Luisa Tetrazzini (1871-1940). Italian opera singer Luisa Tetrazzini was renowned as a fine coloratura soprano-a singer with a high range and an agile voice. She became famous for her roles in operas such as Giuseppe Verdi’s La Traviata and Rigoletto and Gioacchino Rossini’s Lucia di Lammermoor.
