This is the building of the BMW museum in Munich Germany. It is more commonly called the BMW Welt.

The inside is even more impressive than the outside. The inside displays their current model lineup of BMW cars and motorcycles, and the other two BMW Group brands, Mini and Rolls Royce.

I was more intrigued about the architecture of the building itself since I am a fan of vintage cars myself. The proportions and curves makes for a well balanced and stunning view. The design of the building was by Vienna-based architects COOP HIMMELB(L)AU. and the facility was constructed from August 2003 through summer 2007 at a cost of US$200 million. A pretty impressive budget for an impressive size.
