Healthy Protein Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies!

These are my absolute favourite cookies to make! They’re SO yummy and you can’t taste the protein at all (if you have good protein, i use the brand Urban Fuel - Clean Whey)


  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp coconut oil, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup maple syrup (you can omit the sugar and syrup and use ½ cup baking stevia, but I don’t like the taste of stevia)
  • 2 handfulls semi-sweet chocolate chips


  • Preheat oven to 350, then line a pan with foil
  • Mix all of the dry ingredients together (except the chocolate chips)
  • Separately, mix the wet together
  • Now add the wet to the dry and mix well, then add the chocolate chips
  • Form into balls, place on the liner, and bake for 8-10 mins
  • The cookies will still be moist and will fall apart after you take them out, so leave them for 20 minutes before taking them off the pan and storing them


Saturday morning breakfast! Scrambled eggs with kale and cayenne pepper, Greek yogurt with chia seeds, a banana, a latte, and some water ♥

Diet Entry #02

From breakfast to now I ate:

• Grapes
• Salad
• Meat and Chicken
• 500 mL of water

Tip: Drink lots of water through out the day! It will keep you hydrate and as consequences you will be healthier, your skin will get better, your body will be cleaner and it also helps in losing weight. d=(´▽`)=b

Nom nom nom

Cut a banana up, and place the pieces on a frying pan. Fry until brown. In a bowl, mix together some honey and water. When the bananas are brown, flip them over, turn off the heat, then pour in the honey mixture and let it bubble. Then put then in a bowl and top with cinnamon 👌


Chop 2 bananas and place in freezer until frozen.

Once frozen, blend banana’s into a smooth, creamy consistency.

Add 20g of peanut butter (I used crunchy, but either is fine) and blend into banana mixture.

Roughly chop 10 pecans (or any nuts of your choice), place in the mixture and fold through.

Really trying to make my breakfasts bigger, lunches medium, and dinners small. So this morning my brekky is HUGE! 2 scrambled eggs with kale, oatmeal with almonds, walnuts, and chia seeds, and an iced coffee ✌

Hi mochis ~ I decided I want to lose 15kg so I’m gonna start a diet from today. `(*∩_∩*)′

Today, for breakfast I had:
• 1 gojiberry pill
• 400 mL of water
• half a cup of grapes
• cup of coffee with low fat milk

Tip #01 Make sure you chew your food really well. It will make you satisfied faster and your body will be able to retain more nutrients.
