Reza’s E30

The E30 M40 is one of my favorite BMW models. Looking beyond its straight cubical timeless design, this piece of art is one hell of a tough daily driven ride, and on top of that most parts are still available around the market.

From custom made to the branded aftermarkets. Reza, as one of the representatives of Benhil Auto gaRage and the proud owner of this car, is a delusional man. He is in and out of the blues like this blue BMW.  Reza said, “I respect my car like my girlfriend,” which doesn’t exist (peace bro). The car is still running great like its coming straight out of the factory, even though it’s been around since 1990.

Well, it proves like what we said before, the car is simple and easy riding. While this is his first time tuning a BMW everything seems okay, even more than just okay. Simply stunning, simply neck breaking; he lowered this car using a custom 2 slings piece of springs each. Just as barbarian as the pun Bavarian

We’ll continue this talk after we feature his other ride, a ’74 Corolla ROLLA ROLLA with 2JZ swapped inside.

Happy New Year to all of our loyal site fans! We’ll bring you so much more articles next year. Stay Tuned…

You've probably been asked this before but, what are your favorite automotive manufacturers and why?

Porsche is my favorite with BMW and Honda tied for second.

Porsche is everything I like about cars and a brand built around Motorsports.  Porsche road cars existed to produce and were derived from Porsche Racecars.  The engine in the 1964 911 was the foundation for every successful Flat 6 Porsche engine used in racing up until the recent 997 GT3 RSR (that is still raced and competitive today).  You can walk into a Porsche dealership today and buy a LeMans level racecar as easily as you could a Cayenne.

BMW makes (or made depending on who you talk to) the best all around cars.  They revolutionized the sports sedan and offered cars that did it all.  Luxury, style, and performance were offered in every car.  My M3 was a record setting car that had a full interior with everything functioning and seated 4 comfortably.  Not many cars can do that.  Much like Porsche they have a rich Motorsport background in all levels of Motorsport.

Honda does a lot with very little.  It isn’t difficult to make a sports car when you’re charging a lot of money for a car, however making a car that can act and feel like a racecar at the prices Honda offers is impressive.  They offered a FF economy car with a double wishbone suspension and variable valve timing at an incredible value during a time that most high end sports cars didn’t offer the same.  They’re also a very innovative company and have an excellent balance between economy and performance.

Do you remember the BMW episode with everyone grew up not knowing each other. The episode was the one where Rachel walked out of the classroom all mad at everyone. Due to nobody running after her, it affected everyones future relationships with each other. some of the relationships were non existent. Well, in that same episode, Eric writes a book called "People Change People"(HA!) and the only words in the book are "Lose a friend. Lose another friend. lose yourself. Lucas Friar Season 4?

You mean The War/Seven the Hard Way?

Sure do, those are two of my favorite BMW episodes and I actually think they’re a key pair of episodes in terms of getting what’s up with GMW. I think a lot of what happens in the new kids’ story happens because the new kids aren’t going to get splintered the way the OG crew did in the “bad future”…and also in “IRL” continuity as well by the time GMW rolled around (albeit not as bad as in 7THW).

Gravity.

And yeah, if we get a proper S4 I kinda think Lucas is gonna majorly overcompensate AWAY from the Mr. Perfect Secure Hero façade he’s been wearing again since Ski Lodge ish. He’s based so much of his NYC identity on Riley’s idealized conception of him, and I think losing that—Riley is rapidly outgrowing her childhood infatuation with Lucas IMO—is really gonna mess with him. Wouldn’t be surprised if he kinda floats away from the group a bit, even.
