Is that Natalie Tena, the actress who played our beloved Nymphadora Tonks in the HP verse and Osha in GOT?    – Yes, it is

Is that the bastard Ramsey Snow actor Iwan Rheon, on the right looking not totally evil?      – Yes, it is

Is this a new series on a digital format which many people can access and watch at their own pace?     –Yes, it is.

New Horror/ mystery mini series, Residue, is now on Netflix!

Other people might not watch these shows as much as I do, so they probably won’t know what I’m talking about, but…

I like shows like Kitchen Nightmares, Restaurant Impossible and Save My Bakery. It’s nice that they renovate the restaurants and bakeries, give expert advice to the owners, clean them, but I think being on shows strips these places of their individuality. All these places end up being mini Gordon Ramsay, Robert Irvine, and Kerry Vincent establishments all over the country. I realize that these places have their problems, but (other than fresh over frozen) the hosts of the show come in and redesign the food in these places according to what their own opinions and likes. They create their own menus and dishes for these places, show the owners how they did it and tell them to follow the recipe exactly as they did it. It’s great that these places usually grow successful because their food is from talented chefs and bakers, but (not thinking about the money), can someone who loves cooking be happy simply copying someone else’s plan?
