Lea on This Morning (April 24, 2017)

I’m adding a little more running each day, and each time I surprise myself with how much my endurance has improved.

I did hit a wall at the end of mile 2 where I started feeling hungry, but like stomach pain kind of hungry. I ate as soon as my ass came through my front door tho.

Intervals on the treadmill this morning and then some yoga. (this is such a strange stretch but, good grief, it feels SO good) Getting my workout all finished up earlier in the day definitely gives me more time to tackle other tasks, that’s for sure. This afternoon I’ll get all of my PT exercises in before the game.
