Get To Know Kayla Diaz - the MV Intern

One day a while back I was browsing through Craigslist when I stumbled upon an ad for photography interns. It caught my interest instantly, so I sent an e-mail with my information and a plea for a chance to show what I can do. Upon learning more about the project, and the direction it was headed I knew I had made the right decision in pursuing this internship. Everything about it excites me! Music is important to me, as are many other forms of creativity, and this amazing project includes a few of my greatest loves.

In this project so far I’ve done some researching, but my main focus while things were just getting off the ground has been promotion. I retweet, blog, and Facebook my face off about it just trying to get the word out. Now that things are picking up steam I’m continuing on in that direction, which is great to me. Promotion is important. So is brainstorming.

Let me tell you a few things you don’t know about me yet!

1) I really love birds. Parrots to be exact, but all other birds intrigue me as well. Even ducks, and who really likes ducks that much? Not many people.

2) There are many things that I can do well, not to brag, but singing is probably at the top of the list. Definitely.

3) Lastly, I’m big on blended coffee with boba. Just one of my weaknesses.

There you have it, ladies and gents! Kayla Diaz out!
