It is so easy to get caught up in the stress of everyday life, we often begin to worry about every little thing with school and work and friends, while ignoring the health, happiness and well-being of the most important person in our lives; ourselves! In 2015 let’s stop the romanticising self-hate and start romanticising self-love. It’s difficult to get into the habit of loving yourself, but once you do it’s incredibly rewarding.
