the beatles » the hogwarts houses they would belong in (imo)
here’s why i would think they each belong in that house:
george: i had trouble placing george because he really had both gryffindor and ravenclaw characteristics. george reminded me of neville longbottom’s character. at the beginning no one believed in him but at the end he proved how amazing he is. george is also brave and courageous and has the heart of a lion. he stands up for his family and even fought a man who tried to kill him in his own home. i believe george would have been a gryffindor, he would have proved himself brilliantly.
ringo: ringo has always been the peacemaker in the group, and it is NO secret that hufflepuffs are the kindest house at hogwarts. i find ringo lovable and always kept a good relationship with his mates. he is was and is also patient, when the whole group fought, surely he took on some arguments too but he was always the one to get everyone together again. he was also loyal to his band mates. i believe ringo would have been placed in hufflepuff.
john: john, in my opinion, would no doubt be a ravenclaw. often john is described as “the brain” of the band and while i think they ALL were smart i think john did after all deserve that title. he was smart, wise, he had wit. he was a writer, not only in songwriting but also he wrote books of his poems and stories. he was a unique person which is why i think he would have been placed in ravenclaw.
paul: i had trouble placing paul as well because i think he has characteristics from other houses but i think slytherin suited him the most. paul has always been incredibly hard-working and determined to achieve whatever he is focusing on at the moment. he was ambitious and had amazing skills at what he did. overall i think paul would have been a slytherin.
of course, i think each beatle has some characteristics from other houses but i think those houses would have been THEIR houses. (:
