I’m sorry I look so horrible in this after photo buuut just wanted to show that I’m actually almost the same weight in these pictures. I’ve lost a lot of weight 20 pounds so far but I’m so happy I’ve started lifting I think my body shape has become so much better. Before: 198 pounds

My back is so sore from today’s workout and I haven’t taken a progress pic in a while….here it is. Hard work and dedication. I remember in the top pic I was trying to flex so hard 😬🤓 progress! I went from 50lbs to 204lbs on the hammer strength, struggling with the bench bar 45lbs to 135lbs. I’m making some new goals and I need all the motivation I can get!
I have to say I’m seriously proud of my progress - I wanted to post this to keep a more up to date log on my aesthetics now that i am seriously dedicated to lifting. I am excited to see how my body changes from here on.
