“A person does not hear sound only through the ears; he hears sound through every pore of his body. It permeates the entire being, and according to its particular influence either slows or quickens the rhythm of the blood circulation; it either wakens or soothes the nervous system. It arouses a person to greater passions or it calms him by bringing him peace. According to the sound and its influence a certain effect is produced.”

You seem to have a very 'take it as it comes' attitude.
Yeah, I've always felt sort of lucky with my 'career,' which is that I never really got like that famous or got into a position where there was -- I mean of course there's some pressures, but . . . every little milestone was sort of celebrated, like, 'This is great!' I'm the opposite of an overnight success, so I feel lucky because it's been so slow, and even if it plateaus, as long as I can keep touring -- longevity is more important to me than record sales or anything else. I hope to still be writing songs, and making records and playing shows. I'm 37, and so I hope to be like guys like Bruce, Willie or Neil. If I can still be doing this stuff in your 70s that would be the ultimate goal. *knocks on wood*
So I reached the real angsty part of Seven’s route after finishing V’s and ...
I’m both depressed and amused.
Don’t do drugs, kids.
(Also, that posture … It seems like not even Unknown could get rid of that habit. Only that Ray makes it look like he’s a butler about to do a polite little bow, and Unknown like he’s just barely containing his murderous intent. Also, his jacket would probably slip off if he put the arm down lol.)
