To those saying that removing Confederate monuments is erasing history, no it’s not. The minuments aren’t being destroyed, most are being sent to museums or somewhere else to be preserved. They’re removing them from parks and such because that shows that we still honor a time that encouraged slavery and oppression. A time that should be long over. By sending these to museums, it is being added to a place where history loes and will be a reminder of what we once were and to make sure we don’t again. But there is no reason to keep them out in the public, it only reminds us of a time of hatred.
Little rabbits inside various chocolates. Painted these in acrylic on 2" poly clay surfaces for the Minumentals show at the Art Academy of Cincinnati. I put a glossy coat over each and I was really pleased how much that added to the candy look of these! (:
