You figure he’s probably been sniffing too much Elmer’s glue or maybe he ate one of the plastic eggs from the housekeeping play section. All things aside, he’s still pretty nice. He has a rock collection and one of them is named Casserole which is coincidentally your favorite food and you have a pet leaf you’ve named Goat which makes Minhyuk giggle.

thoughts on the apology they put in the description about the mono lid comment?

i think it’s a good step for dan and phil to mention and explain it as they rarely do point out things they do wrong (just because of their platform it really just blows everything out of proportion). their apology seemed genuine albeit a bit vague but it’s cool they are asking youtube to remove tht part! also it shows they lurk on tumblr :/

wingedslothbaby  asked:

Hi! :) How would you know what kind of eyelid you have? Do you have a tutorial of sort sort? Thank you ♥ This blog is great!

Hi there, here’s a list of sorts!

You check by looking straight at a mirror and studying where the crease of your eye is. The below are the 3 types, but it is possible to be somewhere between 2 types.

1. Mono-lids: Many Asians have this type of eyes The fold comes down so low that you often don’t see a crease when the eye is completely open. The “mobile lid” the part that moves in and out under the crease, becomes hidden when the eyes are open, so they need to make sure makeup is applied upwards, past the fold, up to the socket, in order for it to be visible.

Many Asian women use eyelid tape or glue to increase the size of the fold or create an artificial one.

Women with this type of eye: Lucy Liu, Sandra Oh, Sammi Cheng

2. Hooded Eyes: Sometimes looks similar to the Mono-Lid but not quite. The upper fold of your eyes comes down quite low at the outer corners, sometimes giving a slightly more droopy effect. The crease is very close to the lash line, and sometimes completely touches the lashes at the outer corners.

This can be genetic or sometimes happens with age, as your eye lid fold starts to sag a little at the outer corners, and it’s actually a much more common shape than we think.

Women with this type of lid: Blake Lively, Gisele Bundchen, Nicole Kidman, Katie Holmes

3. Double-Lids: Eyes with a standard fold above the lash line. The line does not droop down towards the lashes at the outer corners, and there’s usually a clear lid space below the crease for eye shadow application. This is generally the easiest type of lid to apply shadows on because what you see is what you get and your shadows don’t do disappearing tricks when you open your eyes.

This in no way means this is the most beautiful type of eye. It all depends on the woman!

Women with this type of lid: Jennifer Lopez, Aishwarya Rai, Cindy Crawford.

*Special note on Asians double-lids: Most Eastern Asians with double-lids will notice they are slightly different from Caucasian double-lids. They are almost half-way between No. 1 and No. 3, as the fold is low and close to the lashes, but its definitely a clear fold. Sometimes this type of eye can be mono-lid at the inner corners, and double-lid from the center of the lids outward.

Women with this type of eye: Shu Qi, Michelle Yeoh

》 FAQ // Masterlist

Xiumin - His daughter had inherited everything from him. From his mono-lids to his favorite food, she was an exact replica and he loved it. Going around town with her would be his most favorite thing in the world, showing her off to everyone that would look.

Luhan - To say he loved his son’s genetics was an understatement. If he wanted to, he could easily say that he’d cloned a younger version of himself, and he loved it. Dressing his son in similar outfits or his hand-me-downs would be a must. Just to see if he could turn his son fully into a mini him.

Kris - He wouldn’t have the slightest clue as to how his daughter looked so much like him and nothing like you. But honestly, he didn’t care. He’d try to get her to be exactly like him, always taking her to play basketball or letting her rap to one of his songs, and she happily did, wanting to be just like daddy.

Suho - Suho would go overboard with it. Matching outfits, matching hair, matching everything. The fact that your son looked so much like him was a huge bonus in his eyes, especially since no one would ever be able to start a rumor saying that the boy didn’t belong to him.

Lay - Lay would absolutely love the mini version of himself. His son, who could easily pass as a short Lay, knew that too. His son meant the world to him, and to know that he never had to worry about him getting hate made him feel much better. So afternoon walks were a must, and he had to show his son off.

Baekhyun - He wouldn’t be able to control himself. He’d have so many pictures of the both of them on his phone, dotting around social media, and especially around the house. He’s already so in love with his son, and the fact that he looks exactly like him doubles his pride in the boy.

Chen - Him and his daughter were literally the exact same person in separate bodies. They looked alike, they dressed alike, and even acted alike. Except that was mostly because the two of them had the other wrapped around their finger. They were best friends, and there was no doubt about it.

Chanyeol - He had never seen anything like it. He knew children looked like their parents, yes, but he didn’t know they could pass as an exact replica. His son, who was already tall for his age, was just like him. Which meant, it was cuddles and playtime, all the time.

D.O - The two of them were polar opposites. He was loud and hyper, while D.O opted for calmly watching television. Personality wise, you’d never guess they were related, let alone father and son. What gave it away was one glance at the boy, and all you’d be able to see was D.O. But he’d have it no other way.

Tao - Tao would be raising a miniature fashionista from the second the girl was born. Luckily for him she looked so much like him and he already knew what she would look good in. He was raising his best friend, and he loved it more than anything.

Kai - Kai and his daughter were literally twins. She was born with his looks, and he made sure to raise her the same way he was. So it was obvious that they’d be just alike. They loved each other so much, and it wouldn’t be uncommon for you to come home and telling, or in your daughters case babbling, about their day while cuddled on the couch.

Sehun - Little baby sassy Sehun. The girl was just like him. From jawline to witty remarks, there was no way you’d be able to say that she was not his daughter. The worst part is that he didn’t even raise her to act like him, it just happened, and he wouldn’t change it for the world.

Hi! I saw your tutorial on side heads... have you done one for frontal views? If not, could you if you aren't busy? Thanks!

Ok so I whipped this up for ya.

SIDE NOTE: during this tutorial it is vital to keep flipping the canvas horizontally to check for lines that aren’t even or centred. Trust me flipping is important.

Just like the Side Head / Profile tutorial we’re going to start with a circle, doesn’t matter if it’s not perfect this part is just the guidelines. One the circle we’re going to draw a cross. I usually have the cross match up with roughly the centre of the circle. The horizontal line will become the guide for placing the eyebrows.

I’m doing this digitally so I turned down the opacity of the guidelines and made a new layer on the top of it. I start drawing the face shape from the horizontal guideline downwards, gradually bringing the line a little inwards. We can then softly curve the lines inwards to form the jaw and then only slightly back outwards and under to make the chin. If you draw one side of the face you can copy, paste it then flip it and line it up to make the other side but I often find drawing it in gives a better result. You can play around with your line length and shape to change your jaw shape if you wish.
The bottom of the face falls so that the bottom of your guideline circle hits roughly halfway between your horizontal guide and the chin. This pretty much just splits the face into thirds.

Here I’ve added the ears which fall pretty much halfway up the face. I’ve also added the neck and flared out the end of the lines to give the impression it’s connected to the body. You can choose how wide you would like the neck to be but typically female characters have thinner necks while male characters have thicker ones. I have drawn mine thinner so this character example will be female. Neck length from where it joins the jaw line is the same length as one of the guide thirds.

The nose is placed just under the bottom of the circle guide. Since this is from the front we don’t need to draw in the bridge of the nose, only the nostrils. Draw two small bracket shapes on each side of the centre line then a small horizontal curve inwards on the bottom of each bracket. Be careful not to let the two nostrils touch at the bottom. Also the bracket shapes can be manipulated to create the impression of different nose shapes by making them more angular or larger or further apart.
The mouth is a little higher than halfway between the bottom of the nose and the chin. The sides of the mouth are placed horizontally halfway in between the neck lines and the sides of the nose. The sides of the mouth can also lines up directly with the pupils of the eyes but in this case I have drawn the bottom half of the facial features first. I’ve also quickly marked in a hair line back on the guidelines layer.

We place the eyebrows along the horizontal guideline. You can make the eyebrows as thick as you want or as short or long as you want so long as they’re in roughly the right position.
Below the eyebrows we draw in the top line of lashes starting almost in line with the beginning of the eyebrows and curving up and round in a semi circle shape, it does not matter if it’s a perfect semi circle so long as it’s curved. You can alter this line to achieve different eye shapes eg. instead of curving the line downwards you can make it trail off almost horizontally to get almond shaped eyes or you can curve the line downwards dramatically to make eyes look droopy. I this example I have drawn in the fold on the top of the eyelid but this is not necessary if your character has a mono lid.
I tend to draw the bottom lash line quite horizontally but again you can alter it’s angle to give different eye shapes.
At this point I avoid drawing in the iris until I have drawn the dreaded other eye. This is so that If I’m desperate I can copy paste the eye and flip it with out having to erase the iris and redraw it.

Time for hair!
When drawing hair if your character has bangs or a side fringe or any hair that falls in front of the face draw this first. I want to give my character a bob cut so I have given her a simple set of bangs.

Draw in the back mass of hair. If the character has relatively flat bangs I will draw the back of the haircut a little higher than the top of the bangs but if the characters fringe is styled up this is not necessary. You can erase the ears here if you would like the characters hair to cover them.
Get rid of the guidelines layer and there you go, one front view.

I hope this will help you! If you would like a more in depth tutorial on anything covered here like hair or eyes feel free to drop me a message!

Just to expand on your other anons message I'm from Pakistan and have have been called a liar by white american exchange students when I told them I am Asian as they insist "Pakistan is a Muslim country full of terrorists and we bombed it, so you are not Asian, you are middle eastern". They even got into an argument with our history teacher who said Pakistan is part of Asia (we are in UK), I was also accused of trying to pretend I was part of "the superior Asian race", weeaboos are a nightmare.

God this is so horrible. I feel like this is also a good reason for why Asian representation is so important. We don’t all look like East Asians with pale skin or mono lids and Asia doesn’t only mean Japan or Korea or China. Asia consists of over 50 countries and an even larger amount of different ethnic groups. Representation is so important, not just in our media but apparently very desperately needed in our classrooms and education… yikes.

Kumiho!Woozi | 13 Days of Sevenween

Word Count: 1336

Genre: Fluff?

The full moon was shimmering in the sky when you caught a flash of a silvery gold pelt somewhere in between the trees.

No. It can’t be. They’re not real. Even if they were, why would they be here? You thought to yourself, trying to shake the suspicions of a nine tailed fox being in the vicinity.

You’d heard stories about the fox spirits and their need to feast on human flesh and the irresistibility of their allure. Everyone who’d encountered one of the kumihos had perished by falling for the gorgeous creature, only to be consumed once the fox had gained their love and trust. The stories had to be myths, but you couldn’t shake the fear of the what ifs that were plaguing you.

Knock knock knock. You jumped in your position by the window. The noise snapped you out of your trance and you cautiously made your way to the door.

You put your eye to the peephole to see who could be knocking on your door this late in the night, especially when your house was on the edge of a forest and surrounded by trees on all sides. Paranoid about the possible presence of a kumiho, you heaved a small sigh of relief when the figure at your door turned out to be a young male that made you think of marshmallows in an oversized sweater and not a gorgeous woman or nine-tailed fox.

“Who are you?” You asked through the door, still a bit wary of everything around you.

“Umm, my name is Lee Jihoon. I got separated from my friends when we went hiking and I was wondering if you knew the way back to town.” You opened the door at his words and told him to come inside and warm up while you grabbed a map to show him the way back to town.

Once he stepped inside, you noticed that he was fairly small, but had very pretty mono lidded eyes and ridiculously pretty hands. He wasn’t extremely handsome in the traditional sense of the term, but he had an undeniable pull to him that you credited to his adorable features and sparkling eyes.

You offered the boy a cup of tea as you went to grab a map and tried to make small talk to break the silence. You asked where he was from and about his life to which he answered with vague descriptions that you weren’t completely satisfied with, but you let it go, knowing that different people had different ideas of privacy.

However, once the topic turned to his musical interests, his eyes lit up even more than before. It was clear that this was his passion and that he loved it. And if his shining eyes weren’t enough to prove it, the terms and endless words that tumbled out of his mouth as he discussed artists like Verbal Jint and his own music only reinforced the clear love in his eyes.

“You really love music, don’t you.”

“I really do. That’s why I want to become human. So that I can produce and share my music with the world and its people.” You and Jihoon both froze at those words. Why I want to become human.

Jihoon mentally kicked himself for allowing his passion to break down his careful cover. He’d made it so far without being caught, but here he was sitting in the room of a stranger he’d only just met spilling his biggest secret. He mentally prayed that you’d overlook that you hadn’t noticed it even though he knew it was in vain.

You froze, trying to process the words that had fallen from his lips. He wasn’t human.

“What are you?” The question spilled out softly before you could stop them.

Jihoon didn’t know how to respond as a mental war was waged in his mind. Should he lie and try to cover it up as a joke? Should he say that he was a vampire or whatever the heck humans believed in nowadays? Should he tell the truth? He could always get rid of you if you if you tried anything, but that would set him back two years in his quest to become a human.

“Are you even real?”

Jihoon sighed as he made up his mind. If this went well, he’d have someone who he could turn to whenever things got hard. If it didn’t, well, he’d have to deal with it then.

Your jaw dropped as Jihoon disappeared and a glowing light appeared for a bit before a nine-tailed fox appeared in the place Jihoon had been just seconds before. The fox in front of you was undeniably gorgeous, an ethereal glow surrounding it and its white-gold fur and nine tails.

Then it hit you. A kumiho. Jihoon was a kumiho.

“How?” You breathed out, wonder and fear starting to take over. You’d never heard of a fox spirit taking the form of a male and you would never have guessed that the boy had come looking for directions was a flesh eating monster.

Jihoon couldn’t read your thoughts but he could guess what kind of worries and fears and shock were running through your head right now and he transformed back into his preferred human form, the one he’d been in when he was talking to you earlier, to explain.

“As you can tell, I am a kumiho and kumihos aren’t always goddess like humans when we’re in our human form.” He continued to explain to you that the stories you’d heard were only the bad stories as humans had a tendency to remember the hate and fear more than the good things that they encounter, forgetting the kumiho’s who’d assisted humans in battle and even been taken advantage of by wicked humans.

“I just want to be able to make my music without being worried about being caught in my fox form to be killed because people have stigma against my type.” Though you didn’t really know if trusting him was something you were doing out of your own free will or a kumiho thing, you could feel the genuine sincerity and passion in his voice. Jihoon, if that even was his name, had a dream and the stigma that surrounded him was keeping him from pursuing it.

He was trying to turn into a human, something that could only be accomplished if he restrained from eating meat, human or not, for 1000 days and acquired a yeoiju that he had to expose to the full moon every month during the whole ordeal. It was a difficult process, his instincts constantly telling him to eat meat, not to mention how hard it was to get a yeoiju from a dragon.

He told you about the journey he’d had to get this far (2 years into process with a little less than a year left) and urged you to trust him when he said he wouldn’t hurt anyone and just wanted to do what he loved.

While you didn’t understand what he was going through completely, you could relate to some extent. He was struggling to do what he loved and you really didn’t want to take away from that. The sincerity in his voice and the excitement you’d heard and witnessed earlier led you to make the decision to trust him.

“I trust you. But if you want me to keep your secret, you’re going to have to tell me everything. You’ve told me your story, now tell me about you. First things first, is your name really Lee Jihoon?”

“Lee Jihoon is my human name of choice, but I’m Woozi.” Jihoon said as a smile spread across his face, you mirroring it because the sheer joy on his face was so contagious. Woozi knew that the path to being a human wouldn’t be easy, but now that he had someone by his side, he knew it’d be more bearable and he wondered why in the heavens he hadn’t met you before.

“Finally,” Jimin gripes unsympathetically, typing away at his computer without sparing you a glance. “If Taehyung and I were going to be the only ones dealing with the mosh pit crowd like the last time again, we would skin you alive if the fans didn’t trample us to death first.” Leaning against the doorframe, you roll your eyes at your coworker’s dramatics. “The concert’s three days away, Chim. We won’t have to be dealing with mosh pits or the wrath of fans anytime soon.” Jimin says nothing but responds with a light huff of his nose.

Daytime Glam Makeup Tutorial

There are many occasions where us girls (and guys), are required to get dressed up to the nines, but it’s daylight outside… Which leaves many of us thinking ‘what makeup do I go for?’

For instance, a Wedding! You’re a guest and you want to look your best, but you don’t feel comfortable slapping on your regular evening-makeup. You know you are going to be photographed so you need something glam just not OTT - but what?

OR, you are off out on a lunch date, where your face needs to look flawless, like it did in the dim lighting of the club where you first met your hot date last week, but only this time you can’t get away with the heavy contour & black smokey eyes!! Argh!!!

Fear not… I have you covered!
Whether you have hooded eyes, mono-lids, almond shaped eyes or even round eyes, you can all sport style of eye makeup. You may just need to tweak the shades to suit your skin tone.

A soft smokey eye with glamorous lashes will give your face exactly what it needs to feel and look beautiful.
Lashes for daytime might seem daunting at first, but I promise you they will look super! It’s all about the lashes!!!
The key to making this look soft is to use lighter shades to create the smokey eye, drop the usual dark liquid eyeliner and opt to darken just the roots of your lashes with a dark Brown / Black powder or Kohl.
Also, substitute the Black along the waterline for a Cream or White eyeliner - not only is this more flattering for daytime, it will also make your eyes appear bigger!

This WILL transform your regular evening eye-makeup into stunning daytime glam! Then, in the evening you can easily amp-it-up by simply darkening your waterline and adding a little liquid liner across your top lid!

I have added in links below to all the products used in this tutorial. I always try to grab a UK link as they often ship to the EU also. And then a worldwide link, usually US based, but most ship worldwide.

2.Tell Your Friends - (Yoongi Mafia AU)

One - Two - Three - Four - Five -  Six - Seven -  Eight  - Nine

Two :

There is no terror in the bang, only in the anticipation of it - Alfred Hitchcock

The loud music from downstairs had been like a dull knife as you entered a stupor for a few seconds. Like a harsh sea waves that edged your body side to side, your head spun like a carousel of television re-runs of the previous fifteen minutes. Despite the sudden nausea and your hands feeling like they were on fire, everything felt too slow for you, like you were in a drunken state of mind that hindered your reactions and ability to find keys.

As the shower curtain was pulled back rougher than needed this state of mind was burned along with all your hope.

He wasn’t what you expected in the slightest.

A practically baby faced gangster had stared down at you with a strange confusion in his eyes, eyebrows low over dark eyes that made his physique hooded. Despite the fresh young face, he was no less intimidating and you wouldn’t have been any less frightened of a gruff unshaven beady eyed monster that could have been lying in wait for Seungkan.

His eyes travelled to your curled up figure before returning to your eyes.

“Well, you’re a nice surprise” he’d chuckled, darker than you liked and turned his back on you again.

He went back to washing his already clean hands as you stayed in your frozen state.

It wasn’t a waiting game anymore.

The sound of running water and dim music from downstairs were the only things that were keeping you from bursting into tears. Because it wasn’t happening. It was all a bad dream. And you’d have gladly woken
up with a pounding headache and a night of mistakes rather than be sitting there, freezing and terrified.

“Apologies for our crude meeting” he’d murmured before clearing his throat, the discarded hand towel left at the side of the sink spotless, much like his raw palms and knuckles.

“I was just expecting someone else”

So were you.

He’d looked at you with an anticipation, his eyebrows raised, one cocked to the side, a silent question that you didn’t have the answer to. His black suit pants were left wrinkled near the top, along with his sleeves from where he’d rolled them up. Shiny shoes were absent of dust or wear, he’d looked like he’d just walked off a runway, the way he stood, one hand in his pocket, one shoulder lower than another. You kept your gaze on the cross bolo tie he wore rather than let your trail up to his face.

“Are you just gonna sit there?” he’d sighed, as if you were wasting his time, his tone was bored, disinterested.

“Suppose this just makes it easier”

With a glare of movement and a scuffle of black clothes he was leaning down over the bath, one leg over the side as he sat, perched at the edge, his body blocking your way out, as his arm kept him upright.

His other arm was pointed at you.

With a shiny hand gun that had a trigger begging to be pulled, within the palm of an all too changed man.

A scowl had painted itself across his once impassive face, all hint of boredom gone, having been replaced with a death like glare and the trained eye of a bullet that only had one target.

If looks could kill.

“Do you wanna tell me the reason you were sitting in a dark bathroom or will I have to persuade you?”

Looking at the gun and back up to his face, it was persuasion enough and you spoke in a whisper.

“I just wanted a few minutes away from the party”

“With Seungkan?”

“No, no we barely know each other”

“Then why’d I find you in his room? His locked room may I add”

Your heart had travelled up to your throat and for a second you took a shaky breath, your eyes stung from holding back unneeded tears, and as you stared down at your shoes, you traced the patterns of dirt you’d made, the gravel outside, the confetti on the floor, the sticky whiskey that had laid in a pool in Seungkan’s bedroom, created swirls of shoe imprints, a telltale sign you’d been there and still were.

“I picked it”

He seemed to find this slightly amusing as he  let out a ghost of a chuckle, an amused sigh almost. You didn’t see the funny side, all you saw was the gun he held like a piece of paper, or a one night lovers hand, carelessly. Like he’d held it a thousand times, and this was just another day to him.

His face told a different story to his grip, and it was easy to decide which was more appealing to look at in the moment.

“You looking for a fix that bad?” he’d asked you.

“No, no. I swear, I just wanted to use the bathroom. I didn’t steal anything”

“Didn’t say you did princess, but I wouldn’t put it past you, what with your talent for picking locks and all”

His compliment made your stomach churn with a new found sickness that was worse than the sudden nausea you’d experienced when he spoke first. You didn’t want compliments from him, backhanded or not. You didn’t want anything from him.

“So, what you’re telling me is that, this is all a little coincidence? A case of wrong place wrong time?”

All you manged was a nod.

All he managed was a click of his tongue.

He hummed, giving you once over again, as if inspecting you for weapons. You weren’t much of a threat, all wide eyed and frozen, whatever he was looking for confused you. Whether his logic was that Seungkan had planted you here to be a witness of his boss’s abuse, or whether he thought you were some sort of cop, it seemed after a few minutes of silence, he came to a conclusion.

“You know what happened in there?”

He spoke to you in a softer voice, rather than the rough few questions had been poised in. Like he was speaking to a child, his gesture with the gun gave you no assurance that he wouldn’t do exactly what he’d done to Seungkan right back to you.

You swallowed. Were you supposed to answer?

“I said do you know what happened in there?” this time his louder voice had made you jump and he watched you with a curious stare.

You glanced between him and the bottle of rubbing alcohol on the sink.

“ Seungkan got beat up”

He seemed to find your childish words interesting as his scoff flew over your head and you tried not to let the embarrassment he was causing get to you.

“I suppose you could say that”

He paused to flick hair out his eyes, the grey strands swept over his forehead in a mismatched manner, partly wet due the sweat on his brow.

“And who did that, to our dear Seungkan?”

Whatever sick pleasure he got from you explaining the situation to him you decided you’d give in to if it meant that gun would be put back in his waistband and you were left walk away.

Unsure if this was the right answer, or if one actually existed, your reply was met with a nod.

His head cocked to the side as he gazed at you through his fringe.

His next question made you hold a puzzled expression.

“And what do I look like?”

The moment he’d taken out the gun, you prepared yourself for pain. The moment he’d entered the room, you’d prepared yourself for being found. You hadn’t prepared yourself for a confusing interrogation from the embodiment of calmness and the face of composure.

You looked at him for a second, mono-lid eyes, messy faded charcoal hair, softer features than you’d have imagined for someone in his line of work. Was it fishing for off-handed compliments or was he trying to scare you?

But looking at his smirking gaze and tilted head, his aura gave off superiority, it more a test than anything else. His stance almost screamed make my day so I can put a bullet in your head when you answer wrong.

As confusing as the questions was, you almost laughed when you realised the answer.

Your hands went cold as you looked down at your feet and spoke.

“I don’t know”

A smile.

“I didn’t see you”

A grin.

“I didn’t see anything”

And instead of staring down the barrel of a gun, you were staring at Cheshire cat grin, gummy and impressed, you didn’t allow relief.

“I like you kid” was all he chuckled “You’re smarter than most.”

It seemed obvious then. Why the line the line of questioning went down the road it did. He was letting you explain to yourself what you were going to do. With a few prompting questions he’d let you answer your own.

There was no need for him to explain to you that you weren’t going to go to the police. That Seungkan wouldn’t be reporting this to anyone. That this man was free to do as he liked to Seungkan, because Seungkan had no matter of stopping it.

The first question the police would ask would be why this person had assaulted you.

You haven’t much going for yourself when you blatantly admit that you wronged your drug lord of a boss and he decided to teach you a lesson.

You were a witness to a ghost crime that would never be reported and never be known because it had never happened under anyone’s eyes. No eyes willing to speak of such an act anyway

You were right to not allow the relief to sink in though.

“But I liked Seungkan too, and he’s lying in a pool of his own blood”

His throwaway remark did nothing for your state of mind and all you could was nod. Your legs slowly going numb, you wondered how long he’d be able to keep his uncomfortable stance up. How long more you’d spend with a gun trailed at your head, itching to be fired.

Just as you’d begun to inspect the rings on his fingers to distract yourself from his watchful gaze, he lowered his hand with a shrug of his shoulder, shaking it, to let the stiffness subside.

He didn’t raise his hand again.

Instead you were met with the same presuming gaze and another set of raised eyebrows as he sat at the edge of the now unblocked bath. His eyes screamed a challenge and dared you to act on his unsaid expectations. It was like a chess game as he gleefully said ‘your move’ without speaking.

Rather than have your head blown off, you waited for him to cave. And he did, in the most unexpected way.

“Well go on”

“Jesus Christ do I have to point the gun at you again to tell you to fucking leave?”

It didn’t take you long to react and you, as carefully as your shaking legs and light headed upper half could manage, climb out of the white bath.

There was a certain part of you that wanted to look back at him, as you exited the brightly lit bathroom and hurried past the unconscious bloody Seungkan who lay in the stained carpet face down. There was a certain hair raising moment where you’d paused on the stairs of the apartment complex and thought he’d followed you. But you gave in as you pushed through a hyper couple by the main door and finally looked back to the building. At the little window in the bathroom.

But there was no dark figure to make out, no wave goodbye, no sign at all of what had happened.

And there never would be.

There would be no police report, or any tell tale sirens flush out the house. Nobody would turn wide eyed to the bruised Seungkan Monday morning, because it was natural and more often than not, his state was never free of signs of late night scraps. There would be no sign of the no-named man who you’d decided had no face either now, because none of it happened, nobody had seen a thing.

Nobody, especially not you.

A photo of this weeks upcoming tutorial!

This look is all about precision, tones and blending. And although it may look difficult to replicate, my tutorial will show you that it’s actually very simple!

I’ve chosen eyeshadow finishes that best accentuate and define the shape of the eye.

* Shimmers and metallics help to reflect and bounce light, so putting those finish eyeshadows on the lid will help to make it look bigger.
We know this to be true with light coloured eyeshadows, but even if you are using darker toned shadows, if they are reflective and drawing light to that area then the surface will look bigger.

* Matte finish eyeshadows will help make the area appear flat.
Dark eyeshadows that are matte will help areas look pushed back or sunken.
You maybe familiar with this when you think about how contouring works.
It’s the same with eyeshadows.
If you have mono-lids or hooded eyes, with the use of a dark matte finish eyeshadow you can create the appearance of a false crease - thus making the eyelid look much bigger than it actually is.
Also, matte finish eyeshadows are best for mature lids as shimmer can accentuate wrinkles and lines.
