In the beginning when he was growing up in Nantes, France, becoming a world-known DJ wasn’t even a thought in the back of his head. “I didn’t always want to do something with music, but I was always really into creating,” he says. “As a child, I was writing books and cutting and pasting cardboard together to make all different kinds of things. Then when I stumbled upon music when I was 11, I thought I should decide on something to study and become good at. I was amazed by the music I found and wanted to solve the mystery of how those sounds were made. [image credit]
