I have a very picky list of people that i recommend because My name will be on the recommendation, so i like to either know the person personally or have gotten to know them over tumblr so i know what they post is what i promote. I dont want to ever be linked to unhealthy blogs. 

Lunch! Roasted red and gold potatoes and green beans with Amy’s Butternut Squash soup and a piece of whole wheat toast.

For the veggies, I put them in a bowl, poured just enough olive oil over them to coat them and then seasoned them with salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary. Then, I put them on a baking sheet and put them in the oven at 425 for about 18 minutes, long enough to cook the potatoes through but so that they still had a little bite to them and weren’t mushy. I pulled them out 2 times and mixed them around while they were cooking.
