anonymous asked:

I'm curious and kinda new to dc fandom. Is green lantern part of the justice league? Will he be in the upcoming movie too? If you guys don't know then you can just ignore, thanks for quality content btw!

Green Lantern is one of the 7 original members of the Justice League in the comics but he won’t appear in the movie. Rumors are that he will be in Part 2. And thanks!

Grandma, it’s me, Anastasia!

Look I finally have gifs of my cosplay!

Marvel can pull a Spider Man movie out of their asses and rearrange their entire slate to fit it in, and then announce the date for the sequel and no one says a word.

But DC announces a Gotham City Sirens movie that has been rumored since summer, and they “have no idea what they’re doing.”

Things Deadpool movie had:

  • Nudity (male and female)
  • Sex
  • Dick and sex jokes
  • Awkward camera placing
  • Torture
  • MURDER and some gore
  • A mention of prior abuse

Things Deadpool movie did not have:

  • Rape jokes
  • Anti-trans jokes
  • Humor at the expense of anyone’s sexuality or gender in a negative way.
  • Sexual assault/abuse of any form (nothing explicitly shown)

Like seriously. There were sex jokes every scene but nothing bad bad. And it was also surprisingly respectful towards women considering the nature of certain scenes.

So….really. If you’re ok with the things I listed in the first category, you don’t have to worry. Deadpool was a good movie.

Some rumored Suicide Squad deleted scenes (Harley/Joker):

  1. “Joker and Harley then get into a fight, which ends with Harley pointing a gun at Joker’s head. Joker sweet-talks Harley into lowering the gun, charming her, then backhands her across the face. Afterwards he sweet-talks her again and they kiss.”
  2. “Joker and Harley get into an argument after he rescues her in the hijacked helicopter. In early cuts he reportedly pushes her out to kill her, then the helicopter gets shot down. This was apparently reworked into the helicopter getting shot down first and Joker pushing her out to save her.”
  3. “Joker returns during the final battle in the subway station, face half-burnt from the helicopter crash, which apparently leads to a brief altercation with the Squad. He calls for Harley to escape with him but she refuses for once in order to help her friends, and the Joker escapes after throwing a live grenade at the group to cover his own escape.”
  4. “Removed several scenes with the Joker to repaint his relationship with Harley as more loving rather than abusive.”

Their relationship is so abusive and it is damaging that they tried to make it seem loving by taking out the straight up physical abuse and leaving in the psychological abuse, which isn’t as blatant and would have some not thinking anything of it. If you’re going to have Harley/Joker together then you show how it really is abusive physically and mentally, or don’t have them together at all (which is what I wanted cause fuck the Joker). I think another important scene that should have been kept is #3 where Harley acts out against the Joker and chooses to help her friends because it would show her overcoming his abuse and control and making her own decisions.

But overall, it’s horrible that they removed scenes in order to make their relationship seeming loving when it’s not. He’s an abusive asshole and he treats her like an object or a possession.

My requirements for the Hunchback remake

There’s a rumor that Disney wants to remake “The Hunchback of Notre Dame”… because… I don’t know.

I find this idea cool.

But anyway, I think I got a working cast for the various characters and some new characters. As well a few requests for it if Disney confirms the film.

Hope you find my ideas interesting.

[RUMOR]: Kris and Tao being casted in upcoming Movie together?

Rumors are circulating online that former EXO member Kris and Tao will be casted for the upcoming movie “Famen Temple Code”.

This would be the first time since Kris’ departure from EXO and lawsuit against SM Entertainment to meet with Tao in public! Fans are especially curious how good their relationship is now, because of Tao’s various SNS posts expressing his dislike for Kris departure and lawsuit.

The news haven’t been confirmed by now, so it isn’t sure whether or not this rumor is true.

Alden Ehrenreich photographed by Jake Michaels for The New York Times

Mr. Ehrenreich is suddenly being discussed all over Hollywood, as trade papers and gossip columns on both coasts trumpeted this week that he has landed the role of Star Wars’ Han Solo in the coming Solo standalone movie, scheduled for 2018, rumors of which have circulated for weeks. When asked, Mr. Ehrenreich said he could not say anything about it, though he did cop to being a Star Wars fan. (“Who isn’t?” he said. Star Wars vs. Star Trek? “Probably both.”)
