thinking. If there’s one thing I will complete in my life, it’ll be this workout. So I pushed myself and completed it.
Now, there’s one other thing I want to talk about. There are no visible changes at my body. If you are obese and put everything you’ve got into this workout, the changes will be visible. If you are just chubby, or if your muscles are a bit loose, your body will get toned. Hell, there’s a chance there’ll be a six-pack shaping up at the end of the month. If you are like me, with 15-20kg overweight, you’ll probably need to work a bit harder.
Am I disappointed? A bit.
Do I think it was useless? Hell no. It gave me confidence. It kicked my butt and got me thinking - hey, I can actually do things.
Is it going to stop me? No way.
Am I going to do it again? You bet I am.
When am I going to do it again? I’m going to start all over again - tomorrow. The only change being that right after it I’ll go right to Jillian’s Killer buns and thighs.
Don’t wait for January first, don’t wait for the weekend after your birthday party - get up of your couch and start moving now. “This is you time, baby. Make.the.most of it.”
