mom i need the car

Sixteen-year-old Antonia Lopez of Omaha, Nebraska, kept her pregnancy a secret from her friends and family, and is believed to have panicked when she went into early labour on October 1st, 2016. Lopez was asleep in her bedroom when her labour commenced, and after she gave birth to a daughter she did the unthinkable; she threw the newborn out a two-story window.

Earlier that night Lopez had posted on Facebook - “Does anyone have a car? I need some help. My mom can’t know” followed by crying emojis. At some point after posting this she locked herself in her bedroom and gave birth. Some time after throwing her infant daughter out the window Lopez confessed to her mother, who found the baby outside their apartment lying on the grass. Lopez’s mother attempted CPR but it was too late; paramedics pronounced the infant dead.

Antonia Lopez has been charged as an adult for the murder of her daughter, and is said to have been suffering from acute stress when she threw her baby out the window. She is currently awaiting trial.

The teacher was blabbering about his usual lesson, it sometimes felt like it was the same lesson over and over everyday. You sat there, scribbling on the desk with your pencil, you were bored out of your mind, there was absolutely nothing to do. You were always bored as usual, mostly in science class, your least favorite place to be. And the subject wasn’t the reason you hated that class, it was your enemy, Peter Parker. As you were scribbling on the desk you suddenly feel something get shot at your head, and it was sticky.

You turn around, soon seeing a smirking Peter with a straw placed in his hand. You got out the thing in your hair, it a spitball. You were absolutely disgusted that you just touched something that came out of Peter’s mouth. Ew.

“Stop it.” you scowled, turning back around.

A few minutes passed, than another spitball came flying into your hair again.

Dean looked past him into the window to the mechanic’s bay. “Anyone work here that knows classic cars?”

Part two to Always second, Part one can be found here . You all might want to kill me after this……. sorry… I’ll go die in a hole now.

Warnings: Kinda sad, argument, crying, mention of death ( what????), self doubt  and I think that’s it.

Y/N ‘s P.O.V.

I walked into school on Monday, feeling like there was no point being here, no point in going to school if I’m just going to zone out. no point in being in a place when the only person that made you feel like you belonged isn’t around anymore, isn’t there to make you feel safe. I walked up to my locker and put in my combo, and opened the lock, then opened my locker and a piece of paper fell out and on to the ground. I bent down to pick it up and saw it was a letter. I put my stuff in my locker and closed it and walked to the only place that no one knew about, under the stairs in a non busy hallway. I sat down and opened the letter and read it  “ Y/N  I was stupid for what I did and how I treated you it was unfair. I know I hurt you but if you let me I could make it up to you, meet me at Pop’s after school so I can show you that I’ll put you first and show you how much I care. - Jughead “. I looked at the paper and tears started to fall,  I wiped my face and this burst of anger went through me and I got up and went to find the person reasonable for my anger. I walked through the hallway and saw the familiar grey hat and sprinted towards  him grabbed his arm as I walked by and dragged him  outside of the school, I stopped and turned to him and crumpled up the letter and threw it at him and said “  What the hell is this?! You think you can write a damn letter about how sorry you are for how things were and that you want to fix it?! You think you can just say your sorry and everything will be how it was?! Sorry Jug but that’s not how life is.” It felt good to get that off my chest, felt good to yell at him for hurting me. “ Y/N I know  it won’t fix everything but I wanted to show you that I want to fix us, fix what I did, and I know sorry doesn’t cut it but it could get us in the right direction, please Y/N just come to Pop’s after school and you’ll see that I’m going to put you first when you need it, I know I really screwed up the other night I know you needed me-” i cut him off before he could finish “ Your damn right I needed you, my mom was hit by a car Jug! She’s in coma , she could die any day and the only person I could count on was you! And your damn book was more important than helping no fell like I was dying on the inside, not fell like I was alone. But… but you didn’t show, you just forgot and I don’t know if I can forgive you for that.” I wiped my tears away and said “ Jug please just give me space for a little while okay? I just can’t be near you right now, it hurts too much” and with that I walked away from him and started towards my first period class, I couldn’t look at him every time I did it just remind me that maybe I’ll never be able to count on him, on anyone.

Well that didn’t go well did it? sorry it’s short and only from reader pov, but I’m making a part three to this and should be up soon. Literary cried the whole time I wrote this I’m really sorry.

Who's Starburst?

「 OOC. 」

Starburst is an NPC.OC designed after my car irl :3

She’s essentially Elita’s personal secretary ( because tbh she needs one to help keep track of her schedule ), during the war she did much of the same and worked underneath Elita in Intel.

Her alt is a 2014 Ford Fiesta Titanium hatchback, racer red colours! While young, she is a fast learner, brave, and eager to help in any way she can. She’s not the best of shot which is why she worked on base, but give her a console and keypad and she can dig up any information you would ever need, about nearly anything.

I don’t have any art for her yet, but she’s a lot of fun, super energetic and lively and I love her. She is my daughter.

gffollow  asked:

Would you consider it improper interaction to move wild animals away from human harm? For example, every time I need to drive somewhere my mom and I check under the car for wild lizards, and any time we see one of them we shoo them away. We don't try to pick them up, of course, we move carefully to try and get them into the bushes. There is also those videos showing turtles who are trying to walk across the road and people come by to pick it up and put it on the other side.

Nope! As long as you’re doing it safely, know what you’re doing, make it brief, and you’re not at risk of getting hurt. There’s a difference between interacting briefly with an animal for a specific reason (studying a bug, moving a turtle out of the road) and interacting with them simply because you want to. So, y’know, wear gloves and don’t stay to commune with it.

This gets a little more complicated when you’re talking about mammals because they’re more dangerous to people than reptiles and non-raptor birds. In that case, it’s always better to call a professional than try to do it yourself - but it’s not unreasonable to try to change the situation to keep the animal safe while you do, like keeping people from approaching a trapped coyote.

Safety first, at all times.

What boyfriend?

My Valentines Day exchange present for @bethechange1011
I’m sorry I am a horrible person I took so long to post this! This is the first part of this fic and I’ll be posting part 2 in the coming days!!!

“Annabeth, when’s that new boyfriend of yours going to show up?” Mrs. Chase questioned after swallowing her respectable portion of spaghetti.
Annabeth’s fork full of spaghetti froze in mid-air. Jutting out her chin, and widening her eyes, “B-boyfriend?”
“Yeah that one boy you keep on telling us about whenever we ask about your love life?”
Annabeth put down her fork, “Right!” she snapped her fingers multiple times, a nervous tick she had when she was gathering her thoughts. “He’s um, he’s on his way!”
Annabeth kicked herself for the stupid, outright lie, because she didn’t have a boyfriend and hadn’t made any close friends at school besides her female roommate, Piper. “Yes, apparently so.” What was she thinking? She had put herself in a corner.
“Well, when is he going to arrive? It’s almost 7!”
“You know,” Annabeth glanced up with a distressed look on her face and turned and gave the biggest fake smile to her mom and said, “I don’t know. If you’ll excuse me, I’ll go call him right now.”
Panicking, she stepped outside and called Piper. The line ringed three times before her friend picked up the phone.
“Help, my mom wants to meet my fake boyfriend.”
“Just tell her he can’t come tonight.”
“I can’t” Annabeth bit her lip, “I already told her he’s on his way.”
“You what?!”
“Shhh! I know! I’m bad under social pressure, and we can talk about how I need to react better under pressure, well at least from my mom. But right now, I need a boyfriend.”
“What if you called an enterprise car like in that commercial?” Piper giggled.
“Piper! This is no time for jokes. Plus, I already thought about that with an uber but there’s no way of knowing if the driver’s going to be someone who my mom will see through or someone who will go with the charade.”
“Okay, don’t panic. I’m gonna see if Jason can send over one of his friends to be your savior.”
“Keep me posted!”
“I’ll text you, but right now you need to go in and tell your Mom that your BF is stuck in traffic and might not be here for an hour. I need time to find someone, and then also time to convince them, and then time for that person to drive there, and also time for them to learn basic facts about you, so they don’t look like a fake?.” Piper trailed off in thought, “Should I make a quizlet about you?”(ok, that was pretty funny)
“No! Just make sure he knows my name, my mom’s name, my major, and at least one story, made up or real about me.”
“I gotta say, you’re kinda bossy. If you treat your fake BF like this, I’m not sure he’s gonna want to stay around.”
“I kid, I kid,” Piper laughed, and Annabeth could hear her get up and start to look for Jason, “Now go lie to your mom. Wait!! One more thing, you need a pet name..”
“A what?!” Annabeth said trying to be as un-obvious as possible with her panic.
“An affectionate nickname, okay he’s going to call you Wise Girl, and you’re going to call him Seaweed Brain(i’m also triggered that piper gave percy his nickname).”
“Because all of Jason’s friends surf together and it’s really cute.”
“It kinda is,” Annabeth said blushing.
“Annabeth, you haven’t even met the guy yet.”
“Whatever! You’re a lifesaver Pipes, I love you.”
“I love you too! Now, go stall! I’ll text you his name and basic info.”
The line ended, and Annabeth went in to stall her mom.
Piper brushed the hair out of her eyes, and called to Jason in the next room, “JASON!”
Jason came running in, frantic-looking, his hair puffed up like he had stuck his finger in a light socket, “What?! Are you hurt?”
“No,” Piper snickered, “I just needed you to come right away.”
“Be careful, or you’ll end up like the boy who cried wolf.”
“Oh shut up, Annabeth needs to borrow one of your surfer friends to be her fake boyfriend.”
“Just shut up and do it, she walked herself into a corner with her mom, and needs our help.”
“Okay, I think Percy is free tonight,” Jason scratched his head, “Let me text him and see.”
“K cool,” Piper said while attempting to fix Jason’s spiky hair, “Just tell him that I’ll pay him 20 bucks and then give him Annabeth’s number to text her the basic information about him. Also! His nickname is Seaweed Brain, and his nickname for Annabeth was Wise Girl.”
“Wow, you’ve really thought this through.”
“Yeah, you know whatever I can do for Wise Girl,” Piper laughed, “Now hurry!!”
Jason ran and tripped on his two feet on the way out, and Piper giggled.
“Oh my God, you’re so clumsy.”
Jason ran across the co-ed dormitory hall and knocked on door 6789, and a white male with jet black messy hair and sea green eyes opened the door.
“Percy,” Jason said, “I need a favor.”
Percy was shirtless, with a towel wrapped around his waist, and a toothbrush in his mouth, “What?” He gurgled spitting toothpaste on the carpet.
“My, oh my, Percy it’s a good thing you’re cute.”
Percy grinned, and put one finger up, and slammed the door coming back a minute later with sweatpants on.
“How can I be of assistance bro?”
Jason took a deep breath and explained the whole situation to Percy, starting with Annabeth’s slip up.
“Yeah I’ll do it.”
“Yeah, I mean she seems like a nice girl, and I don’t have anything happening tonight, and wouldn’t mind twenty bucks.”
“Great” Jason hopped up, “I’ll text you the address and the details.”
Jason started to walk out the college dorm, “Oh, one more thing!”
“Piper wants you to call her Wise Girl, and Annabeth is going to call you Seaweed Brain.” Jason left the room, almost tripping again on his way out, shutting the door behind him.
“Wise Girl,” Percy muttered under his breath, “I like that.” Blushing, he put on jeans and a button up shirt, grabbed his keys, and went out the door, pulling up the directions Jason gave him.
The text from Jason read,
“Annabeth Chase, architecture major, likes the smell of lemons, hates spiders, and is very intense. She’s dyslexic, and her dad has never been a consistent figure in her life, so don’t bring that up. Her mom is named Athena, yes like the greek goddess, and judges quickly, so your first impression is extremely important. Her address is 9876 Pumpkin Run Lane.” Jason took a deep breath and rambled the last sentence before Percy could change his mind, “Good luck, you should only be there for two hours max, and also the two of you have been dating for about a month.”
Percy ran to his car finding himself somehow looking forward to the date.

“Annabeth, are you sure he’s coming?” Athena asked inquiringly.
“Yes, don’t worry Mom, he’s on his way.”
A silver Prius with two hoof print shaped dents in the hood pulled up to her house.
An about 6 foot tall boy with obsidian hair and an athletic build got out of the car. Double checking her text from Piper, Annabeth said, “Look Mom, Percy is here now.”
Annabeth’s beauty glued Percy to the ground and did a double-take at her spectacular golden curls cascading down her shoulders.
All this happened while the two looked at each other through the glass storm door.
“Well, let him in Annabeth, you can’t just leave him standing there.”
Simultaneously, the pair blushed and smiled. Annabeth opened the door, and let Percy in.
“Hey Seaweed Brain,” Annabeth said trying to sound as not awkward as possible, “this is my mom, Ms. Chase.”
“Hello Mrs. Chase, it’s so great to finally meet you,” Percy said expanding his hand to shake hers.
“Yes,” she said, “you as well.”
Annabeth could feel the awkwardness in the air.
“Well,” she snapped her fingers thinking, “There is still some stromboli left. Would you like some?”
Percy stuck his hands far in his pockets, his nervous tick, “Yes, sure. I’d love some.”

“I’m so sorry I can’t give you a ride, I would of but my mom said that I need to leave my car here"Lydia hugged you.

"It’s totally cool, I’m getting a ride with someone"you nodded.

"Oh right, who?"Lydia asked curiously.
You pointed towards the jeep, Stiles and Scott sat inside dancing.

"Those two?"you questioned your choice.

"Good luck"Lydia sang as she patted your shoulder.

"I’m going to need it"you mumbled as you walked towards the Jeep.

A New Age

A/N:I didn’t want this to be too long so I ended it. But the next part I’m so excited for! Also, I’m working on a Theo smut because Theo Fucking Raekon.

It had been a few weeks since Daylin and Stiles shared that night together. One night. That’s all. After that night nothing was the same for the two of them. Or even the pack, for that matter. In the weeks that followed, a lot happened. It changed the pack, it changed everything. This may seem a bit confusing, but let’s explain.

It all started two weeks, someone was taking the bodies of the failed chimera experiments. Stiles was unwillingly working with Theo to watch out for whoever it was. Theo and the Dread Doctors had stopped working together since that night Stiles and Theo rescued Daylin. It was that night they found out officer Jordan Parrish was some sort of harbinger of death. A hellhound of sorts. The next night, Lydia went missing. She was suppose to meet Daylin at her house to study, but never showed up. Worried, Daylin called Scott.

“Hello?” He answered after a few rings.

“Hey, Scott. You haven’t heard for Lydia have you?”

“No, nothing. Why?” He sounded concerned

“Well we were suppose to study, and I’ve been calling but-”

“Wait, I think she just texted me.” There was a pause and a few faint clicking noises. “Yeah. She said she’s found something in the library.” He informed her.

“Okay, pick me up on your way?” She asked him.

“No. Stiles and Theo are going to try and find Parrish. You keep me updated while I go see what she’s found.”

“But Scott I can help!” Daylin begged.

“Listen Daylin, Stiles and I aren’t exactly on speaking terms right now. I need a mediator. With Malia gone and Liam trying to keep Hayden alive, you’re all that’s left.” She huffed in irritation, but he didn’t leave space for her to protest. “Keep me updated.” He hung up the phone. Everyone treated Daylin like a child since she was last captured. She couldn’t stand it. She knew she could help, she wasn’t entirely sure how, but she was sure she could. She pulled out her phone to text Stiles and ask him what he’d found out. Before she hit the green button, her phone went off. The caller id read Stiles Stilinski.

“Stiles, hey, I was just about to call you. Is everything ok-” she was cut off by the sound of Theo’s voice.

“…the Dark Kitsuné. The beta with anger issues.” There was a wicked tone to his voice, and she had to listen hard because he was muffled slightly. Stiles must have his phone in his pocket, she thought.

“I came for Void Stiles. That’s the pack I want.” He yelled. It only took a moment for Daylin to realize what was happening. The words were all too familiar. She flashed back to the night Theo had kidnapped her. When he tried to convince her to join his pack. She continued to listen to him and Stiles talk.

“…You still have more blood on your hand than any of us.” Theo enticed.

“I’m about to get more.” Stiles threatened.

Theo laughed. “I’ll tell you were your dad is. As long as you promise not to help Scott.” Scott? She thought. What’s he got to do with this? He was at the library with-. She put it together, it was a set up. Daylin hadn’t been able to find Lydia all day, then all the sudden she texts Scott. Lydia and Daylin were best friends. She wouldn’t have ignored her or left her out. Theo planned this, he was up to something. The sound of skin hitting skin broke her concentration. She pressed the phone harder into her ear, trying to listen for who’d hit who. She paced the room waiting, Daylin heard a spitting noise and Theo’s oh-so-familiar cynical laugh. Daylin ran her free hand through her hair, this is what he wanted. He was trying to pull the Void out of Stiles. To make him see his way. To get him into his pack.

“There he is.” Theo shouted triumphantly. “That’s Void Stiles.” Daylin began to shake and she could feel her knees getting weak. It was working, Theo was breaking Stiles down. “Felt good, didn’t it?” He continued. Daylin could hear the smile in his voice. Another punch was thrown followed by a groan from Theo. For what seemed like forever, all she could here was Stiles ferocious breathing and Theo spitting out more blood.

“We won’t tell Scott. ‘Cause you can’t loose your best friend, right?” Daylin could feel her breathing begin to labor. She didn’t know what to think, how could she help. If she was right, all her friends were in danger. Possibly even dead. And she was sitting in her room, like a scared child unable to move. This is why, she thought to herself. This why they treat me like a kid, because I act like one.

“We both know you never needed Scott.” Theo jeered. She heard what sounded like a struggle and Daylin couldn’t stand by anymore. She hung up her phone and ran out of her room.

“Mom! I’m going out. I need the car.” She hollered as she descended down the stairs.

“Alright honey, is everything okay?” Her mother shouted back from an unknown direction.

“Yes. Mom. Keys?” She implored, reaching the bottom of the stairs. “In the key bowl next to door.” She saw them before she heard her mom, grabbed them, and walked out the door. Mrs. Lace said something to her before she left, but Daylin didn’t hear. She got in the car and pulled out her phone. She dialed Stiles number and hit the green button. It rang a few times and went to voicemail. Frazzled, she tried again. It only rang twice this time, and he picked up. It was quiet on the other line.

“Stiles?! Stiles!”

“What?” His tone was cold and distant.

“Where are you? Are you okay?”

“I have to go.” He dismissed her.

“Stiles? Where are you?” She repeated.

“I have to, Daylin. It’s my dad.” His tone was softer but unshaken.

“Have to what?” The phone clicked. He hung up.

“Stiles!” She shouted knowing he was gone. She sat in the car, still in the driveway thinking of what to do. She still had no idea where Lydia was, Stiles was off to find his father, and Scott was…She remembered Scott was in danger. She clumsily tired to put the keys into the ignition. She got them in, turned them, and the car roared to life. She’d just put the car in reverse, when head lights blinded her from behind. They came to a halt. ‘Stiles’. She whispered to herself. Daylin put the car back in park, and shut the engine off. In her rear view mirror, she saw a figure stepping out of a large vehicle. A truck or a jeep. Definitely Stiles. She jumped out and ran to the dark figure, the headlights still blinding her.

“Stiles!” She cried and jumped into his arms, nuzzling her nose into his clothes. She breathed in the boys scent, and than froze. She inhaled again trying to recall the smell. It was masculine with hint of sweetness.

“Not quite, gorgeous.” Theo cooed in her ear. Daylin backed away slowly, but Theo kept her at arms length. After hearing the conversation between him and Stiles. It was triple confirmed, Theo was dangerous.

“Were you expecting Stiles?” He questioned. She had the advantage, Theo didn’t know she’d heard them. Maybe she could get more out of him, as far as she knew, he still had a thing for her. For once she wanted to be the hero.

“No” she lied. “He hasn’t talked to me in a few days, so I just assumed.” This was a bad lie, she knew it.

“Oh, the happy couple off honeymoon island?” She didn’t know if he meant to sound like a complete jackass but he sure wasn’t trying not too.

“We were only there because of that stunt you pulled with Malia.” She sassed back. She had to stay as calm as possible, she knew he’d be listening to her heart.

“Awe. Well we had fun, didn’t we? You couldn’t keep you’re hands off me.” They were both aware this was a lie. But Daylin played along.

“Shut up.” She smiled. “I recall you taking off my shirt.”

“I recall you letting me.” She faked a laugh.

“Maybe we’ll see later.” She winked at him, drawing herself closer.

“I don’t think so.” The rejection threw her.

“W-what?” She fumbled.

“You’re a lot of things Princess, but a liar isn’t one of them.” She gulped hard, and she couldn’t help it. Her heart started to race. “There it is.” He cracked a devilish smile. With one hand he grabbed her forearm sternly, enough that she knew she’d have a bruise, and he began walking her to the passenger side door.

“Now Dayly, you’ll be a good girl won’t you?.” He open the door and threw her into the seat.

“And what makes you think I’ll help you?” She snapped as he was about to shut the door.

“Charm. Good looks. You pick.” He slammed door on her.

It was quiet as they headed out of her neighborhood. Her heart was beating hard and Theo had a twisted smile on his face.

“This is funny?” She spat gesturing around. He didn’t answer her.

“I won’t help you.” He scoffed at her.

“Theo!” She yelled hitting her hand against the dashboard as hard as she could. His expression turned serious and glanced over her. Daylin narrowed her eyes at him. He shook his head and smiled, turning his focus back to the road.

“You see gorgeous, you keep saying a lot of I won'ts and you can'ts. But the truth is, I can and you will.”

“You’ve tired these head game before Theo, why would they work now?”

“They were never head games. I’ve only ever told you the truth. You know that. You know you don’t belong with Scott’s pack.” He made a left turn and then a right. Something slid around in the back seat hitting with a loud thud. It was too dark for Daylin to see what and Theo continued. “I can help you Daylin. When have they ever helped you? Really? And whose good was for? There’s not yours.” He made another turn and she could her the tires driving on a different tread. She looked out the windshield and saw a sign hanging by to chains on each side.

Beacon Hills Preserves
Closed after sunset

He stopped the car and put it in park. “You trusted me once. You can again.” He said setting his hand on hers. Daylin moved it instinctively.

“I never trusted you.” She swore.

Theo chuckled. “We know that’s not true, gorgeous. You trusted me when I saved you from the doctors. What about when I drove you to see your brother? Remember what I said to you that day you asked?” Daylin turned over her mind trying to bring back the memory.

“You said you wanted a kiss…” She recalled.

“And…” He coaxed.

“And when I went to give you one, you stopped me and you said I’d ask you for one eventually.”

Theo nodded his smirk apparent even in the dim light. “And you did. You trusted me enough to kiss me” She understood his words but they weren’t making sense. “Give me a chance to show you, gorgeous.” His tone was sweet and alluring. For a brief second, she was mesmerized by him. But she shook it off.

“Screw you, Theo.” She hissed at him.

“Welp, there’s always plan B.” He said surprisingly calm.

“What’s plan B…” A sharp pain in her upper arm distracted her from her words. She snapped her head to look and saw a large mechanism stuck in her arm. Much like the one used by the dread doctors. Daylin’s vision blurred in and out. He’d given her some kind of sedative. She only remembered bits and pieces. Theo kissing her forehead before getting out of the truck. Darkness. His head lines illuminated two figures walking towards the perseveres. Him and a red hair girl. Darkness. The faint binging sound of his truck, indicating doors were open. Darkness.

The sun woke her from unconsciousness. It was peering in through curtains that were poorly drawn. Daylin slowly opened her eyes, adjusting them to the morning. When she could fully open them, she looked around at her surroundings try figure out where she was. She was on a bed that was still made, but someone had covered her up with a knitted quilt. She brought it to her nose and took it in. Theo. It smelled just like him, she remembered the room now. The night she’d sought refuge in it, she was distraught by her fake cheating incident with her then boyfriend. Daylin scooted to the edge of the bed, and got off. The wooden floor creaking underneath her weight. She walked to the door opening it as silently as possible. She peeked her head out in to the corridor to insure the cost was clear. There was no sounds, so she tiptoed downstairs.

“Going somewhere?” A low raspy called to her when she hit the last step. She turned looking back up the steps, to see Stiles. He head was cocked slightly to the right and he had a trace of a smile on his lips.

“Stiles.” She said relieved. “We got to go. This is Theo’s house.”

“Oh, he knows.” Theo’s seductive tone sang behind her. Daylin spun around to face him. Daylin furrowed her brow looking back and froth to the two boys.

“Let’s have a chat.” Theo insisted.

Got a few awards from school?? So that was neat. Went to a banquet and everything. Aside from parents constant bickering it was quite nice.

I also mentioned offhandedly to my mom that I needed to start looking for a car and she kind of unleashed a wave of Bitch Rant at me for 20 minutes. Thanks for the support as usual, mom.

He was back. After five years of being away, he had finally come back to Konoha. And he was sitting in her kitchen.

“Inojin?!” Sarada gapes in surprise as she stares at the scene in her kitchen. Sakura turns around as she places a bowl of miso soup down on the table in front of Inojin. “Sarada, you’re home! Guess what, the Yamanakas have returned to Konoha.”

Inojin glances up from the bowl of rice in his hands as he grins and waves his spoon in the air. “Morning princess!”

“Don’t call me that,” she exclaims at him as she hurries to run her fingers through her hair to comb through any tangles in it. She sits down in the seat across from Inojin as she eyes him from her bowl of rice. His hair had grown out slightly longer than the last time she saw him. Of course, the last time she saw him was many years ago. He still kept his hair in a ponytail though.

“You act like you were just here yesterday,” she remarks as she spoons a bit of soup.

“I was here just yesterday. You were gone but I came over because your mom makes the best fish.”

anonymous asked:

Why have you been kicked out?:(

because apparently I’m not allowed to be upset that my mom just broke my car, a thing i need in order to get to my job which i cannot miss, so she instead of sympathizing with my emotions decided to kick me out and feel sorry for herself cause she doesn’t care about anyone else other than herself.

{Daughter of Hades.}

“Why?” I looked at my mom. “Some kind of punishment, I swear I didn’t murder anyone. I know I dress like a reject and things, but I’m a good-” “(Y/N), this isn’t punishment. I know what kind of kid you are, you’re sweet, trustworthy, determined, independent, but you don’t know somethings about yourself. This camp will help you.” I groaned and stuffed my bags into the trunk. “Is this about my dad?” I opened the passenger door. “Yeah, you need to know.” My mom climbed into the car. I joined her and nodded, “I know nothing about him, other than that he left me.” She looked down at the steering wheel before starting up the ignition, “I shouldn’t be the one to tell you, wait until we get to the camp before anymore questions.” she pulled out. I looked down at myself. Worn out black Vans, grey skinny jeans, black Iron Maiden shirt, covered by a black leather jacket that I love so much. My middle finger possessed one skull ring. The only thing that my dad left besides me. My arm was covered in washed off writing of quotes and bracelets I have managed to collect over the years. Looking at my appearance never matched my personality. I blocked off nearly everyone in my life other than my mother. I was home schooled, so it helped with my anti-social and dyslexia.

“This is a forest mom.” I laughed. “Just get out of the car.” she opened the door. I groaned and walked to the truck. I tossed my hunter’s bag over my shoulder and followed her into the woods. “What is this?” I looked at the entrance. It looked like a set to a Roman action movie. “You have to go in without me, I’m not like you.” mom said as if she were ashamed. “I understand.” I didn’t actually, but I knew mom would like it. I looked up at the sign, “You’re not dyslexic, your eyes are used to Greek words.” my mom explained. I rubbed my eyes and walked in, “I’ll see what happens from now on.” I smiled at her before turning to face the camp. Greek? Am I part Greek? I rolled my eyes and walked in. The sounds of metal clanging together and orders being shouted at campers. I gripped my bag and walked towards the crowd. “New kid!” a girl shouted being followed by laughter. “She looks like a Ares!” another commented. Ares? Greek? Is this a camp where we learn about fucking Greek gods? “Michael! Look!” a boy shouted. I ducked my head and tried my hardest to find an office. A horse clopped up to me. I looked up, nearly stepped back of the surprise, “Y-you’re a- you’re a…” “Centaur? yeah, I am.” he smiled, “The question is, who are you?” I stepped back, “Is this a joke? That’s a costume. This isn’t real.” I looked around. “C'mon, I have to explain a lot to you obviously.” he laughed.

“So my dad is a Greek god?” I ran my fingers through my hair. He nodded, “I’ll assign you to the Zeus cabin, it’s empty. But when your father claims you, you’ll be moved there immediately so don’t get comfortable.” he started walking out of the building. “The Zeus cabin. The biggest of them all, it’s a shame he never had any kids that had appeared here.” he said walking in. I looked around, “Thank you, I just hope I get to stay in this-” “You’re claimed.” he said staring above me. I looked up to see a skull hovering over my head, “Ares?” I guessed, not knowing a bunch about Greek gods. “No, Hades.” he said bluntly. He rushed me out of the cabin, “Michael Clifford?” he shouted. A guy walked up to us. Fringed, spiked colored hair and an smirk plastered on his lips, “Hey.” he breathed out. “I’m (Y/N).” I stuck my hand out. He smiled wider and shook my hand, “Michael.” “Well, it’s getting late. Dinner is about to start. Would you mind showing your sister to her cabin?” the centaur smiled before walking off. Michael tossed his arm around my shoulders and walked two cabins over, “Hey, Mikey.” A guy with a bandanna wrapped around his head walked past us. “Who’s that?” I said after he walked away. “Ashton, Poseidon’s son. I don’t want you getting hurt, drowned specifically, so stay away from him.”

I’ve lived here all my life and have seen the same people in and out. A few coming in for the summer and a lot leave during the school year. Never met a new kid that actually liked me. It was probably because I never talked. Woah, the daughter of the goddess of wisdom never spoke a word other than her stupid friend Calum? “(Y/N)? Wake up.” Calum snapped his fingers in front of my open eyes. “Sorry.” I picked my head up. “You barely touched your food.” he took a couple of fries. “Eat your own food.” I smiled lightly smacking his hand away from my plate. He leaned in closer to me, “Son of Hermes, god of thieves. Remember?” he winked leaning back. “Also the god of agility.” I jerked my thumb to the track. “I can’t even tie my shoes.” he laughed. I smiled and pushed my plate towards him, “Well my little thief, take all you want.” He smiled and began indulging my food.

“Wake up.” he poked me with a stick. “Oh Athena, Athena. Where art thou Athena?” he laughed through my window. I placed my hand on his face, “She’s about to get in trouble if you don’t shut it.” I laughed swinging my legs over the window. He grabbed my waist and hoisted me through. “Thanks.” I breathed out as I touched the ground. “Ready?” he held up two sandwiches in one hand and an empty hand as an invitation to our nightly walks. I took his hand along with one of the sandwiches. He squeezed my hand signalling that this is the spot that he wanted to lay at tonight. I laid down with his arm wrapped around me and his chest softly rising and falling. “It’s a prison in here.” Calum breathed out. “At least you have your mom,” I laughed. “I know. I know, I only heard your story five million times. Your mom never visits you and your dad left you here when you were born as if this were an open orphanage.” I poked his nose, “Now you have heard it five million and one times."

{Daughter of Tyche}

”(Y/N)?“ Levi, my little half brother looked over at me in the car. "Yeah?” I turned to look at him. “Will you be gone all summer?” he said tugging at his shirt. “I’ll be back before you know it.” I tried to lighten his hopes. Levi didn’t know about Tyche since she wasn’t his problem. He didn’t know about my talents nor Camp Half-blood that I attended every summer. His mom didn’t know about it either, they were completely clueless and I’m one of the lucky ones that don’t get water spouting from my palms. I’ve been told to be a lawyer or a therapist multiple times by humans and I couldn’t disagree more to such a stupid statement. “Here we are, Levi say bye to (Y/N).” my dad smiled at both of us. Levi threw his arms around my waist and mumbled a goodbye into my shirt. I laughed and ran my fingers through his hair, “Bye, I’ll send letters.” I waved and walked out. The trees seemed more spaced, as if they were all expected the arrivals for the summer.

I heard the kids laugh and metal sword clanging against the armor. “(Y/N)!” Luke, the son of Apollo, stood up. His guitar hanging from its strap around his neck. “Hey Luke. What’s new?” I wrapped a hug around him. “New kids, of course. They need you in the day care ASAP.” he laughed jerking his thumb towards my replacement. Kids clung to her, hurriedly climbing up her body. I held back a laugh and nodded, “Wanna help me unpack?” I handed him one of my two suitcases. “Don’t I every year?” He began walking to the Tyche cabin. I swung open the door and nothing was touched. Just how I left it before. “I tried to keep it clean while you were gone. It must be pretty cool to be the only Tyche child.” He sat on my bunk, “You know, a cabin all to yourself?” I shook my head and unzipped my suitcase, “That also means eating alone.” I took a handful of hangers out of the closet. “Oh yeah, they changed around some rules. You’re going to have eating hours with the Hades kids. There’s this guy that I’ve been hanging with, Michael. He’s pretty rad.” he picked at a few guitar strings before closing his eyes. “Michael?” I whispered under my breath.

“(Y/N), we missed you!” Clair yelled leaping into my arms. “Hey.” I laughed. The kids tugged at my shirt saying their greetings and new skills they learned. “Thank you.” the girl grabbed her purse, “Good luck with these kids.” she rushed out of the training room. “You guys didn’t keep your promise.” I placed my hands on my hips. “She’s not nice like you are.” Nick whispered. Clair whispered in my ear, “She’s an Ares child.” she giggled. “They aren’t fun are they.” I set her down. “Well, shall we get ready for dinner?” I took Kyle’s helmet off. They cheered all at once and marched wildly out the doors. “Daughter of Tyche, thought I’d ought to give you a warm welcome back.” A boy with slightly spikes hair and an adorable face smiled at me. “Son of Hades.” I set the helmet onto the bleacher. “May I have the pleasure to walk you to lunch?” he said with a smirk. “I’m okay, I’ll see you at dinner, charmer.” I laughed walking passed him.

Ares cabin was known for their vomit stained parties, which is one of the main reasons I stayed away from them. Nicole tugged my wrist, “You have to come, it won’t be a party without the daughter of the god of wine.” she winked at me. I rolled my eyes, “I don’t drink.” She sighed, “There’s going to be live music by one of the Apollo kids and all, just come and…well….live.” she smiled I groaned and pulled out my bag, “I’m leaving once the band stops playing.” She handed me some clothes and walked out with my bag. I sighed and dressed into the outfit Nicole prepared for me. A white tee with the sleeves poorly cut off, navy blue leggings, leather jacket, and Vans. I slipped out of the cabin. I ducked my head down and avoided any eye contact with anyone I didn’t know. Nicole jumped on my back, “About time you escape that cabin.” she laughed jangling the bag in front of my face.I snatched the back, “C'mon, let’s get this over with.” I opened the Ares cabin. Flashing lights, high volume music, the lingering smell of liquor, and croptopped, skinny jeaned, high heeled girls rubbing against loose white teed, tight blue jeans, combat booted boys. I rubbed my eyes, “I don’t wanna be here.” Nicole groaned and pulled me deeper into the party. “This is the thing about Ares’ parties, you have to find the right part of the cabin.”

I followed her to where the music got quieter and the putrid smell lessened. “Apollo’s part. You’re part basically.” she shrugged pointed to the stage. “They’re about to perform, I’ll go get us some drinks.” she winked and walked off. I stared at the four boys rushing around to get the cords plugged in. Nicole laughed, “You wanna go help them?” she smiled handing me some punch. “I don’t want to interfere.” She sighed, “You know more about cords than they look like they do.” she nudged me to the stage, “Hey, fellas.” the boys looked at her, “(Y/N) thinks you need help.” she pointed to me and nudged me once more onto the stage. “Thanks.” the one with drumsticks breathed out handing me a cord. I looked back at Nicole. She raised her cup and smiled, “Go for it.” I looked around and couldn’t believe I was doing this. My mom owned a music shop, I would help the little kids plug in cords and everything when they picked out a guitar or something. I quickly matched the cords into the rightful sockets and held up a small thumbs up to the bassist. He waved me a thank you and walked up to the left microphone. “Test.” he spoke softly. “Testing.” The blonde, obviously one of Apollo’s children, whispered to the microphone. I’ll have to admit, he sure received the traits of manly beauty. I walked off the stage gathering next to Nicole and a few others. “That’s Luke, Calum, Michael, and Ashton. Luke, Apollo. Calum, Hermes, Michael, Hades, and Ashton, Poseidon.” she pointed to them individually as she introduced me.
