Si Grace Poe ung nakaupo sa gitna ng jeep na naka Proud to be pinoy na t-shirt, may dalang bayong galing baguio at naka shoes ng made in marikina pero napapa “Im just 2 blocks away from here, how much is the fare?!”

Philippines President Compares Himself To Hitler, Says He'd "Be Happy To Slaughter" 3 Million Drug Users
President Rodrigo Duterte likened his anti-drug campaign that has left more than 3,000 people dead to Nazi Germany under Adolf Hitler, who killed millions of Jews.
By Michelle Broder Van Dyke

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte told reporters in Davao City on Friday that he would “be happy to slaughter” 3 million drug users, like Adolf Hitler had murdered about 6 million Jews.

The 71-year-old leader said he had been “portrayed to be some cousin of Hitler” by critics, Reuters reported. “There are 3 million drug addicts (in the Philippines). I’d be happy to slaughter them.”

“If Germany had Hitler, the Philippines would have…” he said, pointing to himself, according to Reuters.

“You know my victims. I would like (them) to be all criminals to finish the problem of my country and save the next generation from perdition.”

And once again, our national embarrassment makes it to the world’s headlines and it’s for making antisemitic comments. Comparing drug offenders with the Holocaust victims? That’s just very awful.

Mind you, if only it was possible, we’d ask for Duterte (along with De Lima) to be taken away from us (doesn’t matter if it’s a natural death, a disease or a “CIA assassination” that causes it) and for Miriam Santiago to be returned to us. This country doesn’t deserve a piece of trash like Duterte.

I don’t know what to say. One of the best Presidential candidate in the history of Philippines, losing the fight. And take note, there are more people believed and voted for the two of the most corrupt Presidential candidate. It’s a disgrace. I’m still upset seeing her on the last spot. Truly, Miriam will be the best thing we never had. She gave everything for our country but still, it wasn’t enough. She’s a woman with the greatest achievements, but most of the people see her as a woman with a cancer. You’ve done so much for our country. And you will always be the BEST president we never had, Miriam Defensor Santiago.

US refuses to hand over marine accused of killing transgender Filipino

The United States embassy in Manila has turned down a request from Philippine authorities to hand over a marine accused of the killing of a transgender Filipino, a move that could spark anti-American protest in the former US colony.

The marine, Joseph Scott Pemberton, who is being held at a US facility at the main Philippine army base, was charged with the murder of Jeffrey Laude, known as Jennifer, who was found dead on 11 October in a hotel in Olongapo City, north-west of the capital.

“The United States will retain custody of Pemberton as provided by the United States-Philippine Visiting Forces Agreement (VFA),” the embassy said in a statement on Wednesday.

“The United States has the right to retain custody of a suspect from the commission of the alleged offense until completion of all judicial proceedings.”

Manila and Washington signed the Visiting Forces Agreement in 1998, to allow US forces to hold military drills in the Philippines to test the readiness of the allies, and the pact sets legal rules on how to treat erring servicemen.

The Philippines formally sought custody of Pemberton in a letter from the foreign ministry to the US embassy after his arrest was ordered by the Olongapo City trial court on Monday.

“There was a warrant of arrest issued by the court,” the presidential spokesman, Edwin Lacierda, told reporters in the Philippine capital. “We have to enforce the warrant.”

In a statement, the foreign ministry said, “In accordance with the Visiting Forces Agreement, we look forward to the full cooperation of the US government in ensuring that justice is secured for Jeffrey Laude.”

Anti-US activists urged the government to terminate its pact with Washington after failing to enforce its sovereignty.

“The US embassy refusal to turn over Pemberton is an insult to our nation and our people,” said Renato Reyes, leader of the leftwing Nation movement, vowing to hold a protest outside the US embassy. “The Aquino government must terminate the VFA.”

The justice secretary, Leila de Lima, and Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago said the American authorities should hand over the US marine and transfer him from detention in a US facility to a Philippine jail.

The 2016 Presidential Candidates and the Provinces they’re closely associated With (whether the issues are good or bad, as long as they’re usually most known for it with etc.)

-it may be the place where they have great ‘almost permanent’ influence or may be born in etc. yeh-

(( As for Sen. Grace Poe, it’s stated that she was found in Jaro, Iloilo. But since she’s a foundling and her roots are still not as clear or are pretty vague for the mean time, we cannot provide a most closely associated province for her ;;;;; And althought the SC has removed the thing about her citizenship, that question still remains officially unanswered and as such, well, there’s no final say with regards to it, if you check the Philippine Constitution, it’s gonna be really really difficult to discern and stuff. So. Yeah. Though, if you do have official information on where her roots ultimately come from, that would be great! Though, just make sure your sources are ultimately reliable, and not sabi-sabi, okay? Okay. ;w;b ))

(( Also, it’s not just the US having their elections and presidential candidates and etc. The Philippines is having a thrilling time with it too ahahahah ))

So, for everyone who doesn’t know, I’m from the Philippines and today we held our National and Local elections. For others to get what my point is, let’s imagine this as an Obama vs Trump election.

We have a presidential candidate who is similarly alike with Trump. He’s so full of himself and as much as being a Filipino, we give imperative importance for our morals and values but it seems this guy doesn’t have it. He’s brave to criticize others and even might provoke war in our nation. Maybe he could implement MARTIAL LAW again. He is not what I want to be representing the Philippines and our people in other countries.

In the other side of the battle field, there’s this woman-Obama. She has run for the presidency for the third time but still, the people underrate her worth. She is impeccably intelligent and worth the position but I and other supporters of hers cannot and will not ever understand why other Filipinos didn’t vote for her. She is overly qualified for the position and I cannot imagine other people taking the position any better than her. This is something that we’ve been pushing as our principle the whole election season and I am very sad to see it go to waste.

Please help me pray for the Philippines and for our people. We had our chance and that was Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago but once again, the Filipino people have failed her. This is a sad time for us and possibly the most shameful moment in our country’s history. God bless the Philippines!

Lesson in Marketing by Senator Miriam Santiago
