modified guy

So just to be clear–GMO is a genetically modified organism. Do you guys even realize what GMO’s are every single piece of corn you have is a GMO since you’re not eating maize. Same w a shitton of wheat, like this one guy Norman Borlaug won a Nobel Prize bc he saved millions of Mexican, Indian, and Pakistsni lives by cultivating a strain of wheat that greatly increased production. Like any of L Corp’s forrays into anything to do with plants would thus conclude in a GMO. GMOs can also be flowers, trees, vegetables, fruits, etc.

Organic is a different matter but do you really think the actual person who’s probably the one engineering several GMO’s would be anti GMO Sure she’d probably be healthy. But like. Lmao lena’s an engineer people who are anti GMO probably drive her nUTS. Also may I remind you that Kara is technically a GMO if you think Lena wouldn’t eat her you’re dead wrong

Viktor's Curry Rice

Ok this is what I’m going to be eating for the next few days… It’s an easy, cheap recipe and requires very little skill– like if you have a genetic slave child, you can make them do it.

  • Sauce pan with lid (or rice maker)
  • Wooden spatula or spoon
  • Knife
  • Measuring cup (or like a coffee mug or some shit)
  • Pot big enough to at least hold 2 litres of water

  • Cooking oil (sunflower is best)
  • Rice (jasmine or medium grain)
  • 2 onions
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 large potato or 2 small-medium potatoes
  • Curry block
  • Water
  • Meat or tofu (optional)

  1. Clean and peel potato, carrot, and onions and chop them up into bite-sized chunks, nothing too small – if you’re putting effort into it, you’re doing it wrong
  2. In your pot, put some oil to coat
  3. a. If you are adding tofu, chop tofu into bite-sized chunks and add to the pot
    b. Fry until golden brown and remove from pot and put to the side
    c. Add more oil if needed to the pot
  4. Set to med-high heat and wait until hot (or oil is smoking……)
  5. Add in onions and fry until very slightest hint of brown (3-5 min)
  6. Add in carrot chunks and cook 3-5 minutes
  7. Add in potato chunks and cook for 5 minutes
  8. a. If you are adding meat, chop meat into bite-sized chunks and add to the pot
    b. Cook until meat is not pink
    c. Go to step 10
  9. Cook for another 5-10 minutes on medium heat or until onions are definitely well fried. Burned shit doesn’t taste good. Also don’t worry about the potatoes and carrots still being hard
  10. Add 750ml of water (2,5 cups) to the pot and bring to a boil for 5 minutes
  11. Skim off any foam (only do this once and you don’t need to be precise)
  12. Bring the heat down (medium-low) and simmer for 15 minutes
  13. a. At this time, either add 375ml of rice (1,5 cups) and the recommended amount of water to the rice maker (a machine invented by a profit of the lord), or to a medium sauce pan
    b. If using a pan, bring rice to a quick boil, then cover with lid and simmer on medium heat for 20-25 minutes (about the time it takes to reach end of step 16)
  14. Remove pot from heat and let cool for ~2 minutes… it shouldn’t be simmering
  15. Add curry block(s) and stir until fully dissolved
  16. Add pot back to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until rice is done, stirring occasionally. It should get thick. If you are adding tofu, add it in at this stage.
  17. Rice and curry should be done. Plate with a bed of rice and add the curry
  18. Enjoy!

Total time with prep should be about an hour, with tofu a little longer, but not by much. Yields between 2-4 servings depending on the portion you prefer.

This is basic bare-bones recipe, feel free to add your own ingredients; it’s curry, pretty hard to mess it up once you know the basic framework. If you can’t find curry blocks, you may have to make curry from scratch, but that’s a pain and I recommend you find to the local Chinatown/Koreatown in your area and shop there – get yourself some culture and quality rice and curry blocks. And don’t tell me you can’t find asian supplies in your area– if the Soviet Union could supply Siberian towns with pineapple in the dead of winter, you can find curry blocks in you area.

A while ago I watched ChuggaConroy play Xenoblade Chronicles and I got curious about the characters designs and decided to check the official art. It’s pretty unique, yep! So, I decided to doodle them, genderswap the guys, modify the outfits a little to be less ridiculous at times…

also Bunny Rei from Evangelion and from Tera a Castanic… I’m not sure why I doodled them
