then there’s the school of thought that says the family you’re born into is simply a starting point. they feed you and clothe you and take care of you until you’re ready to go into the world and find your tribe.
the fantasy is simple. pleasure is good, and twice as much pleasure is better. that pain is bad, and no pain is better. but the reality is different. the reality is that pain is there to tell us something, and there’s only so much pleasure we can take without getting a stomach ache. and maybe that’s okay. maybe some fantasies are only supposed to live in our dreams.
Who do you think you miss the most out of Addison, Burke, Sloane, Izzie, George, Lexie or Teddy?
I’d say George, Lexie and Mark. George was just awesome, I loved his character. I miss the quirky sort of awkwardness that Lexie brought to the show. I think the show needs more of that, honestly! And Mark… Well, who doesn’t love an attractive man who plays the “player” role, though we all knew had it in him to fall in love like he did with Lexie. I really wanted to see their relationship develop. It was for me, one of the most disappointing & sad ends to a story line in a long time. Damn Shonda!!
