I love these two scenes, because on the first one Helena absolutely wants to kill Rachel, but Sarah talks her out of it, because Felix’s freedom is in danger. She doesn’t kill Rachel, so Felix could walk free. On the second one, her freedom is in danger, she could walk away and get free, or kill the Castor and get captured. She sacrifices her freedom by killing him, because that’s the right thing. On the first one, she was killing for her own joy, this time she killed for mercy, even though it meant her freedom being taken away once more. And I just love her so much, it hurts my heart.
