Hey guys! There was a HUGE response saying that you would be interested in trying out veganism for 30 days, lower your animal product consumption, or even just learning a little more this month.

My plan so far, is to make one big post each day with helpful information, resources, links, ideas or just FAQs, as well as updating my blog links to be most useful and accessible. I’m hoping to pump out a couple of videos over the next 4 weeks (I’m thinking things like ‘Tips for new vegans’, ‘what I wish I had known’, ‘How to Talk to Parents’ and ‘What I Eat in a Day’).

I’m also working on a little side project that has been in the works for quite a while, but wont be out until much later, so I don’t want to give too much away.

Spoiler: The first post tonight is going to be my vegan shopping list!

Below is a list of vegan friendly items you may buy. I’ve tried to include a great variety in the hopes of easing your transitions and showing just how many options of ingredients there are, but know I don’t buy or eat all of these things regularly. I’ve italicised my staples, aka the ones I most recommend getting!
