mossy castle

Life seems awfully inconvenient at times, doesn’t it? I mean, you think you’d rather live anywhere than where you are now, you long to be on top of a mountain with the entire world beneath your feet, or in the middle of an ocean with the horizon full of more blue than you ever could have imagined. You’d rather live in a time period where queens and knights lived in mossy castles, a time period where you could ride a dinosaur or watch the night sky without light pollution and just image the stars. You’d rather be walking on Mars, discovering another planet full of life and light, dancing in the Milky Way and pinning stars in your hair, anywhere in the universe than on top of the ground that’s beneath you right now. So take a minute to appreciate where you are now. Breathe. The world is vast and amazing and you will someday get a chance to explore all of it.
