A loft apartment and studio in Berlin

Designed by Annabelle Kutucu, the loft is characterized by industrial elements -that are preserved from the original architecture of the building-, combined with classic features, such as Herringbone flooring, and modern and vintage pieces. Neutral tones are juxtaposed against black accents creating a harmonious contrast.

London Calling: the house of Jo et Graham Atkins-Hughes

Jo, a fashion stylist, and her husband Graham, an interiors and fashion photographer, live in a Victorian terraced house in East London that is a popular location for film and fashion shoots. They have restored classic elements of their celebrated old house and decorated it in dark, and furnished almost with vintage finds, making it pretty eclectic and stylish. “Rather than feeling dark and overwhelming, the deeper tones have a calming and relaxing effect” they say “and they work well with the colored accents of the furnishing”.
