Imagine Harry waking up late next to Louis . He realizes he has a meet up with a fan and starts looking for clothes to wear [after taking a shower]. Since he was still in a daze, he wanders off in Louis closet and pulls out one of his own shirts and pants.
H: where’s my Gucci boots Lou ?
L: what a coincidence, there gone. Why don’t you wear those size 8 vans in the bottom left near corner that’s weirdly next to mine
H: how did you-
L: just wear the vans Hazza
H: fine. But if the fans start to become fishy about us then I’m singing your part in story of my life next concert-
Request: A Jay x reader where Jay just wants to protect the reader from everything because she is kinda sad because her mom is mother gothel and she just wants to be like Repunzel.
Warnings: Slight swearing, mentions of neglect, implied self-hatred
A/N: I wasn’t quite sure what you meant by ‘wants to be like Rapunzel’ so I just took that as she wants to be Rapunzel herself in a way, so I’m sorry if you meant something else! And I’m having this take place when Jay is still on the Isle so there’s kind of that ‘mother always compares me to her’ thing.
Sitting in my room at my vanity, I glared at the reflection I looked at. I didn’t hate myself, I more-so hated who I wasn’t. I wasn’t Rapunzel. And mother found the desire to remind me of that every day.
Brushing my long [H/C] hair out, I sighed and set my brush down as I thought of the song mother sang to me growing up, the lullaby she also sang to Rapunzel and later had her sing to mother.
Flower, gleam and glow. Let your power shine.
Make the clock reverse, bring back what once was mine
Heal what has been hurt, change the fates design
Save what has been lost, bring back what once was mine
What once was mine.
The song remained in my head all the time. Growing up, mother would make me sing that stupid song to her all the time in hopes of me somehow having magic hair like Rapunzel. Once that hope had vanished, well, all care my mother held for me went away pretty damn quick.
I became little more than a slave that called her mother. I was there to cook and clean and just do things that mother didn’t want to do.
I shook my head and stood up, leaving my room and heading down the steps to the living room where my mother sat doing some sewing. “[Y/N], there you are. Go get some ingredients to make hazelnut soup.” Mother said, then she groaned when I made a face subconsciously. I hated hazelnut soup. “No, on second thought, don’t. Go get ingredients for anything else, I don’t care. You don’t like hazelnut soup…it was Rapunzel’s favorite, she would eat almost anything I fixed. You are so picky. Fix whatever you want for supper. Hell, I don’t care if you starve just don’t come complaining to me.” She said, shaking her head and turning back to sewing.
“Yes, mother,” I said, frowning and walking out of the house and down to the market, kicking some rocks as I bit my lip.
I wasn’t Rapunzel, yet I was always compared to her. Hell, I’ve never even met Rapunzel and yet here I am always compared to her. And I hated her for that.
“[Y/N]!” A familiar voice called out to me, so I turned around and saw Jay running up towards me, and I gave a small smile. Jay and I have been best friends for awhile now, and he was constantly helping me out with my mother. I.E., he got me out of the house whenever mother and I argued. Which was all of the time.
“Hey, Jay,” I said, giving a small smile as I pulled my hair back into a ponytail, waiting for him to catch up to me. “What are you doing?” I asked him once he made it to my side, me folding my hands together in front of me.
“Oh you know, on some runs for my dad. Can I come with you? What are you doing?” Jay asked me, brushing his hand through his long hair to get it out of his face, and I handed him a hair tie to help him out some.
“Sure, you know I’m always happy for some company, and I’m just heading to the market to get some things for supper,” I said, smiling at him and beginning to head toward the market. I figured I’d get some ingredients for that stupid hazelnut soup so mother didn’t have to complain about me hating it.
On our way to the market, Jay and I just talked about nothing and everything, and it was nice to finally get my train of thought away from that stupid Rapunzel. “Is everything okay?” Jay asked suddenly, looking at me with concern.
“You look like something’s wrong…what’s going on? Is it your mom again? Is she comparing you to Rapunzel?” Jay asked me, to which I gave a sigh and kept quiet for a little while, kicking a rock before going into one of the shops to get some ingredients.
“Yeah…but that’s nothing new. I just wish I could be Rapunzel, Jay. Rapunzel was basically the perfect child up until meeting that good for nothing Flynn Rider. Maybe if I was Rapunzel then maybe mother would actually care about me…” I said, biting my lip because I knew if I wasn’t careful I’d start to cry, and I couldn’t have that.
Jay frowned and looked at me, putting an arm around me and pulling me to him in a hug, rubbing my back. “[Y/N], you are so much better than Rapunzel-” He began to say, to which I shoved him off.
“How? Jay, my mother can’t stand me! I can’t do anything right in her eyes! I don’t like hazelnut soup, I don’t clean the house like Rapunzel did or as fast, I can’t cook worth a shit, and I don’t have the magic hair! I’m constantly sneaking out of the house! Rapunzel was the perfect child, she could cook and clean and she never rebelled and she was just better.” I said, finally breaking down and starting to sob, and Jay grabbed me and pulled me into his chest, stroking my long [H/C] hair.
“[Y/N], you are so much better than Rapunzel! I hate to say it, but Rapunzel was completely brainwashed…you know that your mother is nothing more than a villain. You’re the daughter of a villain, of course, you’re not going to be anything like Rapunzel. You were raised completely by the villain side of your mother…Rapunzel got the loving side of her.” Jay said, kissing my head and I felt a small droplet hit the top of my head. Was he crying?
“You can’t constantly compare yourself to her, because you aren’t her…you are [Y/N] Gothel. And personally, I think you are so much better than Rapunzel. You’re rebellious and you have your own way of doing things. You don’t bend over backward for people who don’t deserve it, but you’re loyal to those who do. You are amazing…I just wish you could see it.” He said softly, and I pulled away to look at him, a tear streaming down his face like I was sure mine had plenty of them. I probably looked ridiculous.
“…Do you really mean that?” I asked him after some hesitation.
Jay nodded, placing his hand on my cheek and wiping my tears away with his thumb. “I do… [Y/N], you are wonderful and beautiful…I just wish I could protect you from getting hurt like this…I really do.” Jay said gently, leaning down to kiss my forehead, but I last minute stood on my tip toes so it was our lips that connected.
“I think you’re doing a good job,” I whispered when he pulled back.
@umpeters: Can you please do a Carlos de vil imagine?? Where the reader is a daughter of rapunzel ? Thanks!
Rapunzel’s daughter, Y/N, runs into Carlos De Vil in one of the most unfortunate ways that results in her using her inherited powers from her mother

“Good job out there today, man.” Jay grinned, patting Carlos on his back before extending his arm behind Carlos to reach for his equipment back that had been laying on the locker room floor while they were practicing for their upcoming game against Rushmore Prep.
Carlos sat on the bench that was placed between the two sets of lockers that lined the walls, holding a piece of cloth that had been blood soaked from the fall he had taken during practice. Carlos knew that Jay was only trying to make him feel better and boost his self esteem after what had happened.
Carlos rolled his eyes up at Jay, swatting at his leg. Jay looked down at him, raising his hand in defense before letting out a small laugh. “Easy there, tiger. I know you fell in front of the whole team today, but that doesn’t mean you need to take it out on me, yeah?” Jay teased, raising his eyebrow at Carlos. Of course, Jay would tease him about something that had been so embarrassing to him.
“I would keep pressure on it while you wait for someone to come check on it, okay?” Jay said, his tone filled with sympathy and concern this time. “I know. Do you know when they’ll be here? It hurts, badly.” Carlos hissed in pain and at Jay. Jay had always teased him about things, but that’s what most of their entire friendship was.
“Sorry, I don’t know when they’ll show, but they said it shouldn’t be long. Will you be alright on your own?” Jay asked, slinging his equipment bag over his shoulders as he stared down at Carlos. Carlos nodded his head, gesturing for him to go before letting out a sigh. “Yeah, I’ll be fine. If you see someone while you’re walking out just tell them to hurry up, okay?” Carlos begged, trying to mask the pain with a soft smile.
“Of course.” Jay smiled before ruffling Carlos’ hair, making his way towards the locker room doors briefly before a girl brushed past him, knocking shoulder with him.
“I’m so sorry! Are you okay?” She looked over his shoulder with concern written all over her face as Jay turned around to face her. Jay smiled, looking down at what was in the girl’s hands.
The girl carried a medic kit in both of her arms with her fingers curled tightly around the plastic of the kit, her long hair falling in front of her face with a dress that nearly hit the floor. A frown was on her face as she studied his face just to make sure that he was actually okay and that she didn’t bump into him too hard.
“Are you sure? I didn’t me-” She began to ramble before being cut off by Jay. “I’m fine and I think the person you should be making sure is okay is behind those lockers over there on the bench.” Jay pointed his finger, gesturing to where Carlos had been sitting with his hand still over the blood stained rag, hissing at the pain and occasionally cursing under his breath.
Y/N gave a small thank you to Jay before letting a small and shy smile spread across her lips. Y/N began to walk, turning the corner and what she saw next broke her heart into a million pieces.
Carlos sat on the bench, holding the rag tightly around his wound that needed to be redressed as soon as possible. Carlos’ hair sprawled all over forehead, his head leaning up to the ceiling as he left a few curse words escape from his lips before looking down to check the wound again, hoping it was just a part of his imagination.
Y/N decided enough was enough as she quickly rushed over to help the poor lad that was in desperate need of some medical attention.
“Carlos, are you okay? How does it feel?” She frowned, kneeling in front on him on both knees as she gently reached out to take the rag from his hand that had been turned a deep red due to the blood that had seeped through. “It hurts like hell, that’s for sure.” He glanced down at the wound that was being exposed, tilting his head back up before squeezing his eyes shut tightly.
Blood had always made him a bit dizzy.
“Well, what I’m about to do now is going to sting a lot.” She set the medic kit on the floor before popping it open, reaching down to grab a piece of cloth and a travel sized bottle of hydrogen peroxide. Y/N poured a tiny bit on the cloth, taking in a deep breath. What was about to happen next would burn like hell.
She placed the cloth on the wound as Carlos howled out in pain, his one hand balling up into a tight fist. Y/N removed the cloth from the wound, watching as it worked it’s magic just like she was about to. The cut on his hand wasn’t that bad and her mother did it for her father, so why couldn’t she do the same for Carlos?
Y/N was so caught up in her thoughts she didn’t even notice Carlos was looking down at her with a puzzled look on his face. Y/N took in a deep breath before taking a big section of her, wrapping it around the wound on his hand tightly.
Carlos parted his lips to protest and question what she was doing, but Y/N quickly shut him up before he could get anything out.
“Flower, gleam and glow Let your power shine Make the clock reverse Bring back what once was mine
Heal what has been hurt Change the Fates’ design Save what has been lost Bring back what once was mine
What once was mine…”
Carlos stared in amazement as the girl began to sing, her hair illuminating the dark locker room. Y/N unraveled her hair from Carlos’ hand, looking down at the healed wound before grabbing at his wrist, turning his palm the other way so that it faced him. He was stunned. Had she just healed his wound with just a simple chant?
“H-How did you do that?” Carlos questioned, his jaw dropping to the floor as he grazed his fingers around his palm, becoming dazed as if he was in a dream. There was no way that this girl had actually done the impossible and he began to think he had more than just a wound on his hand.
“Just say thank you and let’s get out here, yeah?” She smiled, completely avoiding his question as she packed up the medic kit, throwing away the blood soaked rag and cloth in the trash can that sat snug in the corner. Y/N got up from her knees, pulling the medic kit to her chest as she watched the dazed Carlos grab his bag from the floor, slinging it over his shoulder. Carlos turned back to her, his lips trying to form the right words as he raised his finger at her.
“What did you use? Are you a witch? Did you use a form of witchcraft?” A million questions were clouding up his mind and he just couldn’t wrap his head around that fact that she had just healed his wound that was bleeding just a few minutes ago.
She let out a small giggle, beginning to walk towards the exit of the locker room before spinning herself around on her heels. Y/N tucked a few strands behind her ear, leaning against on of the lockers, her lips forming to create the words that would eventually leaving Carlos wanting more.
“Magic.” Y/N winked, spinning back on her heels before waving over her shoulder to Carlos who stood there, completely mesmerized by the girl who had just healed him.
It certainly wouldn’t be their last time crossing paths.
AHHHHH !! I don’t know how I feel about this one, but I eventually might make another part to this??? Who knows ! I really like this one and I thought that making it short would be much more better than having it dragged out if that makes any sense? PLS LEMME KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY SPELLING OR GRAMMATICAL ERRORS
